Customer service is poor. The girls up front have a bad attitude and so do the curbside pickup girls. States you can pay with card at curbside and the girl got a nasty attitude over it. Do not enjoy having to go inside either. Incredibly unorganized and chaotic. No one seems to have a good attitude there. noticed that they have a wider variety of products compared to our store. "Bay city" The location was convenient with ample parking and security presence. The deals offered were attractive, but unfortunately, they no longer accept punch cards .

This was our go-to spot, but we switched to Cloud because they started having better offers and it became a hassle to get into the parking lot here. We decided to give this place another try because they are better at keeping the 200mg MKX in stock, and I remembered they had a punch card. I was treating my husband for Father's Day, I decided to make a pit stop. The girl helping me was cool (can't remember her name, sorry!). I ended up forgetting to get my card punched. I feel like the employee should have mentioned the punch card before the sale was completed and it would have reminded me. So, I decided to call today to see if they would be willing to punch my card. I explained the situation and that I still had my receipt. After being put on hold for what felt like 10 minutes, the female employee came back only to tell me the manager said no. I’m not here to persuade anyone to not shop here because I've never really had a bad experience here until now. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. Besides, there have been times we received empty pre-roll containers, were charged for items we didn't get, or had misunderstandings on pricing. If losing a customer over a punch card is worth it to them, we will stick with Cloud.
