Sign claims they sell both rec and medical, I walked in with my med card and valid driver's license to point-blank be told they don't sell medical. Irritating, as I had gone a significant distance to specifically go here and even called prior.If I owned this business I would be embarrassed and angry

Twice now within the past few months I've gotten products that were not as they advertised, first time they handled it, second time they said they were investigating it, called up there a few times over the week to see what was happening didn't say much just that they were looking into it, so I decided to bring the product back to see if they needed it for testing, i get there, they said no, and I had to discard it, told them I had a small child living in my house and asked if I could use one of their trash cans, dude behind the counter got attitude and snapped out "I already said no, we cant", so I said okay, tossed the two packs on the counter used the 25 dollars they credited me and left. He then proceeded to lie to his supervisors saying I was the one yelling and threw the packs in his face, which no I didn't, I'm in physical therapy, I barely have the energy to drive there and none for that. But they sided with him and banned me from the store and said I was harassing their employees. If I was being so combative or harassing why didn't they call the police? Because the cameras and phone logs show differently. I caught them mislabeling packs, and after five faithful years as a client, all the business I've sent their way, and this is how they handled the situation. Needless to say, I'm at a loss for words for what happened. Whatever, I'm never going back. To anyone who goes, always get your receipt, take notes on how many points you have, and double-check your pack before you leave their dilapidated parking structure.There's a reason the packs are not transparent.
A higher up manager gave me a call and fixed all the issues without any hesitation, apologized for the mishap, and even ended the conversation in laughter. The man Bryce or something like that picked up the phone the other day when I called about my issue and was super nice and professional about it. I still don't agree with the young lady faith as a manager, but we shall see in the upcoming weeks. Will be back.

Best flower, best bud tenders, and most amazing prices. Everyone is great, but FAITH is my favorite. She's so knowledgeable and honest. Such a sweetheart, You will always feel comfortable with her and this establishment.We do have one dispensery 2 miles away. Flint is 30 min away. Still, we always come to Consume. Thank you to this establishment and all you do for your customers. Sorry I didn't leave a review a long time ago. Because of Faith I wanted to now.
