Has been my main dispensary for over a year now, you can’t beat the prices and deals they’re always having. Staff has always been great and helpful. Not the same vibe as the other big dispos where your rushed and get certain products pushed on u. It’s a nice chill vibe and they take their time to make sure you get what ur looking for.

it was my first time here yesterday (sunday 11/16/25), and i didn’t have a great experience. there was one car in the parking lot when i arrived but it still took 15 minutes for me to get a budtender. the budtender did not give her name but was wearing a lions headband. she messed up my name over and over again (literally 5 times minimum) until i had to correct her and then she again got it wrong immediately after i corrected her. i’m nonbinary and my friend used ‘they’ for me saying “it’s their first time” and pointed at me and the budtender went “you mean it’s HERRRR first time?” with a huge emphasis. we found that correction completely unnecessary, especially since it’s very clear that my friend gestured to me & most dispensary OS’s will tell you if it’s someone’s first time (i’ve worked with multiple). but whatever, it happens. we just wanted two prerolls but the transaction took much longer than i wanted, and the budtender didn’t tell me anything about the preroll itself, if it was indica, sativa, hybrid, or even the strain. not to mention i saw when i was leaving y’all sell OG farms, the awful dirt weed from Exclusive and their disreputable owners Omar & Gus. i don’t think i’ll come back.

Went about 2 months ago spent 300 dollars and it was the worst product I've ever received from them. They use to be amazing, wish they had there old product.. I use to be a $600+ customer a month, haven't been back sense.

Big selection of concentrates. I'm not a big flower guy but I am a big fan of concentrates and edibles. I got both and they were both good. Sticky Whip stands out in my mind for Budder. Wish they were closer. Concentrates were a lil dry but all were good so it's whatever. Highly recommend for price and quality.

lol terrible customer service. Got home and products was worse then the customer service. Tried to call and ask for corporates’ phone number. The light skin dude then laugh with the other employees and hung up on me. I called back and he said “you’re not getting corporates number unless I get your name”. I don’t feel safe shopping here and neither should you.

Usually I love this place but they hired some new people or something because we'd the first I went 2 Romulus store and a guy walks in after me doesn't check in ( when another customer says don't u need 2 check in he says no I'm good). Texts on his phone and is let in back before me and comes out with a bag. I have pre-ordered many times and am always told you have 2 wait in line no matter what. So what's changed? Only thing I see different is people working I have never seen the 2 guys working and I won't again. If they are waiting on me I'll leave. I was disgusted with this trip 2 me regular weed spot. I have been going here 1-2 times a week since October and am going to start looking elsewhere if customer service doesn't go back 2 how it's been!

Prices are good but it honestly seems like no one there wants to work. Placed an order online and when I got there they told me to leave cause it was too crowded. That’s the first time I heard that from a dispensary. On top of the fact that they already close an hour earlier than most dispensaries. Good prices, not worth the headache though.

Don’t ever go in the evening before closing. You will be waiting and it does get crowded. Prices are great and the staff were helpful with selections. I prefer to go in the morning, you get in and out quick! I would have given 5 stars, but the waiting area has literally no seating so you have to stand for your visit. Other than that great dispensary!
