My car was broke down that day and they offer delivery so it was my 1st time ordering with them, they called to confirm order which I liked, and delivery was fast, discreet, and the delivery lady was so nice and welcoming to deal with. Overall great experience, great products and can't wait to go through them again 😊

I typically shop here a lot, mainly delivery. I will be honest and say that 9/10 times the service is superb from confirmation of the order to delivery. But every once in a while I come in contact with this employee named Megan and I think she has a horrible demeanor. Because I do delivery, sometimes I will ask the person who calls to confirm my order what the weed looks like and if it’s a good batch. Most of the time, the employee I’m speaking to has no issue looking for me and then letting me know their opinion and if I should go with something else etc. Today I ordered 2 zips of shake because they have a special going (which I was happy was real because sometimes they have inaccurate deals on the website) and I asked Megan to take a look at them for me to see if they were good shakes. If you smoke or work in a weed store, you know what I mean by “good shake”. Kind of leafy, some buds, and not super fine or grounded. She checks and she comes back and says “it’s shake, it’s dusty, it’s $27.50 an ounce sooo..” in a very condescending tone. One, I didn’t ask the price I saw that when I ordered it online. Two, I know it’s shake. I didn’t ask that either, I simply asked if it was a good shake or not. I told her thank you, confirmed her name, hung up, and called back to speak to Jake who was very kind and had no problem telling me about the shakes. Not sure what Megan’s problem is and I don’t care but fix your attitude asap. Every one else is pretty cool for the most part and special shoutout to my delivery driver Andrew, I believe his name is, because he is always providing great service.

Three times I have given specific instructions and they have not been followed. The instructions are very simple and easy to follow. It’s nothing drastic.

Laurie was so helpful and polite. I’m not sure if that’s her “customer service” voice or if that’s her real voice but it’s so sweet and kind. We love this place and any time we’re in town (live 3+ hours away) we stop by Skymint to stock up. Best place ever and if you plan ahead, you’ll get discounts and free gifts for spending a certain amount. Highly, definitely recommend.

Stopped here on my way to my cousins show and was not an upset. I stopped at another place but this dispensary had better reviews so I decided to not even give the other place a chance and honestly feel like it was meant to be hahah! Lee J was the one who took care of me and if I was to go back I for sure would like to work with her again! She is super personable and knowledgeable.
