It was mine and Brittney's first time at this dispensary. It is a beautiful store, the Bud tender we had was great, her name (Tanya) I'm so sorry I know I got her name wrong. We cashed in 2 coupons that we got at the Woodward Dream Cruise. Are Bud tender helped us with our order explaining everything so that we understood everything, how the rewards program works, the deals we can get sent to our phones by downloading the app. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, really a joy to talk to. I'm Sorry I can't remember her name. But I highly recommend Liv dispensary. We will be back and I'll get her name.

A few days ago, I bring my mom into the shop for the first time. she was amazed at the decor and how professional the store looked. They had beautiful artwork displayed out front to look at while you wait. once we got back to the back, John helped us out. He was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and professional, and answered all of my Mom. Silly questions. Highly recommend him and the whole LIV family

Went in today for the first time. Great experience. My bud tender Matt was awesome and very knowledgeable about every product I asked about. Great atmosphere, no pressure or rush from any staff member, and they have a decent selection of everything.Hey Matt, don't forget your twin brother owes me that 100 still lol.

I really liked the selection of products and their deals. That being said, this place isn't without issues. When calling people's name's to enter the back, you should use last names. It eliminate confusion, they called Donald and 6 of us went in there but they only called 5 names. There was another Donald. Now Ignorance also isn't cool, my wife went inside after me and they forced her to wait over an hour, they said she wasn't checked in when she definitely was. I think they just didn't know how to say her name. Could've been reconciled if you guys called last name and first initial. A lady ahead of my wife was crying because she had to wait an hour to get an Online Order. Online orders should be convenient and quick. I placed an online order as well, and it still took 45mins for me to get my order. Efficiency and Communication skills are needed for me to give a higher rating.

Upon entry this place looks immaculate, I have tried out many dispensaries in the Metro area, but this one is by far the nicest in appearance and communication!Also if you are a first timer here, they really set you up with the best deals and what pulled me in was the pricing was better than anywhere within 30 miles. I highly recommend giving them a try, it is worth the drive, and if not, they deliver!

The staff here is very friendly the security guard at the front desk always wearing sunglasses makes you feel very warm and protected the staff members will give you the best deal that they have!! Give thanks to Rashon, Tony, and Collin these gentlemen are awesome I will always come back here!!

I love this place! They have great products that are very reasonably priced. By taking advantage of the "Highly Loyal" program, and the "High Noon" Discount that you get for shopping mid-day, Mon-Thurs, I have gotten some lovely deals here. They are MORE than fair. Today I saw a Deal online and it turned out it was a glitch, and they actually were just like "Hey, I see what you are seeing, it's our fault, so we are going to honor the deal for you anyways". I couldn't believe it! 2 ounces, half off.Their delivery system is the best available to my area, without a doubt. It is very easy to place orders online, then the product shows up usually within an hour usually. The employees are cool af too. I've been to Dispensaries where I leave feeling ripped off (Sticky, HOD). This place is very often the opposite of those. I usually feel great after dealing with LIV - Westland!
