Very disappointed in Pleasantrees to be honest. Once a very regular customer because of quality and price, however not anymore. The weed is very harsh to smoke and also very old. Horrible combination. To top it all, you'll be charged 40 dollars plus for weed that's not even fresh as the board states it is. This place has no deals for customers and replaced the people that made the store worth shopping. The rewards tier has changed and its horrible. My sign should've been the empty parking lot, but never again. What I spent with them, could've got me 2 eighths fresh from somewhere else. You guys really should be ashamed.

I hate to even write this because I don’t even shop here frequently and from my past experience like 2-3 months ago it was alright, no complaints but TODAY.I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident that occurred with Jonah on 09/17/2025 while I was a customer at your business. During our interaction, he made comments that were unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly singled out.Specifically, Jonah referenced a past issue in a manner that seemed more like a reprimand than an attempt to protect company policies, which was not the impression I received. This made me feel targeted rather than respected as a customer.As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy which I got from the owner and from the young lady working there with him but not this time from Jonah he was fed up after I didn’t have the extra 2.50 for the atm fee and called my friends to send me 2.50, I even asked a fellow customer who was polite enough to help me, I even gave the guy back his money after not being able to use it because it was cash and not on my card. I’m always learning new things when it comes to dispensaries, I do not consume often so I don’t know the ins and outs. This type of behavior affects my experience and reflects poorly on the business.I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly. Pleasantrees really lives up to the name. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to answer questions without rushing you. The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection of products at fair prices. I always feel like I’m getting quality here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a positive cannabis shopping experience.

I've been going pleasantries for 2 or 3 years now always had good service good product good price everyone's been great. Last weekend I only wanted one free roll, and the guy sold me a five pack, I know it was a mistake just cost me money that I didn't want to spend and I actually didn't even realize it until it was too late. Other than that never had a problem !!

The weed is old. They are allowed to keep it too long and it gets so dry and crusty. Why sell that to customers? Get rid of it.I gave this place one more star because I see that it’s not entirely their fault. The government is truly putting so many chemicals into the weed plants now. It’s making it taste poorly at pretty much any dispensary because of that reason too so I’m not blaming this location entirely.

You really need to keep track of your receipts and points . They don't post the correct amount of your receipt and they don't give you the points you are entitled to. Most people don't want to bother with points they would rather just get a better deal. It seems as if pleasantrees doesn't want you to reach the higher tiers so they find ways around it.

I love this place, but everytime it's someone new it's an issue. I literally had this guy ATTEMPT to tell me I didn't have enough points and overcharge me for an eighth. The way he looked so nervous when I basically told him what I knew I had. Great product, but don't be greedy. That's sick, especially when I tip anyway.
