Just stopped in a few days ago after not coming in for about a year. And they had lace bugs in the bags of weed. And instead of offering me my money back they offered me more weed with more than likely bugs on it. The truffle butter batch definitely has bugs in it.
To start, I placed my order online and walked to the store. When I arrived, I stood outside for 10 minutes before someone even came to see what I’m there for even after I called to let them know I’m here. The employee takes my ID and my money only to come out another 10 minutes later to tell me “we’re all out of what you ordered” and didn’t even offer me anything to replace it, just handed me my ID and money back. Then when I call yall a 3rd time, I’m placed on hold for 10 minutes to be told it’s busy on the inside and that whoever the main boss is doesn’t listen to complaints or suggestions coming from employees and I needed to leave a review to get a response. How do you guys have a customer base like that? That’s insane. You have good products, but if that’s how I’m gonna be treated, I’ll go anywhere else and get the same quality product for the same prices basically. Your customer service skills just wasted 45 minutes of a 30 minute break at my job. Thanks

As a medical patient under the age of 21, I was very disappointed. Yesterday, I was left waiting 2 hours to be “escorted” inside, which I guess is part of company policy. No one helped me for hours, so I decided to leave and come back later. Once again, I was left waiting another hour when I returned, and none of the employees were able to escort me to the medical section. Today, I went in and did not have to wait, however, the medical section was even more disappointing. There was really not much of a selection; no plats, no edibles, no flower, no dispos and I ended up with a shitty 2/8 grams of flower and a singular pre roll. Not worth my time at all.
The receptionist on my visit tonight 08/21/24 was super sweet and friendly. Got to the back and even though it was busy as ever, all the bud tenders were erensyoer nice and diamond was absolutely amazing. 10/1 recommend going to this location.
So joints from here can be a little on the expensive side. Especially depending what you buy I usually stop in here to buy my eighths as they usually have good prices on just bud. Friendly staff not usually packed it's a good environment overall

I contacted them and never heard back.***Stood in front of the cashier with no idea of what the deals were because nobody was around to assist me before I got all the way to the register... the cashier was having an extremely loud conversation with another person at the counter being helped by someone else. Literally yelling in my face, but talking to someone else...meanwhile I had a migraine. She didn't mention any sales/deals. Only asked what I wanted and if I wanted to tip her. I quietly chuckled at her and declined. The quality of the product is great. Definitely got me feeling better after I got home.

I originally went here because Weedmaps said they had a dog treat that they no longer sell. I am sooooo happy I went though! I was having the worst day but Jay and Jordan really turned it around!!! My dog has cancer and cbd dog treats are a niche item, but they were both super kind and helpful! They found me a replacement, gave me some tips, some suggestions for other items, and helped me sign up for an account and saved me some money! They also helped me feel really comfortable and answered all my questions! I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you so much Jay and Jordan and I will definitely tell everyone to come here!
The staff are always very friendly. The interior of the building is very clean and contemporary.Unless there is staff on the floor, it's not clear to me how I'm supposed to proceed. I ended up just taking photos of what I was looking for in the display case. That only kinda works though because when they run out of stock, I don't have comparable things in front of me to grab instead. The knowledgeable staff though have always helped me find a substitute.

Why would you shop anywhere else? High-end products and affordable options. Top notch customer service. They will help you with selecting the best options for your needs and explain why.
