Actually love this place, been going since it was Starbuds, and will continue going here even after this. They've put a sign up letting everyone know they'll prioritize online orders and medical patients first. I understand the medical patients but the online orders??? The business doesn't actually pre-fill the online order, so that it's ready for you. You place the order, go in and tell them you have an online order, and then they take you back and ask you what you ordered. From now on I'll be lying and saying I have an online order, and I'll be encouraging everyone else to do so. We waited over 10 minutes for a single item, only to have someone walk in and get taken back immediately.

Everyone is always so nice and the product is great! No complaints about Proper locations elsewhere, so I don’t understand why this location can’t set up a faster pick up/checkout option for people placing online orders in advance. People place online to avoid waiting behind customers that need to shop. It’s always packed and I never wait less than 20 minutes to walk in, grab my order, pay and leave in about 2 minutes. Only stop here as last resort for this reason.

He talked with me about what I was trying to achieve, then explained the strains I thought about choosing, he shared his personal experience with the strains which was very helpful. He then made sure to tell me about any deals and recommended gummies for me. He asked great questions, listened to my answers and provided great selections and helped me save money. Gage was awesome! I’m dumb when it comes to this stuff. I recently lost my beautiful 22 year old son 15 months ago and I don’t want to use pharmaceuticals to numb my pain and Benadryl doesn’t work to help me sleep. So hopefully I can get some sleep with this product.

Maybe it’s because of Proper's acquisition of Star Buds or because of Recreational use becoming legal the staff seem far less willing to answer any questions during my interactions with the store in 2024. If there was ever a sale I knew I could order it online and make sure I get what I need. My last online order was never filled. About 45 mins before close I called and asked about my order and I was then informed "online orders do not get filled on busy days" hours after being told to order online. The person who told me to order online was the exact same person who told me busy days online orders don’t happen.
