Once again Proper Cannabis fails to disappoint. Joshua H. was a great help. He talked with me about what I was trying to achieve, then explained the strains I thought about choosing, he shared his personal experience with the strains which was very helpful. He then made sure to tell me about any deals and recommended gummies for me. He asked great questions, listened to my answers and provided great selections and helped me save money. Gage was awesome! I’m dumb when it comes to this stuff. I recently lost my beautiful 22 year old son 15 months ago and I don’t want to use pharmaceuticals to numb my pain and Benadryl doesn’t work to help me sleep. So hopefully I can get some sleep with this product.

Maybe it’s because of Proper's acquisition of Star Buds or because of Recreational use becoming legal the staff seem far less willing to answer any questions during my interactions with the store in 2024. If there was ever a sale I knew I could order it online and make sure I get what I need. My last online order was never filled. About 45 mins before close I called and asked about my order and I was then informed "online orders do not get filled on busy days" hours after being told to order online. The person who told me to order online was the exact same person who told me busy days online orders don’t happen.

Katy was so awesome & helped me with exactly what I needed. She was super informational about the sales (which we ended up purchasing 3 of) and when I semi coherently recollected an edible bar I had months ago she pulled it out and I was happy to purchase the remaining 2! I hope to see her again at my next visit; love the store & again Katy is a star employee pushing sales & slinging information like a rockstar! 🙂

I absolutely love going to this dispensary. I pass up three other places on my way to get there. I love the personal atmosphere you get there . I love how you can actually see the product of flour you're getting as well as smell it before buying it . Ashley was an amazing help as usual when I went in this last time.
