Gave me a coupon with no underlining written rules got to checkout and was told I couldn’t use it. Be more specific on what I can use it on. I drive a far distance as a customer, quite disappointedTried again 3 weeks later apparently I placed an order at a different store and they were absolutely no help to get what I needed in the drive through. I have a child and cannot go into the store
So Justin is FR the best dude there. Had a mix up today during the flea market. Didn't get a discount and a product. Called to see what I could do. Justin straight up made everything right and some. Above and beyond. Thanks for the great customer service. Oh and Danny FR for trying to stop a possible Karen from talking to the boss on a busy day by trying to help where you could. Awesome employee and y'all should be damn proud of your crew.

Updated Review (8/16/24):I've gone there since their grand opening and they've consistently gotten worse since day 1. IDK if the owners are incompetent or because the employees unionized.Most recently I placed an online order and the site said I'd get a text when my order is ready.5 hours later I hadn't heard from them so I called. They told me that they received too many orders so they just quit filling them and everything is first come first serve and said "going forward you should just come in and pick out what you want in person"Unbelievable that with all the other excellent stores around here, they think they can stay in business taking online orders and then just not filling them and not telling their customers that they're ignoring their orders.
Prices are good.The drive through is the fastest way to waste an enormous amount of time.They'll text you saying the order is ready for pickup but it never ever is. They wait until you're there to start gathering your stuff, adding labels, ringing up. Everyone in-store has priority over drive through customers too so be prepared to get old while you wait
It was my first time at this dispensary. And she was very helpful. Help me understand deals. Didn't try to take advantage of me. Try to get me what I wanted. Rather than try to sell me to make more money and I really appreciate that.
Ryan was great! I ordered online and picked up in the store. I got in, he verbally confirmed what I ordered, nabbed it up, and was chill through the process. Couldn’t have been an easier Munchie Monday! Much appreciated.
This place is different from the rest. One of the best dispensary chains in the country and this location is top of the list of Shangri-Las. This one has pin ball in the front! They also have display cases with all of their vendors separately represented, Awsome idea on the showcases. Both of the products I picked up for them are A++ quality. I had a very short wait before entering but I had staff to talk to and showcases to gander at. They were all helpful and honest. Definitely wanna stop back by here when I'm in the area and in the need.
Whitley was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, friendly, she kept it real, but was still professional. She took her time, but didn't waste mine. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this place! Prices aren't too shabby either!

I knew they would be busy tomorrow, 4:20, so I went the day before. They were still busy today, but as a medical patient I was received quickly. Jayde noticed an anomaly in my order, fixed it and did it all with a smile and enthusiastic attitude.
