He understood my financial situation but didn't embarrassed me. He even held the door for me! He was kind and patient! Called ahead, rare faulty vape. Was told to take pics, and I made a vid, and stop in. Draegan took excellent care of me. I’m a bi-wkly customer and only have a rare, once-a-yr issue. Green Relief ALWAYS takes care of me. They replaced without issue. AND they DO have the best prices and staff, hands down! Thank you!

I love the place they are very professional. Took a scan of my id to make sure I was of age which is nice I know it’s meant for people that are legal age. The worker walked us through every step answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us choose which one we want.

At first I went in not knowing what strains were to my liking, but an employee named Gucci walked me through the strains, their effects and even deals based on my preferences and he hasn’t steered me wrong since! Service is always great, but Gucci is definitely my go to guy when I go into the shop!

I placed an order at 3:42pm for a 5-6 pm delivery. I know sometimes things happen so I didn’t bother calling. 7 comes around and I decide to call the store at 7:19 to check the status of my delivery. I informed them I placed an order and received email confirmation and provided time order was placed. I was placed on hold for Supervisor. I repeated the same thing and he says he doesn’t know why, he doesn’t see order and he hurriedly rushed me off the phone telling me “the only thing he can tell me is place another order” i try placing the order again however i received error stating no times available. I call back and speak with the same supervisor and informed him of the error and apparently the light bulb goes off in his head because he responded with his words slurred stating “oh yeah it’s too late to order online, ordering stops at 7. I explained to him i understand however it wasn’t my fault nor my mistake so why couldn’t I place my order over the phone. He offered me to come inside store and he would provide 20% off. I explained if that was an option I wouldn’t have chose delivery. He says there is nothing he could do. No resolution, I was just SOL. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this store. The only way I will return is if I have nowhere to go. I ended up finding a new and better dispensary. If you want great customer service try HIGH PROFILE!

Definitely one of Columbia best dispensary's! Stopped threw today while the Famers Market was going down. Super amazing reps and booths! Was so much to look at and some many amazing people to talk to. They have have some great vendor pop up deals Going on. I couldn't resist a Vivid 1/8 for 36$ that's cheap around here. And of course Amaze Orange definitely appreciating The twenty dollar 1/8 deal to! Two amazing brands two amazing strains. It's always a great experience with the Budtenders mine today went out of his way to help me out! Great job! Thank you to all the vendors as well. I'll definitely be back for the next Farmers Market!

Wonderful store with great product and great staff. Every time I have gone into the store, they often remember me, and seem to genuinely want to help. If I order delivery, it is simple to order online and is always on time. The delivery drivers are wonderful too! One was even so helpful that when my credit card didn't work, he followed me to the gas station around the corner to pull out cash for him, rather than just canceling the order.
