This place has the best people. Regardless of some product I may have gotten may not have been the best (obvs not budtenders fault) but that hasn't stopped me from coming back! The personalities, good vibes, all around atmosphere of positivity, and they greet people by their name and always so cheerful to see everyone, making the experience personable and comfortable.

My experience here has always been top notch, but my recent visit on Sunday evening was very pleasant. The lady at front desk was friendly and polite as she checked me in. I always order online and she acknowledged my order by name and said someone would be with me shortly. Didn’t catch her name, but the bud-tender was beautiful, cheerful, and friendly as well. She gathered my order together quickly and called for an order check. Also didn’t catch her name, but wish i did came down and was also super chill and great vibes and super gorgeous, thanked me for coming in(honestly think I fell in love with her, lol). Payed and was on my way. From start to finish amazing vibes and good people. Prices were fair. Would recommend and also return.

I’m giving 2 stars because the manager was nice, and the bud tender I spoke to was obviously misinformed from somebody else there. I normally shop at high profile metropolis, I’ve been saving my reward points since my 21st birthday, I finally reached 7k points for my 420$ off. All the bud tenders at metropolis told me to go use it in Missouri because Missouri has cheaper prices, and you can get more then what you can in Illinois, so that’s what I did, I drove 3 hours to cape high profile, rented a hotel room for the weekend so I could indulge in my products I was expecting to get. I place my order online, and my order was already packed when I get there which was GREAT. But whenever the bud tender said my total and I said I wanted to use my points, she told me that Missouri did NOT accept out of state points, and that I would have to pay the full amount. My husband was with me and he also had an orde, after being told that there was nothing to do we left without purchasing. I was upset that the bud tender did not try and call a manager over to make sure, but I digress. We left and I called my normal high profile dispo. And they told me to go back and speak to a manager because that was FALSE. So I call the manager and he says he will have to get it approved and that they don’t take points from out of state. FINALLY after almost an hour from beginning to end, they find out that it’s a glitch in there system and that they DO accept points from out of state… so I had to wait another 25 minutes while they repacked my order. I HOPE the system is fixed. Because in all honesty after spending THOUSANDS almost 10k of dollars with a company within 9 months, it has detoured me from all high profiles in general. So out of state purchasers beware of using your points! Because I can’t gurantee you it will work! The manager kept saying to me “I’m sorry it happened to you but I’m glad it happened” SO MAYBE they will have it fixed.

The people who work their are cheerful as well as very informative if you're asking questions on what you should buy. They also let you know when they have deals. The point system is wonderful for people who buy often.I would highly recommend it to anyone.If you're new to smoking/ edibles this is the place to go to get the best of what you need. I love that you don't feel like your walking into a Verizon store.They also have an ATM inside if you don't have cash on hand.

Our 1st trip there from Kentucky yesterday was amazing! We usually shop in Michigan but this place has won us over! The prices did seem a tad bit higher than MI but dang is this stuff better! And the store seemed nicer, quieter, and much more inviting, yet without a crowd. And the folks there were very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next trip!

Perks of HP is they let you see the buds in store for you to look at and smell for freshness. Which as we all know is a great thing before you make a purchase!Shopping on certain days can net you double or even triple points which add up quick! One of my favorite parts about this dispensary is their point system and they’re always stocked on VIBE brand which is my go to for flower.Great buds think alike!

I did not even think about catching names so my apologies..however the lovely lady who was working the front desk today was just a great first impression for the whole business, & my bud tender was a super friendly, super helpful..all the staff was very friendly and all very helpful! First time using this dispensary, I was just passing through and saw they had a good deal on products I like. All workers were friendly and efficient, got me checked in and out super quick. Everyone was great and so was everything I purchased, they saved me a decent amount of money with the first time customer discount too. Ive been coming here since the day that they have opened. My experience is usually great! But these past few months it seems as though the wait has become ridiculous and the bud tenders have become EXTREMELY lazy when it comes to calling patients to the back. If they had workers that were wanting/willing to work it would be the #1 dispensary in this area. Seems they may have handed the their trophy over to other local dispensaries.

This is my favorite dispensary! Always quality product for highly competitive prices!! The ONLY dispensary in Cape with a weed bar ((see and smell what you're getting before you buy)). Great customer service from the bud tenders every time!! They always have the highest percentage of all the dispensaries in town.
