Malik was my bud tender he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The dispensary has a very welcoming vibe and a large variety of items to choose from. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Top shelf service!

He really supported my decisions, offered great recommendations, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right products. Tommy was super nice and welcoming, I wanted to do an online order being a first time customer and it wouldn’t let me do 20% off - I went in showed him the original order I wanted & he made it happen with a discount. He weighted everything out in front of me, allowed me to even play a game for multiple different options for either a discount to free products! Super cool staff that welcomed me in & took care of my needs! I appreciate the dedication & the customer service through out my experience. Thank you for welcoming me!

Friday:Received text message blast at 8:20am.Placed preorder at 9:10am.Received confirmation #597023322 at 9:24amWent to pickup my order at 6pm.The associate found my confirmation number and said my order had been sold.When I spoke to the manager he offered no explanation or resolution, he shrugged his shoulders and said it happens all the time.This is how you treat customers with confirmed preorders?Not Cool!1-star was only so I could leave a review

Well...it was almost a no go...I had forgotten my pin number and Ricky was very patient and helpful..contacted my bank, got new pin and was good! Your system seems a bit out of date but your human (Ricky) was awesome. Thanks again...everyone there, from concierge to delivery for helping this old thing make her first liggit smoke purchase!

Hippos posted a special on the 4th of July that included the 5th of July with it. When the 5th came around they wouldn’t honor it even tho I had a picture showing the special. The district manager said they couldn’t help me, but if I sent him the pictures he would get back with me. Still have never heard anything. You would think with people fighting over business this wouldn’t happen. UPDATE! GM contacted me and made things right. Honored their special and I can’t complain.

Victoria was AMAZING! Her pic should be in the dictionary describing what great customer service means. She was knowledgeable and imparted her vast wisdom upon us…saving us time! The greeter was also super friendly but I did not catch his name. I appreciated Victoria “being the change” as her tattoo stated. I hope good kharma finds its’ way to her and the receptionist as they deserve it!

Please dont forget they either need a physical debit card or cash. Expensive but their product a really good quality. One of the ladies there with dark hair was really nice and had great customer service.
