This was my first time to Codes. I am not sure of the two employees names that I met when I first arrived, but they were both extremely friendly and patient with me, it being my first visit. Then I met the very nice and knowledgeable Nikayla. Part of my order was not available, so Nikayla suggested an alternative. Which turned out to be a very nice substitute. The whole change of product was so quick and in sync that I barely even saw it happen. My hats off to whomever was in the back pulling orders. I had a slight anxiety about the whole process of going to Codes that I normally have a friend or relative add what I want to their order. But after my initial visit I think I will be adding their order to mine and hopefully interacting with the rest of the crew at Codes Dispensary Card well.

I give this 4 stars because of the fast service!! What stopped me from more? I don’t care for ordering in the kiosks. I like that interaction with staff member and their knowledge. Don’t get me wrong the workers there that checked me out were great but. But in my own personal other experiences, I enjoy more the interaction between the sales person and myself with their opinions. That’s all other than that. The store is beautiful great products.

My codes shopping experience was what I expected it to be the people were friendly and the checkout process was simple be sure to have your identification and do not carry any product open onto the floor as it is illegal to have anything open in the store. They have a ton of different things to choose from and I will definitely be making a return trip in the future. Prices are reasonable products are top notch. Can't say enough good things, worth the drive and I am happy with my purchases.

Lindsey D was nice and friendly at the window and everyone I’ve always spoke to has been.Edited 11/10/25 : I visited again today, about a week after my previous visit and review where I had mentioned the parking lot, and it was a night and day difference when I was there today compared to last time. I also want to shout out the guy at the window, I don’t know his name but he was very nice as well. I went through the drive thru around 5:40pm or so, so whoever was on the window at that point, he was great.

I made the mistake on my last trip to Codes by buying this new to me brand of pre-rolled. This thing was so loose and sadly it wasn't that it had fallen out into the container. It just was not rolled well at all. I've tried to repack the contents, but dang it didn't work very well. Hopefully it tastes a helluva lot better than it looked. Red Bulls ready or not.....

From Kennet to Cardwell, Great job to all. Kennet is my usually location, but time constraints caused me to stop by your Cardwell location and the crew as well as those I know from my job are always professional and friendly. The entire staff is well trained and knowledgeable to handle all of the your medical needs with the perfect product hiding just out of sight. Fantastic experiences with all of the employees both on and off site! Keep up the amazing jobs you are doing. Your knowledge and amazing attitudes help the most nervous of patients to relax and find the perfect product for them. Everyone over 21 with a valid ID is welcome to go ask questions and check them out. If you are Military or a student make sure you bring your IDs with you and currently prescribed card carrying medical patients always receive first priority care at all of their locations and have discount days so be sure to sign up for emails and the points club also. Tourists are welcome to stop in as well as long as you are over the age of 21 with a valid ID. Have questions, don't be afraid to ask. These are well trained professionals.

Bud tenders are very helpful but prices are another story. I came from Michigan and went to get some smoke cheapest was 210 an ounce for the same quality at home I paid 99 for 2 ounces definitely not priced reasonably

I just wanted to say the staff at this dispensary was amazing. The door guy was super friendly and my bud tender was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. Not only was the staff great but the product was too!! This is the first time in a long time I've had this good of an uplifting experience 😉 This place definitely made a new loyal customer!

The only thing this dispensary has going for it is its location. Despite notification that my order was filled, I had to drive there, wait 30 minutes in an under air conditioned waiting room, only to be told they were out of half of what I’d ordered. Keep better inventory, or at least give notice when something is out of stock so I can have alternative selections ready to go. DO BETTER.

A pleasure. In every sense of the word, it's been some of the best customer service I've received. Despite being in a temporary building it feels very modern and current. The staff is always helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable. The way they are able to answer most any questions or find someone who can speaks volumes about the quality of tenders. A one, Jordan F, has to be one of the best budtenders. Her kindness and willingness to help from placing orders to giving suggestions sets the bar for superlative service. Easy 10/10

Super friendly staff... Very helpful! We were escorted to the gigantic kiosk (we didn't even need our glasses!) and were easily helped through the menu. It got busy quick while we were in there but they seemed to handle it well and moved things along. The setup made it easy to navigate through the shop as well. We did purchase the CODES products and were super happy with our purchases!! They do have a wide range of products and prices which are all very reasonable. Would definitely go back and recommend to others. GREAT location!! Easily accessible parking.
