I was just there bought a half gram of orange cookies sauce and diamonds concentrate by there company, and get home open it it's a solid rock, so I look at date it's 4 years OLD!!!!!!! How dare them I will call the state I worked at dispensary I know that's illegal, easy way to get shut down!!! I wonder how old the rest of there stuff is!!!!!?????

I didn't care for the options and prices, I also had a coupon that was a 5/10 on pre rolls that said nothing about specific kinds but when I presented it that's when they tell you. I felt a little rushed but the gentleman was pretty decent.

I don’t see this shop making it past 2024, the prices are just too high .Every shop has a thing going on for them maybe one has cheap edibles and one might have the best cart deals ,but gage has none of that .Even on their deals for select days they are still beat by other shops .Reward points can’t beat cheaper items and these prices actually lead to low tips. I saw two former workers at different shops and they all had jars filled to the brim and I spent less money + got more items than I usually do even with a 5-10$ tip being left

Tried calling ahead to ensure product needed was in-stock (as their website does not enable search) I waited on hold for over 6 minutes as *first in cue… hung up and drove to store When I arrived to store about 10minutes later…. I see 4 employees not counting security, I was the only customer….. clearly too busy to answer the phone🤯

I went here a few times. I was unfamiliar with carts so I asked about carts since I didn't know much about them. I left with disposables because the gal said aren't they all disposables. Not really. A disposable is $20-25 and I can get carts 12/$99 @ Jars. Big difference in price. Disposables are almost 3 times as much as carts.

Sold me a tiny little pack of pre rolls for $40, a pack of 10 .35g rolls where the filter took up more space than the flower, when I can get much bigger ones for the same price at other dispos. I got mega ripped off never going here again they obviously don't care about their customers and just push the products they're told to.

Updated 11/15/22: This is my 1st time going into the store. All previous purchases were curbside pick up. Stopped by to get edibles and topicals. Charles helped me from the time I entered the building, checking me in and assisting me with my order. He was so pleasant to work with and I loved having one person help me instead of one person for each step. It's more of a personal, not department store experience. Charles made my 1st in-store experience great. I will definitely be back again.First time customer. Friendly staff. Will be nice when can go in to browse selection inside rather than online menu. Came specifically for Light Sky Farms cartridges which didn't disappoint. Edibles from Afternoon Delite were horrible, like eating a piece of plastic and not sure if really had any THC in them.

She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very well. The security inside the building was very helpful, respectful, and kind. I’m the caregiver of my minor child. I went in to find something new for my son with autism. The clerk did not know how to enter the info and then her manager came out and said I needed to bring him in! And I had to have a “paper” linking me to him! What?#1. He’s a minor and my cards show I am his caregiver allowed to possess his “plants”.#2 The cards show I am “linked” to him.This place is a joke. The unprofessionalism of both the budtenders and the manager is astounding. When attempting to inform us that my fiance's "metric" for the month was met, the budtender approached me aggressively, interrupted me, and raised his voice. When the manager was presented with this information, he was nonchalant and said it'd be "discussed". Casey, the manager, is completely backwards in his management style. The customer does NOT come first at Gage, and they make it clear they have no regard for professionalism. Budtender's greeting customers with "yo, wassup?" and the blatantly disrespectful budtender, Xavier, whom approached me aggressively said in front of me that I have "an attitude" because I complained to the manager about him. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL COMPLETELY REGRET YOUR PURCHASE. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and significantly mismanaged. I recommend Pure Options in East Lansing.

Their customer service is quite atrocious. I placed a delivery order today that never arrived. Upon calling Gage I was on the phone with someone who did not offer to help get me into contact with my delivery driver. After the person on the phone professed their ignorance to each question I had, I eventually requested they at least reach out to someone. I was then told they do not have the numbers of their delivery drivers. I asked them to ask their manager, they said they would.I never heard anything back. No order to be found hours later. A complete waste of my time. There are far better dispensaries in the area who actually care about getting orders to their customers. I recommend Arcanna, I don't know why I chose to order here.My first and last time ordering from Gage.

