Got a delivery, I didn't even know that was an option until today, especially since I'm pretty far from this location but still in Independence. Bobby was the driver and had the best customer service. He called me before to let me know approximately when the delivery would be made and to answer any questions I had, then called again upon arrival. Great experience, friendly employee, I will use this service again.

He was a great budtender and very helpful, on the other hand, the female manager was quite rude to him and made everyone feel uncomfortable, not sure where the hostility came from but other than that it was a pleasant experience! Brandon was very professional handling the attitude and did great just brushing it off!

When I walked in, there were at least 10 people waiting. After I checked in, it didn’t take long before it was my turn. Medical patient & online order helped me. Dominque checked my order to make sure nothing was damaged and I was on my way. This place always impresses me. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The person who answered the phone was extremely kind and helpful explained how the delivery system works. Richard who was the driver called me in advance and shared detailed instructions on how the delivery would be conducted. Confirmed my order and amount owed. Arrived in a timely manner was kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend using "Front The Earth" and their delivery services.
