Awesome place and Steph was very cool and understand and patient. I was tired and she recognized that and worked with me. I even miscounted how much money I had in my hand and she made it possible for me to still be able to walk out happy and calm. I was upset or worried cus I was embarrassed for messing up. KOB is my absolute favorite dispensary because they have top quality products for reasonable prices. Even their so called “lower end” cannabis is good! I had the pleasure of having Alexandra as my bud tender and she was very welcoming with a positive attitude. She was also helpful with finding a strain that I would like! I usually visit the Gratiot location, but I’ll definitely be sure to visit this one again as well!

Excellent customer service is paramount for upholding a great business reputation and King of Budz customer service is stellar! I had an unpleasant experience during my first visit but the owner Chris was accommodating. He advised me to speak to Neil once I arrived back to the store. Neil's customer service was absolutely amazing! He made my experience very pleasant and has a great personality. I will definitely be returning to King of Budz the next time I'm in Michigan. Thanks Chris and Neil! You guys are amazing!

Steph and Rachel hands down are the best at what they do extremely knowledgeable and friendly , everyone on staff is amazing 🥳 some other places creates a nice aesthetic but the staff wants you in and out they dont try to find whats best for the individual 😦 king of buds will never let you down 11/5 as far as im concerned not to mention prices and quality are unmatched 🔥🔥🥰👏🏾 Kevin is the man 👑 if you are good with him your locked in like a closed safe 🔌
