Exclusive Kzoo has been mine and my gf’s go to dispo for almost 3yrs now. They honestly get like 98% of our business lol. Doesn’t really matter what staff is working… They treat us like family whenever we walk through the door. The products are quality, the deals are always happening, and the free 8er punch card… WIN! lol

Jesse was our budtener today, and thank goodness. First timers coming in, he told us about the specials and took the time to figure us out. What level of quality, type, and feel. Had actual knowledge of the products being sold, and gave honest feedback on them. Jesse went above and beyond to get us the best product and deal he could for US, and ultimately, a reason to come back. Great job you guys

Stopped in on 10/4 and had 4 online orders placed. All four orders were the same exact exact deal (2/$35). Was interesting that I paid four completely different totals: $40.81, $40.87, $40.88 and $41.11. Note, I don't care about the money part - it's just so weird to have four different totals.Also weird - they tried to sell me someone else's order, and I only caught it because I didn't have anything in my orders that was Banana or $50+. I did question if I now needed to check all my stuff for accuracy, which I never do. She assured me she had already checked everything and she really wasn't sure why the guy who packed it made extra notes on my receipt about this Banana something item and added it to my order. It was just weird. This is one line of business where I have never encountered an error like that. There are so many checks and balances at other dispensaries.The girl at the front desk was nice.The girl inside checking me out, Marissa, was super nice and friendly. She was trying to make brief conversation while she fulfilled my fourth order, but I really wasn't having it. Upon entering, my ONLY question was where is the bathroom.Finding out they did not have one was the worst thing I could hear at that moment. By the time I got to Marissa, my only thought was to get outta here as quickly as possible and find a gas station. I had no interest in chatting. But the two girls was very nice. And Exclusive overall has the best deals.

Update: (July 4th, 2025 - waited on by Benjamin)I went in at the last min (yes, I was THAT person, my apologies as I have worked retail before & know better) but they had $20 ozs & $12 half ozs. They aren't the best but after a certain quality point weed is weed & for the price it's hard to beat. I asked Benjamin which strain was good & he recommended the tropical cherry which is pretty decent. I knew from my last trip I liked the Horchata too & I asked which other one was good & he recommended grape pie which looks straight & smells good. I'm glad I asked, I was happy w/ my choices, & at no point did he try to sell me garbage or things I didn't want. He was super helpful & polite & knew the products. He deserves a raise as he was probably the most informative & helpful employee I've ever dealt with. Although all of the other employees were nice too. BC of this trip & my last trip I added a star for my Exclusive rating. Thanks Benjamin!Also I added photos. One of those times I was in a lot of pain & I had put the order in the night before when the new sales for the day were posted so I knew it was on sale & in stock. I waited all day, trying to be patient bc I thought they might be busy, & nada. I finally called to find out why & they basically sold my oz even though I put my order in right after the sales updated & they asked if I wanted something else. I said yes I wanted a comparable THC % as a substitute for the same price but they wouldn't do that either. I only had just enough to get my order delivered (it was one of the first orders I put in after they changed their delivery policy & they would no longer deliver smaller orders for the $5 fee) & they didn't have anything comparable for less than double. I was VERY upset & ended up in pain & bedridden for nearly a week.Updated review from today (Dec 2nd, 2023)Great order today! I called yesterday to ask them to put up my order in case they ran out bc they were out of delivery slots last night & they kindly put it up. Also replaced a preroll from a previous order that was missing. The woman who brought my order was very nice & friendly! Ronnie is awesome. She actually remembered she hadn't seen me since my bday over a mo ago. I added a star to my review bc my last 2 orders that were both delivered by her were great. Thanks!

CBD, and many of the popular flower, edibles, etc. to people searching for pain relief as well as gaining appetites, weight, relieving stress , etc. Exclusive of Kalamazoo has “I feel some of the nicest, knowledgeable people in the business! I shop there exclusively now! Samantha is a bubbly, smart, and professional staff that always has a smile and makes everyone feel welcome, and important! Been a returning guest since my first experience and I love it here! Everyone is always so friendly and so eager to help with any questions I have and allow me to take as much time as I need. Elijah helped with our service today and he was amazing! I did notice from the last few visits, I’ve had a quicker experience but I know that’s due to their new system. I’ll continue to return here for the great staff but hopefully they resolve their new systems so I don’t overwhelm the staff with my questions while I’m waiting to be rung up so I can be in and out of the store