UPDATE 9/4/21I spoke with Jay who handles reviews for Gage. He was very professional and understanding. He was very receptive to what I had to say and also very interested in not only doing right by me as a customer, but to improve the customer experience at Gage overall. I was very pleased with this exceptional level of customer service from Jay at the corporate level.I’ve been to Gage in Lansing several times and it’s been fine. Today I bought an ashtray with a price tag of $40. They charged me $50. When I went back in to have this mistake corrected they say no, $50 is the price. I told the manager that to the customer it is $40 since that’s what it’s marked. The manager would not give me the difference back and I told her “That is a crime”. She said “well, we have to make money”. One employee told me that he had mentioned to other employees that those price tags should be changed. Then my husband went in to complain and that same employee told him straight up that "it is false advertising, but she already bought it.” Am I upset about $10? No. I’m upset that I was scammed and Gage’s employees adhere to their criminal corporate policies. So will Gage see me in court over $10? You bet.

Kassie is one of those staffers whom is knowledgeable about product and if she’s not sure she is not afraid to ask her colleagues. Kassie always !ALWAYS! Greets you with a smile (this is not my 1st encounter w/Her)!!! She is a warm and genuine human with great customer service skills! I think it's the overall best choice. Friendly staff, easy layout to understand product. I think the staff are very cool. The only thing is they are a cash only place. There's an atm if you need it but, would recommend getting your cash before you get there.

I’m the caregiver of my minor child. I went in to find something new for my son with autism. The clerk did not know how to enter the info and then her manager came out and said I needed to bring him in! And I had to have a “paper” linking me to him! What?#1. He’s a minor and my cards show I am his caregiver allowed to possess his “plants”.#2 The cards show I am “linked” to him.This place is a joke. I have never had an issue at a dispensary before I will never go back here again.I went to Skymint and had an absolutely great experience.

The unprofessionalism of both the budtenders and the manager is astounding. When attempting to inform us that my fiance's "metric" for the month was met, the budtender approached me aggressively, interrupted me, and raised his voice. When the manager was presented with this information, he was nonchalant and said it'd be "discussed". Casey, the manager, is completely backwards in his management style. The customer does NOT come first at Gage, and they make it clear they have no regard for professionalism. Budtender's greeting customers with "yo, wassup?" and the blatantly disrespectful budtender, Xavier, whom approached me aggressively said in front of me that I have "an attitude" because I complained to the manager about him. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL COMPLETELY REGRET YOUR PURCHASE. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and significantly mismanaged. I recommend Pure Options in East Lansing.

Their customer service is quite atrocious. I placed a delivery order today that never arrived. Upon calling Gage I was on the phone with someone who did not offer to help get me into contact with my delivery driver. After the person on the phone professed their ignorance to each question I had, I eventually requested they at least reach out to someone. I was then told they do not have the numbers of their delivery drivers. I asked them to ask their manager, they said they would.I never heard anything back. No order to be found hours later. A complete waste of my time. There are far better dispensaries in the area who actually care about getting orders to their customers. I recommend Arcanna, I don't know why I chose to order here.My first and last time ordering from Gage.

UPDATE 9/4/21I spoke with Jay who handles reviews for Gage. He was very professional and understanding. He was very receptive to what I had to say and also very interested in not only doing right by me as a customer, but to improve the customer experience at Gage overall. I was very pleased with this exceptional level of customer service from Jay at the corporate level.I’ve been to Gage in Lansing several times and it’s been fine. Today I bought an ashtray with a price tag of $40. They charged me $50. When I went back in to have this mistake corrected they say no, $50 is the price. I told the manager that to the customer it is $40 since that’s what it’s marked. The manager would not give me the difference back and I told her “That is a crime”. She said “well, we have to make money”. One employee told me that he had mentioned to other employees that those price tags should be changed. Then my husband went in to complain and that same employee told him straight up that "it is false advertising, but she already bought it.” Am I upset about $10? No. I’m upset that I was scammed and Gage’s employees adhere to their criminal corporate policies. So will Gage see me in court over $10? You bet.
