Kind Goods FENTON- has been my favorite dispensary. I was there on their grand opening when it was only Medical. They are still my go to spot! Today was an exceptional visit, Sam the supervisor assisted me with my issue. His customer support was outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers! Great staff, unfortunately, the ONLINE ORDERING is 💯 UNRELIABLE and filled with bait and switch deals just to get you there, but then don't even have the products you order or they are still actively advertising. You shouldn't be able to place an online order, be told it's ready for pickup, then they don't even have it?! This has happened multiple times and will now be the reason I won't waste my time going again. Sad for the budtenders, because heard multiple people making same complaint in store 😡

I have a slightly damaged ID. I've literally been to every dispensary in the St. Louis area, including this one. No problems. One day they just won't accept it or even attempt to scan it (it scans perfectly fine)."Sorry, our boss says no"It's cool I'll take my business and "damaged" ID to EVERY other place lol.This place is honestly one of the worst in the area when it comes to price and selection, anyway.

Overall it's a great place and I haven't had any issues. It's usually quick, the prices are good and I have always had quality products.

I would not recommend going to this one. The security guard let me in with my "messed up" DL but got back to the register and the lady decided she wanted to ask every manager about my ID until someone said it was bad. Pretty unbelievable. Definitely will not be back.

Long lines happen. Customer service might be important but having an express line for those who know what they want and are looking for when they just walk in would be better. Having every customer up there getting their hand held on what the product offers takes up time I don't want to waste on educating customers ahead.

Adam is by far one of the best humans I’ve experienced as a customer! He’s kind and always willing to help. He manages the store flawlessly. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins, even if the place is packed. This company needs him! Also, I see Nichole and Ethan in their frequently and they’re the best. They’re so knowledgeable on their products and always make it a fun time. This store is amazing 🙂

Bud tender Ethan had the hookup. Literally top to bottom best deals, food recommendations; local guide entertainment. By far best bud experience you’ll ever have! I personally didn’t purchase, I was with my husband. But Ethan met every single one of his needs. You won’t regret stopping by this location.

Well, when I first visited at Kindgoods (Gravois Bluffs) it was their first days. It was a wonderful experience. Now 2 years or so later I feel that the Medical patient aren't treated as well as they were when this all started. there should be a totally different section for medical patients.Your prices on the other hand are very good. Comparable to all the other stores
