Your last years 420 blew you away, this year I was very disappointed. If this is how you appreciate your costumers I don't see me ever coming back. That wasnt a 420 special it was everyday pricing. I guess I bypass Quincy next time.It's very sad we don't get our points now only if we give you our email address I'm 60 years old, I don't use a computer or have an email addresses , not everyone is in thier 20s I'm sorry.
One of the best stores around. The workers always make me feel comfortable and seen. I have a lot of illnesses, so they will take the time out of there day to find out what would work best for me. I've been so thankful for this store.
When they have good deals, I go. However, I feel compared to others-their customer service is lacking. I knew the deals better than they did and offered no assistance. Felt like they were more concerned with doing inventory than helping me.
I purchased an ounce of Apples & Bananas and there are at least two different strains in the bag. Further, the product is black. Not brown, BLACK. There is no smell. The strain pic that is on the website doesn't look anything like the product I received. I get that it's hard to show batches of strains bc the names are interchangeable, etc. I don't understand how you could sell a subpar product like that or why your people would allow such awful quality to even make it to the floor in the first place. This is unacceptable.
I'm treated very nicely by staff here. Stephen goes above and beyond. He is an exceptional budtender on every level. Dan suggests great deals and always kind. Jackie greets me with a welcome home no matter what! Appreciate Doug as the new manager, he has made a big difference.
I bought two vapes from here— B1G1 free and both stopped working around the same time within a week of purchase. I usually like consume, but after this I'm disappointed.
I truly appreciate Stephen. He treats me like a human not just a "customer". He is always kind, let's me know about deals or gives me a kind upsell in my budget, he let's me know about my rewards, and always asks me how I am doing first and foremost. He recommended some rad products that have never failed me too. I appreciate the kindness and respect. Please retail management bring back price match so I can stop giving the competitor's my money and give it to Consume please. Besides better service with you. Competitor's is really bad.
Usually my favorite place to go in Quincy/coldwater area, but after my recent visit, I will be ending my business. It happened once last year and I considered it my “donation” but this time I was 4 items short on my online order. I understand it’s my fault and I should’ve had them lay everything out in front of me be show me it all while placing everything in the bag. I will learn next time at another dispensary. I paid for around 123 dollars worth of product and probably only received about 70 dollars worth. Just a warning to future customers.
This is usually my favorite place to go in the area. They have some of the best quality for the lower priced items. I did have an issue with one of my purchases but after talking to them they made everything right so thats always stand up business. If your in the area definitely should stop in.
Got some really great deals, left with a nice variety of products, and the service was fantastic!
Had the distinct pleasure of working with Dan today when I stopped in for my weekly visit; I was thoroughly impressed by his level of knowledge and professionalism while maintaining a smile the entire transaction! 5 stars for Dan! Will certainly be back
Horrible customer service. Very rude bud tender and head store manager had no concern. They didn't give me all of my items I purchased. Not only that they did not give me all of my items after a promotion, but gave others the promotion who spent a lot less. Not sure why. I can spend my money other places and be treated better!
I loved this place and was my fav dispensary until they stopped carrying cresco vapes for some reason which are my everyday carts so I had to search elsewhere . However they still have great deals on their concentrates and nice rewards. I miss this place and hope someday they will get them again and then I’ll be back spending hundreds of dollars every month!
9 dollars for an 8th not bad. Nine dollars out the door. People there are cool and it smells good in there.
Pretty good deals look at the menu for deals. 07_01_23 My girlfriend and I bought an oz of: Hell Cat, Red Headed Stranger, Doppelganger, Pure Michigan we also received two pre rolls of Michigan Cherries. The bud tender who helped us was tall bearded man with glasses was very helpful today. 👍👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁. Very nice looking green.

Great stock. Helpful and it was nice that they did bag checks, there was an issue with my order and they caught it, also best quality and quantity for Price. Blows the entire state of Illinois out if the 🌊!Will be back the 3 hr drive is worth it.
