I absolutely love Terrabis! The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming every time I come in. Their service is fast and efficient, and they always make the experience enjoyable. I really appreciate how often they give out freebies like their contest it’s such a nice touch that shows they care about their customers. Their rewards program is one of the best around, too! I’m always happy with my visits here. Terrabis truly sets the standard for great service and good vibes!

This was my first personal experience here at Terrabis. My husband and mother in law have been customers for a while but today was my first experience and I'm happy to say it was a great one.
Usually have a good experience there. But the girl with pink hair that wants to crochet more than do her job is rude and off putting.

While the products at this dispensary are good, the customer service is severely lacking. Today, when I arrived, the first thing the budtender said was that she was ready to go home and that today was her Friday. As I asked questions about the product, she responded with attitude and loud sighs.According to their website, there was a special of the day, so I asked for two of the items. They told me the website was incorrect, which has happened on two out of the three times I’ve visited. When I inquired about flavor profiles (since the reference tablet was dead), the budtender became visibly frustrated. She decided to help two other customers before me and never acknowledged me again.I then approached the manager, who went to the back and joined the budtender in laughing about my situation. Despite their lack of professionalism, I stayed, hoping to find a product that suited my needs. They also advertise a discount on your first three visits, but they refused to apply it because the product was a special, which significantly increased the price.After 24 minutes of being ignored and treated poorly, I left without making a purchase. With the number of dispensaries in the area, I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere.
This shop is a gem and super conveniently located off 270 on Lindbergh. Comparatively there’s less foot traffic and wait times to other local shops, and offers a more relaxed shopping experience. Preorder ahead and you can be in and out in under five if you’re in a hurry.Their rewards program is awesome too, and new members get nice perks. There’s always a sale on something, and they offer a wide variety of products with prices for when you’re lean or looking to splurge. My personal favorite is their edibles varieties. There’s also a decent selection your standard fair of papers, pen batteries, and pieces ranging in variety and value.The Hazelwood team members are all friendly and engaging. Become a regular and they are always happy to talk shop on what’s new or complementary to your favorite buys.Now the parking lot is small, and if it’s busy it can be difficult to wait for parking, but I find that doesn’t happen often. ADA compliant parking is right in front and just feet away from the door!If you like a relaxed atmosphere and shopping experience, super conveniently located, with a personable team of fellow enthusiasts, look no further. Swoosh.

While they have competitive prices, their customer service leaves something to be desired. I went in today for the first time in a very long time because last time I went there, I remember the staff being cold. This isn't an environment where you feel like you can ask questions. Just note, if you do go, place an online order because if you ask for anymore than one item, they will make you do it any way.
Just received HORRIBLE customer service from Courtney!! Cancelled my order without a courtesy call or anything. Nobody pays for ignorant customer service. Just deplorable service. Manager Jessie had mediocre service as well. Don’t waste your time, run don’t walk!! Go to Feel State or GreenLight where your dollars are appreciated. This place is worse that stale cat piss.
I love the staff and the location always has great sales, promotions and their member rewards are great. Every few weeks, I receive a 5$ coupon because of accumulated points. My favorite thing is Sunday Papers!

terrible location doesn't know their own product the quantities they carry or anything at all really. called and spoke to them today they seemed extremely lost and confused but confirmed my question for medical discounts. arrived just now to find out again whoever I spoke with earlier did not know anything about the company or its medical programs but confidently gave me wrong information. Wasted a trip up here but will make sure we don't do that again. Steer clear go to feel state or proper or good day farms. stay away from.any medical facility that sells medicine but knows zero about their product
