While I don't use this product, I have family members who do. The staff is always warm and inviting. The prices are fair and the selection is excellent. If you view their products online the descriptions are hilarious and informative.

I pre ordered and pre paid on Black Friday. I went to pick it up. The security guy says to me, it’s pre ordered I will try to work you in with the others because it’s pre ordered. K, I didn’t ask for that considering the room was full, but ok. So you are told that, that’s what you kind of expect, because the employee said it. So some more customers came in, he scanned their licenses gave the same information. The two people that came in after me, were ushered ahead of me. Really???? I told him to stop saying what he was saying to the customers. You don’t have to lie to us. Just say we are busy and we are getting everyone in as they come in. I also let my budtender know that the security guard needs to change his verbiage and stop lying to the customers as they come in. We are stoners not idiots. Why the other two were ushered in when they came in five minutes after me. Well your guess is as good as mine.

I'd like to thank Joel the doorman first and foremost. He made such an positive, friendly impression. Due to a disability I cannot easily get ID and med cards out for inspection. He was very thoughtful using a piece of scotch tape and made a tab; making handling a breeze! Pure genius. Next up was Mark my bud tender of choice from now on. He was straight up on the know. Grabbed some Purple 43 and some orange 43 respectfully grown at Local. I believe the bud is top shelf. Very impressive buds. Expect two large bugs to make up your 8th. Mark suggested Orange 43 as well as the Purple. Both strain's terping out at 3%+. Let an old head like myself pass it on. It's all in them terps (not only THC%).

This is the worst dispensary to go to. They are rude. Talk to them on phone and they hang up and are rude to your face. Their prices are to high and you don't get the amount you pay for. We weighed what we got and it didn't weigh. This is not the place to use. Go to Liberty to the dispensary green relief you get a lot more knowledgeable and friendly people and a lot better deals. I do not recommend this dispensary we will look for reasons to get you shut down so I would be aware. And also customer is always right.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve been to in KC yet. My budtender Megan was great! Personable, smiling, asked what I was looking for, described the flower, gave me the run down on your other locations, and told me of a new one opening up. My experience with other dispensaries when I ask what’s available just sends me to a tablet to browse. I even like that y’all had a FTP deal. I used to work at a dispo in AZ and the vibe here reminded me of the shop I used to work at. If I lived closer I’d come back and see Megan. Thanks again!!

The guys were nice. In excelsior it wasn’t as busy as other dispensaries in the city. Told dude Sean what I was looking for and he threw me solid options. I was in and out in 10 maybe 15 minutes. Other dispo’s you wait that long to get into see what you’d like. Great experience. I haven’t been a fan of dispensary’s because of the waits and hassle it is to just get in the door half the time. This helped changed my opinion.

I feel like they don’t care about Medical patients or online orders as priority like it claims on their website. I’ve gone in on 3 separate occasions for my online medical order and I wait in line every time. I highly doubt everyone ahead of me in line had a medical card. I also know for a fact they didn’t have an online order. There is no skipping the line like advertised. They fail to carry sustainable edibles or capsules for medical use. Wish there was a closer more reputable dispensary. The workers are nice. That’s the only good part.

Dillon first greeted me with enthusiasm, which was surprising because I didn't expect anybody to be excited I was there. But he changed my mind on that for sure. I had a bunch of different questions about some of the products and glassware and the complications behind using those, and without hesitation, my BudTender, Dylan, came through on clutch! It was so natural for him. He didn't even need to think all reaction giving me peace of mind and that the same time even saving me some money that's what I call five star treatment thanks Dylan!
