Switched from another dispensary due to unprofessional customer service and not having the accessibility to the drive thru as it seems to always be closed. My first visit brought me back and I plan to make this dispensary my go to. The website is beyond customer friendly, you do not have to have cash on hand, you could purchase ahead of time and just pick up. I love the cleanliness, I love that there are actual police officers to patrol the area. I love it.

I ordered online and drove there. Took me around 30 minutes. I show up and get money out of the ATM (wasted 3.50 doing that) and go to the counter and they didn’t have it. They text you when its ready so why don’t they text you when they don't have it? No one likes wasting time and money. No apology, just “you can pick something else out.” I didn’t want to pick anything else out because I drove there under the assumption I could get what I ordered. A way to deal with that is honor the deal they thought they were getting with something similar.That leads me to believe they do it on purpose so people go there thinking they are getting a deal and then they are already there so they might as well get something else. I saw another review that said the same thing happened. Shady way to do business. I went in there a few times before and the quality is on the lower end. It’s a cheap place to go and get some mid.

The Bud-tender that first helped wasn’t able to locate in the store what was available online. She asked me to pick something else and I was going to buy another bud-tender said “No, can you finish up my customer and I’ll look for it.” They found it and checked me out. 5 stars for customer service.

Always great! My go to dispensary. All the budtenders are friendly, they all call me by name when I walk in, it truly feels like visiting friends. Constantly recommending this specific location to everyone as I've tried several other dispensaries and always end up back at Greenlight. And the underground is always a great time too!
I recently had the most wonderful experience at Greenlight, thanks to the man that helped me initially ( not sure of his name) and the exceptional team. From the moment I entered the parking lot, I felt welcomed and valued. The greeter at the front desk exuded warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for my visit. The staff at the counter greeted me with laughter and understanding, making me feel right at home. Their impeccable service and genuine care truly made my day. I highly recommend Greenlight, especially with Bless T( who explained the various aspects of the program) and the amazing team on board!
My name is William Campbell, I was Jason’s customer on the 14th of February evening. This was my second time dealing with him in the store. He was kinda quiet, I could see he kept a no expression face. I explained to him what I wanted, he listened, didn’t hesitate, was not standing there thinking, he moved quickly towards some green trays, grabbed a small jar , ring it at this register and told me the price,I thought he was so nice that I asked him to add another package, I could hear him going over my items that he got for me to himself, but at a low tone that I could hear he was saying to himself, than he looked up at me, spoke a little louder and went over the purchase, I paid him , he thanked me, I thanked him and we smiled at each other and I departed. His customer service was excellent I thought.
