I sat in the lobby today for twenty minutes waiting . To see the people get called back that arrived after I did. When I went to the counter and talked to the lady and told her they got there after I did. She swore that she writen names down in order but didn't even have my name wrote down. Is it really that hard to put people's names down in order?

I hadn’t been there in a while. Today I received an email saying 10$ for 99 cured resin concentrates. I thought amazing. That’s awesome. Showed the guy in the store…. He says… “I see that it says that but it’s not a thing.” So I was miss lead, then was basically told I was an idiot and “That’s not all you came for was it?” Plus wasted gas. This is after I recently had something saying I had a free gift upon next visit…. That is no longer there.

Just visited for the first time and had a great experience! The lady at the front desk was friendly, the gentleman in the back(cashier 57744) was super nice and answered all my questions. Didn't take long at all and I got a few freebies 🥳 will definitely be back!

Do NOT place an online order they will forget about you then blame you for not just coming in and ordering it in store really disappointed I shouldn't have to go through anxiety attacks while picking up my order

Do not buy there pre rolls I came down from Saginaw to hang at my buddy spent 12 dollars on two pre rolls. And it didn't spark up so I opened them up and it's looked like it was dirt it wasn't hitable. Everything else I got from them tho 10

After the 3rd time I received bad product from this dispensary and a wonderful response stating it was unfortunate that the product wasn't up to standards or it was wrong all together I'm changing my review. The product High Profile sells is inferior. Their prerolls fall apart are half full or have stems in them, sometimes you're lucky enough to get all 3. It was convenient they were so close to home. I'll make the drive to a different dispensary. I suggest you do too
