I went in for my first time to get 2 eighths of cookies resin for 710. I get home and the melon bar is only a G instead of an eighth like the packaging states… don’t think I’ll ever go out of my way again.. I had high hopes and thought it was just my eyes playing tricks until I checked it.. crazy

Nice people there for sure. I went on 420 and spent about 280 with tip. Waited in line and was 3rd in the door and it went fast and smooth. Was told we wld get a preroll but no freebies except stickers, pin, and matches, grateful for by the way. Was looking forward to the pre roll but no big deal I had quite a 420 selection to keep chilled. To be honest, 40% off was plenty. They carry higher end and the value lines like redbud roots. Try the glorious bubble hash infused joints and if you like carts that taste like weed and not perfume, try the cannabis derived carts or cdt from redbud. Has a nice planty taste that doesn’t taste so artificial.

This is my main go to for dispensary Marijuana, as a card holder. I recommend this place to everyone! Fine staff, very sweet people, even sweeter products! They have soo much, not to mention the deals! The only thing I can say they don't have is regular hash rosin or hash concentrates, but I have yet to have a bad experience at this place, and I'm a regular. Not sure how they feel on taking pics so I won't include any. The parking lot isn't that big but that's okay.

Staff is seemingly "out of it" and provides awful service. The icing in the cake is arriving 15 minutes before close and they say they can't sell because they are understaffed. Upon making way to my vehicle I notcied 1 person in lobby and 3 employees. If you can't honor your posted hours you've lost my business. Wasted my time, and don't forget time is money. Go somewhere else, this place is full of stoners who dont want to work whatsoever.

Since the cannabis corps have bought out/merged with the smaller ones in Michigan, we have been screwed over twice by them... we drive 170 miles ONE WAY to get to Kalamazoo and/or Buchanan (20 less). We ordered online, didn't get notified or messaged (cuz we leave very early in am and get there at opening) BUT THE NEW WEBSITE was wrong on the inventory and they only had 2 of the 25 items I ordered with poor other options, no substitutes! Hopefully they will get the websites to match inventory! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES

They were trying to be helpful, but like I said, I went for that Ric Flair Drip. They are a little pricey, but the have that good quality. I definitely suggest you check this spot out. The prices here are far to high I’ve been to about every dispensary in the area you can get same quality bud for half the price at most the dispensary’s around here. Figured I’d try it out with prices they have to see if it was that much better in my personal opinion it was not. They do have very nice set up and bud tender was great prices not so much I could understand if it was that much between it wasn’t.

The People were delightful and super helpful 💛 plus easy conversation but the security guard gave me the most uncomfortable feeling 😕 when me and my sister walked in he was outside and immediately came in and followed us when they let us in the back . 2 more (Caucasian) customers came in after us and he kept his attention on me the ENTIRE time and he kept touching his gun. I stayed calm as a person of my color has too. As soon as we walked out from the back he went to the lobby, sat down and got on his phone. Keep in mind there was still the 2 other customers in the back. I don't want to cause problems just warn my fellow black shoppers

Jason was an awesome bud tender. He took his time and explained everything about the buds to us all (I went with two other people). His recommendations were spot on. Super friendly too! My review has nothing to do with the service I received my bud tender was great and very knowledgeable. The prices here are far to high I’ve been to about every dispensary in the area you can get same quality bud for half the price at most the dispensary’s around here. Figured I’d try it out with prices they have to see if it was that much better in my personal opinion it was not. They do have very nice set up and bud tender was great prices not so much I could understand if it was that much between it wasn’t.

The People were delightful and super helpful 💛 plus easy conversation but the security guard gave me the most uncomfortable feeling 😕 when me and my sister walked in he was outside and immediately came in and followed us when they let us in the back . 2 more (Caucasian) customers came in after us and he kept his attention on me the ENTIRE time and he kept touching his gun. I stayed calm as a person of my color has too. As soon as we walked out from the back he went to the lobby, sat down and got on his phone. Keep in mind there was still the 2 other customers in the back. I don't want to cause problems just warn my fellow black shoppers

I am a 45 yr old mom who had to be out of town for 4 days for the first time in 20 yrs without any kids or husband. I was full of anxiety. After searching I found Gage! Besides having the best prices and selection, Gage has the best people working there. You feel so relaxed as soon as you walk in. Lane took the time to find the perfect products to help. Gage is setting the bar for cannabis retail in Kalamazoo. Bright, open and comfortable reception area. Welcoming staff at reception. My budtender, David, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable with an enthusiasm for both the products and the company that was positively infectious. The showroom is open, accessible to everyone and allows the shopper to peruse autonomously if desired, though I was grateful for David's presence and expertise when it came to recommendations. I will be telling EVERYONE about Gage. EVERYONE.

New store. Good prices if you buy enough to get a discount. Tons of flower to choose form. We ordered ahead online and got confirmation that the order was ready for pick up but when we got there it was not ready. It then took forever for a couple people to find the items we ordered. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out because Gage seems to be a decent dispensary to purchase from with product selection and discounts. Overall friendly staff but more training is needed.
