I was attempting to purchase 1k worth of product from this dispo. I placed an order for delivery , once I mapped the place out and realized how close it was I called to switch the order from delivery to pick up the bud tender said its a different system, to cancel and replace the order meaning go back through the website and select each item again , I asked couldn't he do that for me since they have to pull the order either way he asked a manager and they said no and canceled the order. I dont think any of these dispo's are hurting for funds with all the trim prerolls being the prime money makers in saginaw but i will be picking up an order somewhere else. Thank you and God bless

Usually love this dispensary! Today I had went to use my saved up dollar points, $35 over 2. Years of time, I was told I have to spend at least another $20 each visit to use up to $3 of my own earned money off, highly disappointed in this response and will not be returning. Horrible clarity in points and reward usage.

Visited house of dank today I can honestly say the service was super fast. The tenders were very professional and nice the quality Of the merchandise is high top quality I recommend to anyone looking to fulfill their needs.. I received free $25 towards a free eighth or edible For my first time visit, which was really cool. I will for sure be returning.

Went here bought a ounce of pre packaged mimosa when they showed it to me it looked good, but when I got home and opened it definitely not what I was shown this stuff was horrible a lot of leaf and stem and it was brown. Over a half ounce of it was leaf and stems.😡 Never again will I go there and definitely don't recommend them !

SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Bought $7 tarantula pre rolls, on two separate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times have discovered one of the tubes EMPTY!! Double checked receipt and how many were left and everything and nope, they definitely gave me empty tubes! How does that happen? And after waiting 20 minutes in line for them!

So I come here on the regular, product is good and some good deals. The lady that has blonde hair I dunno her name, apparently is a shift lead there, that was working the drive thru window one evening, as I placed my order online for drive thru pick up she was extremely very rude and has zero customer service. She comes to the window and says, what can I get for you? I explained that I put in an online order and I used dutchie pay, she slams the window in my face, comes back a min later and says well I didn't know that. She practically throws my bag at me and shuts the window quickly, she doesn't even say, thank you have a good evening or anything. I get that the place is busy all the time but for her to be rude like that was uncalled for. I usually tip pretty well for those that give me good service and treat me decent, I would have tipped her, but glad I didn't even get a chance too.

My husband heard good things about your facility. So we placed an order for pick-up. I didn't get a notification of my order being worked on. So I decided to just go there. I walked in and it was very busy there were quite a few people waiting even though it was about a half hour before closing. I talk to the person at the desk about my order, she was very polite and looked it up and it was in the system. When it was my turn to enter, Dave got my order together quickly. I could of been upset but it was busy so I just let it pass. Your facility was clean and everyone there was nice and professional. Definitely will be returning.

The sign out front pulled me in. Unfortunately, I had visited another location of theirs in Southeastern, Michigan and they're all tied together. However, I picked up two top-shelf eighths and wow! Were they incredible.

Usually when i come to HOD, i use the drive through which is so convenient especially when you are on the go ! Great deals and great customer service always 🙂 Ashleigh is the one i see the most and she is so polite and suggests just what i need when im not sure what to get 🙂

Placed a delivery pickup this afternoon that would take a couple hours. No sweat, I'm patient. Delivery was supposed to be between 4-5 pm. Here I am almost 8 pm and not even a phone call or text saying they'd be late. Say whatever I'll go up there and check on the order. Walk in and immediately get scolded that I ordered from the wrong store, except I didn't. 5-6 employees just sitting around watching videos on someones phone with a crowded lobby and dirty showcases. The product is usually good but most of their staff just don't care.
