Long-term weekly customer did a pick up was shorted an item, called and initially was given a credit was called back again and told I was not getting a credit because the person on the call pulled the order and saw on camera that I was not shorted an item and that the bag was stapled. I was shorted an item, and the bag was not stapled, hmm. Who’s telling the truth? so Don’t trust them at all. I will no longer shop at this facility. There are too many other choices, truly sad experience. Lost a high value customer over less than $20, when I tip the pick up person $5 every time.

No one offered to help me.. and after looking at the deli flower, it was obvious that plenty of it had mold… if your buds are orange or lacking green color, it’s not safe. Walked out without purchasing anything. Wild that management even allows such ill looking buds to be put out like that. This dispo is for people who have no clue what they are buying. I’d give no stars if I could.

I came by to cash in on the Labor Day Deals. Bought a new disposable, found out that it didn’t work, got it replaced no questions asked. Found out my second disposable didn’t work either and it was a batch issue, and got it replaced a SECOND time no problem no fuss. Every interaction I had with staff was so sweet and everyone was so helpful! I used to shop around for the best deals, but I’m not going anywhere else. Thanks LIV crew!

Went to liv. Drove 45 minutes on my night off because of a deal they offered. When I got there they said it was just sprung on them and they didn’t even have it. Wouldn’t offer anything comparable just pretty much told me too bad so sad sorry I wasted my time. The tall guy with man bun and the “manager” with the beanie who literally has no customer service skills. Congrats. You officially suck

Someone is using my email for their rewards account at this location. I’m not sure how, as I have been a customer here in the past and moved away from the area. Apparently the owners and staff of this location do not care about information security and protecting the identity of their consumers. I strongly urge anyone in the market for a new, primary, dispensary to consider another option. Spend your money somewhere that they care about the consumers.

We were on vacation from a state where cannabis is not legalized. Stopped at LIV to pick up some goodies. What a great choice we made! Everyone there was so friendly, from the receptionist (I didn't catch her name 😔) to the"Bud-tenders", Chelsea in particular. She was so sweet and showed us all the specials and showed us several different pre-rolls that we could choose from. I have visited a couple of dispensaries in Colorado, but none of them held a candle to this LIV location

When you go there ask for Justin. He was one of the best bud tenders I’ve ever had. He covered my change and told me not to worry about it. I felt bad because I couldn’t tip him that time but next time I will be tipping. Glad to know there are still people out there like this and glad he’s working with a good company.
