Had a problem with a thing of dabs being on the outside of the container. I called and the guy I talked to said they would not do anything about it. I did a chat with them and a women called me but we kept missing each other. So i never spoke with her. Well I completely quit going there for about a year and I went last night for dabs and the guy said I was getting one free for the one that was messed up. I didn't even say anything to him they must of had it in my records. This place is amazing and take care of there customers.
So glad Sunrise is keeping up with deals and love the budtenders! Especially Justin, he is wildly knowledgeable, always makes sure I get the best deal and is all around awesome! Thank you Sunrise, Justin, and the rest of the team.
I love the atmosphere and how chill the workers were. Also, Roach helped me out big time with my purchase. He was sweet and very helpful with my purchase and made sure I got good deals 💕😊
One of our favorite stops when we come to Clinton. Good variety, good quality, great customer service and killer deals.Note to the owner: Roach is the man! I've been a long time customer of Sunrise; even when it was medical only, and had great experiences up until my previous 2 prior shopping moments to today.I had considered keeping my distance but chose to give it another try. 2 simultaneous bad experiences typically motivates that thought. Today however is in my top 3 experiences.ROACH redeemed y'all. You're the man, Roach! You helped me find the terpene I needed and every suggestion hit the mark. Not that often I find a tender (this includes other states) that know what I'm talking about or even willing to find out. Not only did Roach take the time and listen, but he made me feel good about Sunrise again. Way to go team!
John is my favorite bud tender. John is very knowledgeable and always provides me with the best options for my budget. I find him to be very honest and I really like dealing with him. Definitely will go back to Sunrise again.
We had never been to a dispensary that made us feel more at home and better taken care of. Nick Davis helped us out and had great recommendations for every request we had and we were in and out in under 10 minutes but didn't feel rushed, he was just that efficient. 10/10 we will be back.
Some don’t get off work until 730. FAITHFUL customers at that. Closing 10 minutes early when there are clearly staff available in the back. (As seen in drive through) I have been coming here for years and I will not go back. Rude customer service will drive me to make an hour trip somewhere else.I’ve been applying to work here for quite some time now. I would gladly stay not only to the end of my shift but PAST my shift if it meant making a customer happy.
Passing through on my way to Kansas City, checked the online menu and saw they had some of my favorite products so I decided to stop in. Roach was incredibly helpful and made the checkout experience go even more smoothly. He was also understanding when I opted to go for cash instead of paying with a card to avoid the higher fee.Thank you so much to Roach and the entire staff from a fellow industry professional for providing me an excellent experience. I will certainly be back on my many travels to Kansas City.

Of the dispensaries I've been to here in Missouri and elsewhere this dispensary ranked relatively high on my proprietary ranking system.Good vibes, nice waiting area, I wish more dispensaries had large waiting areas like this one.The only detail I wasn't 100% thrilled about and this may seem trivial, but the way the product was merchandised was a little haphazard. I imagine that's because of the wide variety they carry or they were short staffed. But other than that, two thumbs up. I'll definitely pop in when I pass that way.
I had the most wonderful experience; my very first time visiting a Sunrise Dispensary. The woman and the front window was the most welcoming. She gave me a run down on how everything worked at Sunrise and the specials they had going on at the time.I sat down in the lobby which played very vibey music, i cant say I've been to a dispensary that set the mood quite like they did. I didnt have to wait long before entering the back where all the goodies were. I was greeted by Partrick. Top notch customer service. Answered my questions and filled me in on the product I was looking for and the deals they had going on. By the way, hit them up on a Sunday, “Wild Card Sunday” they call it; any deal they have during the week can be applied to what you’re looking for. Long story short, i cant thank Patrick enough for making my first experience at Sunrise dispensary one of the best.Sunrise dispensary should hands down open up a location in Willow Springs, MO or a surrounding area. Thanks again!
Stopped in for the 1st time Friday, and so glad I did. I came in for 1 thing and ended up with several. Roach helped me out and let me know of the sales he was awesome, made my weekend!

I love this place. They have plenty of products. They have very reasonable prices for a dispensary. If you have time, check Em out if you're heading to the lake. What a great place to be for them. Stop, get your stuff. Go on down. Have a good time, be safe.
This dispensary only gets a decent rating. However their employees are above and beyond awesome! I've been going here since they opened. They seem to have a lot of turnovers, but they get some really awesome people who come through. I am picky and have products that I believe in and enjoy. Jon has been very helpful especially when Sunrise doesn't have what I am looking for in stock. He has been right on with his thoughts about what might be something that I should look at. I am a 100% medical person and the quality and brands are important to me, like I will drive many miles to get my medicine. Jon and one other employee there were willing to listen to me instead of just rushing me through. So I don't recommend Sunrise as a whole, but they do have some knowledgeable and professional employees who really care about customer service at their Clinton location right now.
