Talked to them on a Monday, they said my pre ordered clones wouldn’t be sold to anyone else and would be waiting for me when I get there. Higher end clones. I get there (10 hour drive) and find out they sold my clones to someone else, and then they tried to blame the nursery for the issue. Now the higher end clones are out of stock and unavailable to purchase anywhere. They screwed me good I feel like. One of the employees even said “oh that was that order that we sold to that woman, yeah it got messed up”. So they obviously received the order in good condition, nothing to do with the nursery. Wasted lots of my time and money because of their “mistake”

When somebody calls and ask if you have a product, you shouldn't tell them they are 50% off and you have them. You should tell them that they're 50% off because they're almost three years old and you can't get rid of them. I just drove a half hour to come to your store because you told me you had a product on sale that even the bud tender admitted smelled old... BE HONEST! At least the bud tender was😠

I've always enjoyed going and giving them my business.. Usually decent bud but sometimes it fools ya..What's really disappointing is much of the flower is pgr heavy and it shows /smells/taste. But most places are these days . Overall always a good experience with the bud tenders.

With the closing of many medical dispensaries in early 2024 it's been difficult to find a suitable dispensary. The few that are left can be hard to find and have a small selection, however 20 past 4 is an exceptional example of what a proper dispensary should be. Ive been to dispensaries all over Michigan and 20 past 4 has left me the most satisfied and willing to return for future purchases.
