Key Cannabis is an excellent place to get what you are looking for. They have several options that are wonderful and their sales are amazing. Nice friendly, knowledgeable staff that wants to make sure your experience with them is excellent. Highly recommended. Also they have a great points system that helps when you really are in a bind.
I was a loyal customer who shopped at Keys Dispensary regularly, I’m beyond disappointed with the current state of their rewards program.I’ve made at least seven purchases at this location within the last six months, and yet my rewards points are showing as completely wiped out? The only explanation I was given is that points expire after 365 days — but that doesn’t make sense if I’ve clearly shopped within that time frame.Management claims they’ve looked into the issue, but that feels like a hollow excuse. I was promised call-backs multiple times and have yet to receive a single one — even after updating my phone number in-store.This level of customer disregard is unacceptable. Until this situation is resolved and the loyalty system is actually working like it should, I will no longer be shopping at Keys Dispensary.
Very helpful, 5 star customer service was given, she is a real asset to your company. Make sure you keep her on staff, people like her are a rare to find.
I was a frequent Key shopper. I love the building, I love the products, I love the prices. Except I had a rather distasteful experience when I went with my friends the other day. I had just finished my purchase and I was browsing the accessories with my friend while we waited for our other friend to finish their purchase. I was considering buying the “experience journal” as a gift while we were waiting. As we were browsing we were asked to leave the sales floor so another customer could come onto the floor. It was extremely disrespectful. I’m a paying customer. NEVER in my life have I ever kicked a paying customer off of a sales floor so someone else could come back. You wait until that customer is done, then you let the waiting customers go onto the floor. Very disappointing experience considering I held these guys to a high standard. I will not be returning and I recommend you do the same.
The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my service dog in training. We walked in and the lady at the front desk said my dog couldn’t come in because she isn’t a service animal I said she is in training, and she rolled her eyes and said whatever. My dog acts way better than the other DOGS that I’ve seen in there that were not serviced. Hint why I thought she could even go in there in the first place. My animal that is training to serve and help me, felt very unwelcome and we won’t be back.
Highly knowledgeable and helpful, especially for someone new to the dispensary game. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but informed about what type of effects my purchase would have. I would give more stars if I could. Great place!
Fast and friendly service! I was in and out with the product I needed in less than 5 minutes, and managed to only spend $11 thanks to the wonderful deals! Elizabeth was a great help.

After calling to make an appointment and driving well over an hour to have them close the door in my face but they didn't want to serve me 5 minutes before closing I will never step foot back in that place again worst service ever close 9:45 and close at 9:45 not 9:40 obviously customer service the lowest on the list, I own my own business and I would never shut the door in a customer's face 5 minutes early because you don't want to serve the customer cuz you want to go home I had over $1000 cash in my pocket can be shut out. His remark was well that was an hour ago what a disrespectful douche nozzle
Clayton was very kind and helpful. I was shopping for my 85 year old father that needed something mild to help him sleep. This young man went over many options with me, pros and cons. We finally settled on a HUSH disposable vape and my father was happy with the product. My father would not go into a dispensary because of stigma, but the entire experience was professional, kind, and informative. I have ALWAYS loved the staff at Bloom, now Elevate. So glad you kept the staff. 🥰
