New customers avoid, reward system offered here is rigged so that you are never able to actually redeem your points you accumulate while shopping here as a customer. I have been told every visit that I am not able to redeem points on products that are on sale. Well fast forward a month and everything is always on sale at least 10-20% off. When I made this fact aware to a worker I was told that they are sorry that even as a worker they cannot use points. How is this my problem as a customer? Then she informed me that if I’m able to accumulate enough points to be greater than the discount offered then they can remove the discount and allow me to spend my points on the full priced item… unbelievable.

Extremely high prices . the highest I've ever seen at any dispensary .for the exact same products. it's convenient .but I can't afford to go there. I have to drive to New Baltimore to get the best price. totally shocked at how high their prices are on everything.

I come to this location once a week every week, and have been for over a year now. The staff there is always amazing but Anita who sits at the front desk is by far the most kind hearted, honest, caring, and hard working person I’ve ever met. Everytime I walk through the door she has the biggest smile on her face to greet me and addresses me by my name and asks how I’ve been. Even tho she’s busy at her desk doing her work she will always go out of her way to make sure she truly takes care of whatever customers are walking through those doors. I haven’t seen Anita recently as I’ve been showing up at later times and she told me she only works mornings and trust me when I say I will only be coming in the morning now to see Anita because she really does make my day and makes me want to come back not for the business but for her!

I really like the selection and the deals. Everyone on the inside is great. The receptionists need to work on their attitudes though and I would've given 5 stars but every time I come there are non handicapped people parked in handicapped and none of the security guards stop them. There is never parking for me due to this, so I am considering a new place because I like to go inside instead of curbside which I have tried.

Edit: While transparency would be nice still and make ppl more likely to tip, I was a bit crabby that day and forgot to remember the intent. I went back today and ended up a random 420 giveaway winner! This was a great lesson to just chill sometimes ☺️I've traditionally enjoyed this place, except that whenever I do curbside pickup they'll just hand me change rounded down a dollar then walk away without even asking if I'd like the coins or not. I didn't mind it for a bit when it was like under 25 cents, but just happened for 68 cents and he never offered then walked away before I even had a chance to ask or anything. Like it's not much but as it keeps happening it's like a few bucks now which is getting annoying af 😕

This was our go-to spot, but we switched to Cloud because they started having better offers and it became a hassle to get into the parking lot here. We decided to give this place another try because they are better at keeping the 200mg MKX in stock, and I remembered they had a punch card. I was treating my husband for Father's Day, I decided to make a pit stop. The girl helping me was cool (can't remember her name, sorry!). I ended up forgetting to get my card punched. I feel like the employee should have mentioned the punch card before the sale was completed and it would have reminded me. So, I decided to call today to see if they would be willing to punch my card. I explained the situation and that I still had my receipt. After being put on hold for what felt like 10 minutes, the female employee came back only to tell me the manager said no. I’m not here to persuade anyone to not shop here because I've never really had a bad experience here until now. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. Besides, there have been times we received empty pre-roll containers, were charged for items we didn't get, or had misunderstandings on pricing. If losing a customer over a punch card is worth it to them, we will stick with Cloud.
