FYI: Email confirmation of total not honored upon pickup. I never had a bad experience until today with an order. I placed an order at 9:58 AM did pickup at 4 pm. Smokie had a sale of $16 instead of the normal $20. I placed an order for 3 bags for a total of $36.08. When I arrived I was told the total was $58. I said no, I placed it online and the email shows $36 since it was on sale. ( The gentleman was totally nice and I have no complaints about him). He went and checked with manager and he said they don't show any sales. I told him I can bring my phone inside and show the email confirmation. He said the best he could do was 15% off. I told him that's still higher than what was shown online. I shouldn't have to pay more than what I agreed to pay. I left without any purchase. I got home and logged online and it's now showing $16 without a sale price. Why would the customer system show different than their system?? Why wasn't the online price honored? Like a price bait and switch. Makes me think twice about purchasing from them in the future.

I've never had a bad experience at this dispensary, however, this trip was above and beyond the already spectacular service provided by all of the staff I've interacted with. Shea, in particular, was especially kind and sensitive to my specific needs due to medical conditions. She was very knowledgeable, patient in explaining and listening, and did not hesitate to recommend just the perfect product when I asked for her suggestion. If only doctors were as empathetic and compassionate as she (and the rest of the staff) is, the world would be a much safer and loving place! I appreciate this company and the staff, very much! For the first time ever I was insulted by the security. I was told that policy is NO backpacks in the store. My purse is a little backpack, I've never been approached with regards to not being able to carry it in to the dispensary. Then it was suggested that I leave my purse in my car while I shopped. Why would that be a good idea to leave my personal belongings in the car! Credit cards,drivers license, house keys etc. unattended. I then explained that it is my purse and that they were welcome to search it because I was not wanting to leave it unattended in the parking lot. But they refused my solution.I will no longer be purchasing from Blue Springs dispensary. I will be going out of my way to Lake Lotawana in the future. My friend Daniel the security guard always takes great care of me. And I've never been insulted by any of the staff.

My day started out hectic, I didn't have anything to do besides get some bud until I had a lot to do. Id placed my order on the way there and it was ready before I left price chopper, the vibes in the shop were a calm bubbly feel and the ladies working we're all very sweet. I asked when your location would be moving and they informed me without any confusion. As she took me back she mentioned she heard I had an online order and to meet her by the far right register, as she rung me up she said let me see if you have any points with us, I didn't know that was a thing. I had enough for twenty percent off. Which was amazing. She asked if I'd like to use em, not coming by that often I did. Thankful she asked. Everyone was very kind and sweet.
