I would appreciate it if we could address the current issues with the point and reward system to enable customers to utilize their accumulated points effectively. I've been going to greenlight since it first opened. From the beginning, all the budtenders were great, friendly, helpful.The last year, has gone totally downhill. I will not shop there ever again!Totally different experience now. I've had to make a trip back to the store twice, because of being overcharged. Also, placed an online order, go to pickup, was told by budtender, "I can't give this product to you today." I question, why? "I just can't give it to you today." No reason. Last time I had to return to the store, the manager offered me a coupon for a free preroll😂😂 But, of course, I would have to buy something to get this "free preroll". I willNever shop there again, I just want to advise people to always CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store!!!!!

Darian was very helpful. My wife had mistakenly reserved an order under her account instead of mine forgetting that I had a credit to use. My wife has memory problems due to a brain injury after being struck by a mortar shell explosion. Luckily there was no one in the drive thru. Darian fixed the order and we were quickly on our way. This is my first visit to this location ( I generally go to the State Line store) and this was great! First, the store is so clean and evidently well run. I picked up 30 minutes before they closed and they still had a good selection of what I was looking for. He had asked about a couple different strains after I placed my order, so he took it upon himself to do some research because he knew that I was looking for something that I wasn't quite getting with my order. He found me a great product at a good cheap price, and it is what I was missing. So right on to James. Some people like to go see the same mechanic or the same doctor because they trust their affairs with these people. Well now I got James!😀
