This is the best stop in Michigan. I had a few specific question about growing practices because I am over all the weird sprayed stuff out there. The founder showed me COA's showing the product purity and all the terpenese preserved by their cultivars practices. These buds have a true medical quality and 2 sessions get me through the day rather than 4-6 sessions. Beyond that he was able to show me pictures and videos of the passionate growers behind the rare products they sell. I do not believe the large chain-o-brand dispensaries even carry these brands. It's the only dispensary around that still feels like its farm to table.

Great dispensary. I highly recommend Green Hippo if you care about quality product and good service. Thomas took the time to let me look at various strains of flower, and he knew the genetics for all of them off the top of his head! This is not a dispensary where you will hear crap like “i dunno, is it on the menu?” Thomas knows his product well and is happy to explain it to you.Forget about the corporate dispos and go somewhere that is trying to make a difference in this industry. You won’t regret it!

Even down to the terp profiles of living soil vs standard/ aeorponics.This place stands out from many big cannabis dispensaries in so many ways and you can feel it in the air. If you value small batch high quality products made with love and to the finest solventless extraction methods from people who care about this plant as much as you do, you will be in paradise.

Drove down from Grand Rapids and couldn’t have been more pleased with my decision to check this place out. Great people, great products, and stellar prices. I drove over two hours to visit Green Hippo. It was my best dispensary experience ever. This guy is extremely knowledgeable about all of his products and is willing to take the time to chat about it with you. If you care about what you're smoking, this is the place to go. There were no colorful packs with cartoon characters or corporate logos on them. There were only jars of premium cannabis. The way buying herb should be. I'll be back for sure.
