Went in on a whim. I pass this location multiple times a week. Greeted with a friendly smile. Employee was super friendly. My only complaint was I was told I was getting Mango-Pineapple and when I got home I noticed it was Orange-Pineapple. Love pineapple not a fan of orange but I’m not holding that against this place. I can myself frequenting this place more often.

EDIT: I think them replying saying they "defended" employees is by far worse than anything I've previously stated. I simply only asked if i could speak with the gentleman that said I didn't need to bring in temporary proof again. I never had a negative attitude, or said anything remotely offensive. No name calling or titles, this was the only single point of my review, they got absolutely twisted over literally nothing. Nothing else. This is the epitome of insanity. They have literally 0/10 communication skills if they can't simply handle talking to a customer. I referenced the time and date solely for the fact and to point out that every one of them was acting "humorous." Anyone here can conclude no owner watched this footage or none of these kids would have jobs. Unless there was documented crime and cops there, I doubt the owner watches tape. Thanks for replying and defending consumes such highly renown honor as a dispensary! In reality however, any of you would be better off flipping grease at mcdonalds and learning a skill, comradery, and being organized in a high pace work environment rather than harassing people and having no life skills. I only brought up fast food because most of them look maybe 18 so I'm sure its their first job. Any entry level job that has real responsibilities is better than kids standing around doing nothing is my point. They are devolving at consume. Had a temporary paper id due to renewing, and a manager told me my info was updated and I didn't need to bring the paper in. I went in a seperate day and was told I needed the paper and simply quoted how a manager told me otherwise and was told I was rude and many other things since I asked to speak with him about the situation because he told me I was fine. It's the gentleman with longer hair and glasses. Be wary of anything that man says and this whole establishment. I returned with proper identification after them giving me a hard time over nothing. I wasn't upset or did anything even remotely offensive on any planet. I was then told by other employees how I was being rude and responded that I only said I thought it was unprofessional how i was treated. At that point the word unprofessional triggered about 6 other workers in there and they all kept insisting how I can leave if i want. I was confused and said I would simply like to make a purchase and leave and they just kept getting more hostile and it felt like a little gang of middle schoolers trying to team up over literally a delusion of a conflict they were trying to transpire. I reported this to their parent company which owns them and reported the time. This happened at approximate 4pm on July 11th if any representative of PTS wants to see how their Consume Brand is treating their "consumers," please listen to the footage and your "employees." These kids are very riddled these days. I pray for them and the next people that try to shop there.

Wonderful customer service the ladies that welcomed and served me were very professional. They have very good prices & a nice selection of products. First time customers get a nice discount. Next time I'm in the area I'll make sure to stop in again.

Sign claims they sell both rec and medical, I walked in with my med card and valid driver's license to point-blank be told they don't sell medical. Irritating, as I had gone a significant distance to specifically go here and even called prior.If I owned this business I would be embarrassed and angry

Twice now within the past few months I've gotten products that were not as they advertised, first time they handled it, second time they said they were investigating it, called up there a few times over the week to see what was happening didn't say much just that they were looking into it, so I decided to bring the product back to see if they needed it for testing, i get there, they said no, and I had to discard it, told them I had a small child living in my house and asked if I could use one of their trash cans, dude behind the counter got attitude and snapped out "I already said no, we cant", so I said okay, tossed the two packs on the counter used the 25 dollars they credited me and left. He then proceeded to lie to his supervisors saying I was the one yelling and threw the packs in his face, which no I didn't, I'm in physical therapy, I barely have the energy to drive there and none for that. But they sided with him and banned me from the store and said I was harassing their employees. If I was being so combative or harassing why didn't they call the police? Because the cameras and phone logs show differently. I caught them mislabeling packs, and after five faithful years as a client, all the business I've sent their way, and this is how they handled the situation. Needless to say, I'm at a loss for words for what happened. Whatever, I'm never going back. To anyone who goes, always get your receipt, take notes on how many points you have, and double-check your pack before you leave their dilapidated parking structure.There's a reason the packs are not transparent.

A higher up manager gave me a call and fixed all the issues without any hesitation, apologized for the mishap, and even ended the conversation in laughter. The man Bryce or something like that picked up the phone the other day when I called about my issue and was super nice and professional about it. I still don't agree with the young lady faith as a manager, but we shall see in the upcoming weeks. Will be back.

Best flower, best bud tenders, and most amazing prices. Everyone is great, but FAITH is my favorite. She's so knowledgeable and honest. Such a sweetheart, You will always feel comfortable with her and this establishment.We do have one dispensery 2 miles away. Flint is 30 min away. Still, we always come to Consume. Thank you to this establishment and all you do for your customers. Sorry I didn't leave a review a long time ago. Because of Faith I wanted to now.
