Very quick trip but would advise those looking to shop a bit more to just come on in, the retail space was very tidy and had much to explore. Everyone there was helpful and kind. ***KALAMAZOO LOCATION, Google wouldn't let me leave a review.. go figure.**GO SOMEWHERE ELSE**TOOK MY FUNDS AND THEY'LL TAKE YOURS TOO!! **STOLE $55 BC THE 'TERMINAL WAS HAVING PROBLEMS** and although they said they would get this handled it has not in any way been HANDLED.The Full 411/Rant/Disheartened POV:I went in looking for CBD animal products and my $23 purchase led them to over charging my card with two additional transactions that posted through my account, I called to notify management at the store, had the receipt of the actual transaction, and pointed out that the facility is highly recorded. They ever so politely, extremely condescendingly, played it off like they needed to do more research and basically told me to handle it on my end.Not to mention The general manager said she would Keep me in the loop via email I have not received one other form of communication. And on top of that I was trying to give her information she might need on her end like the banking transaction numbers and such and she was acting like she didn't need any of that.......... probably because she had no intention of handling the situation......... but at the very least it shows a lack of knowledge with the financial industry and how that works.So after attempting to responsibly handle the incident on my end by informing management promptly, providing the necessary documentation of the incident, and the multiple times I had to explain the situation to multiple people because not one person could actually do anything - I am out 55.00. and they made it quite clear taking care of their customers is not a priority. I guess legal drug dealers can get away with that..... 🤷🏼♀️ they can definitely get away with politely blowing you off while they have a much taller than you security guard hovering within arm's length ( this is with me not raising my voice at any point or speaking an appropriately or causing a scene or anything that would warrant the intimidation tactic)There are so many other locations in Kalamazoo that wouldn't do what this location did, or at least I hope they wouldn't. This is just another confirmation for me that customer service just isn't what it used to be.Considering that I'm not overly familiar with marijuana or the Cannabis industry I feel extremely insultedCannabis industry I feel r lack a willingness to take responsibility and fix what their store did wrong. As well as the pointless way they pass the buck on to some other store employee that doesn't help, if they hadn't planned on doing anything further why did they waste my time with the multiple phone calls and having to go back into the store and everything else.One of the employees let it slip that I was not the first one this has happened to so I can't help but wonder what they are trying to scheme up over there.Anyways, try it if you like but good luck to you if there are systems are running slow that day because theyll take advantage and you'll be out of you're much needed funds and they will not do anything to make amends

Made it all the way home before I found out y’all DIDNT give me something I paid for. Came in today and bought an eighth of KK, get home and open up the closed bag, and guess what isn’t there ……… it shows up clear as day on my receipt “Khalifa Kush Khalifa Kush Buds Eighth.” I live out of state so it’s not like I can just “come pick it up.” This was my first and final time here.

I was in today (first time) and bought over $135 worth of edibles and flower. When I get home, I find that I am missing a bottle of tincture, the clerk did NOT put it in my bag. When I called and spoke to the clerk, he told me it was on me to prove the tincture wasn't in the bag (with a receipt they did not provide.. This dispensary ripped me off for $20. If this is how they do business, I will not be making another trip

Today was our first experience at a Gage and I could not be more pleased! I've only been to one other dispensary and have always felt rushed and pushed through but that was not my experience at Gage. Coupon said I can get 35% off of ANY flower but when I get to the store I can't use the coupon for a $60 bag. Very quiet on a Sunday night. Jordan was our hostess and helped us pick out some good stuff that suited our interests. Way cheap compared to Illinois prices, especially after first visit / sale discounts. Fast-acting gummies lived up to their name. Flower selection and viewing/smelling station was nice, though I didn't get any this time around (not what I was after this trip). Store was clean and thoroughly staffed, everyone was very cordial and helpful despite it being close to closing time. I guess my main quibble was that no one was masked besides us.

Stopped by a few dispensaries during my trip to Michigan, but Gage was by far my favorite. Terrance was very helpful and made the experience very easy. Definitely will be visiting again on my next trip to Michigan.

Today was our first experience at a Gage and I could not be more pleased! I've only been to one other dispensary and have always felt rushed and pushed through but that was not my experience at Gage. The young woman &young man helping were very helpful, took their time, explained strands&what they are good for! Was a completely different experience and so much more enjoyable!!! I didn't get the young man's name but want to give him and the young woman, Brittany, a shout-out for making our experience an enjoyable one!!! God bless!!!

Love the flowers but I don't care for the worker in this dispensary, they lie so much. how do you give out coupons but can't use them. Coupon said I can get 35% off of ANY flower but when I get to the store I can't use the coupon for a $60 bag. But the coupon said all flowers I feel like I got ripped off and been played for my coupon????

Very quiet on a Sunday night. Jordan was our hostess and helped us pick out some good stuff that suited our interests. Way cheap compared to Illinois prices, especially after first visit / sale discounts. Fast-acting gummies lived up to their name. Flower selection and viewing/smelling station was nice, though I didn't get any this time around (not what I was after this trip). Store was clean and thoroughly staffed, everyone was very cordial and helpful despite it being close to closing time. I guess my main quibble was that no one was masked besides us.
