Visited earlier to pick up a 14 for 56 deal on carts I got home and most of them were used/not filled all the way and or just straight up unusable. The orange creamsicle one is how it is supposed to be filled. Y’all need to replace these or give me my money back. This is not ok. Also I got 13 of 14 carts. I just got home and opened these.

For a first time experience at your store - not bad!I have never done 'curbside pickup' and was surprised to see it offered when I closed up my order.I would suggest you add (to your website & social media pages) that you offer curbside and also a visual of how curbside works. I just pulled up to an outside door & called in because that's what your website said to do. However, I was in the wrong spot so ended up going into the store. That process went very smoothly and quick! When I left - I then saw all the cones, etc. for curbside!!I wondered how I 'missed it' when I pulled in - but I did!Hence, I think it would be a good idea to post a visual on line so peeps know what to look for. Thanks!

I have not tried more powerful gummies before, just the regular CBD oil. For the last 2 weeks I have had a bad migraine continuously. The pain just would not let up. Then my vision started to aura out. My son told me about this place. I had to go. So, I went in and gave them my driver's license. After a short wait, I went inside. The place was immaculately clean. The gentleman who brought me in asked what I was looking for. I told him about the migraines. He took me to a panel of gummies in a huge array of choices and flavors. Many different strengths as well. There was a cast amount of other types of cannabis. But I only wanted the gummies. I could control how much or how little I wanted to take. The price was VERY affordable. I purchased the Orange Cream gummies. When I got into the car. I took a dose while my husband drove home. In about 40 minutes the migraine was gone and my eyes stopped having an aura about them. The staff was wonderful. I had no idea what i would need . He guided me through the vast amount of items.

I went here for the first time and ordered about 280 worth of product online. I drive 4 hours, arrived at 12pm and only 1 car was in the right pickup lane. I pulled behind them, noticed the girl helping them and she walked back in. Another car pulled in to the lane next to us, and the girl came back out along with another employee who proceeded to the other car instead of me. There was no communication there at all and I was skipped. That was the first bad sign.After all other customers who came after me were taken care of. The girl came to me and asked what I had. Not "Hello, how are you." I said well I think I get something free today and I have an online order. I handed her my ID.Moments later she came back out and said "We don't have an order for you, or we can't find it." I was upset at this point, so told her to go back in and look again. She came back out with my order and apologized.The product I got was mostly stems and found 7 seeds in the quarter bag. The shake was all leaves, nothing could be salvaged so that was a waste and I just threw that out. I did not receive anything for my first visit. And they have their own point system which I was not signed up for after ordering. They seem like they don't care about the customer at all here. I will never go back. Horrible experience, I wasted money on low quality product that was their most expensive. I really don't recommend going here. Their Ounce, two x quarters, and a half bag lasted me 2 weeks, when it would have normally lasted 3 months from somewhere else. Their product is not good.

This was our first visit to The Fire Station and also my first ever purchase. I had no clue what I was doing or even what I needed, but our budtender Ethan was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. He listened, made suggestions, and then let us decide what we wanted. We will definitely be back! Thanks Ethan, and The Fire Station!😁

Absolutely love the manderian confectionary omg it's like mandarin candy with some hash got me all bright eyed and cheery . Recently had some problems with flower they swiftly gave me my money back umm timing definitely could use some improvement spent 20 mins in drive through for a preorder .but thanks for the great customer service and Sunday g .m o was spectacular as well . yesterday got London pound cake only 50$ I think it was outdoor grown could hardly tell it was some great tastey smoke terpee slurpee was yummy as well these guys always have good smoke and products also got some hash omg 😮 I was higher than a kite. So this was a while ago so I'm updating only thing I'm disappointed in fire station is they make u walk completely off there property for a second order . I think it's bull crap considering other dispensary don't make u do this .bring order in car yes but not leave the property has to be a fire station thing not city wide

Edit:7-3-25I was passing through the UP and just had to make a quick stop this morning at 0930.As always, the staff was cheerful and helpful. I was assisted by Christian “Hola!!” and he certainly went above and beyond. He sorted out the sale on pre-packaged buds, made sure that my rewards and any other discounts was included. He was pretty darn thorough Uff-da 💚And I appreciate that when you’re on the website you can now see the terpenes on many of the flowers.🍃👍🏼6/5/25We visited the UP for the first time on 3/21/25 and hit the Fire Station. It’s new and well organized with nice displays of the buds/terpenes/ and plenty of good stuff! Brandon escorted us from the lobby into the store. Unfortunately, everything is pre-packaged and I was hoping to see and smell buds. But that’s ok.Yesterday I opened the Uplyfted OG Runtz and was I impressed. Sticky and aromatic buds 🤤. The taste is interesting and you literally feel this enter and bloom through your body!!💚I am compelled to write this review because every product I bought was great!👍🏼 Dixie gummies, Glacier Cannabis, Mac Pharms Dan Gambles 🤪and Cresco Prayer Pupil 🤩. I still have a few bags to open and I can’t wait.Most importantly Thank You for honoring my MN medical card. You didn’t have what I really wanted (I’m into terpenes) because they were out of stock but I was able to find options. 🍃

Well I have had a couple bad experiences. However those bad experiences they accounted for. The first time I got a bag of flour with seeds in it. I was pretty upset the second time I had an issue with a faulty cart. When I let them know about the cart they were glad to replace it as far as the seeds go, I don't mind because I grow myself, and the weed was still good. The manager was super super nice and I could tell he was under some stress so I kind of felt bad. I don't want him thinking I hate his guts or anything because in fact I'm very satisfied with the way he handled the situation I will continue to shop here because when I shop at the four-letter dispensary across the street they really like to screw their customers over.
