The receptionist was top tier she spent time on the phone with me going over items even with the site being slow on er end and mine. However. My delivery was to come between 1-4 came like almost 6 which they said it was green wed and so busy! However i didnt get my goodie bag as first time customer and order super late was a bummer. The pre-rolls I wasn’t impressed only one seem diff from the 6 i got so wasn’t feeling the quality on them. But I’ll try again. And they say I’ll get my goody bag next order. Stay tuned for next review!

Stopped by on Thanksgiving for some last minute provisions. Loved this place! Alysse was very nice and pointed out some deals for us, and made sure we got our goodie bags for our first time coming in. I loved the selection and the prices. Will definitely be back!

What a wonderful store in a beautiful location. Customer service was good: Ray took care of me with patience, because I talk a lot, and ask a lot of questions. They managed to find what I was looking for. Which was indoor flower pre rolls. Fear of boof party poppers and bubblegum poppers, Only Zips Cherry pie infused 14 pack, and trophy wife 28 non infused pack. I’m ready to be the popular guy at tonight’s sessions. So thank you King of Budz for supplying my needs. Keep up the good work.

I placed my first ever order for delivery today and it was to be delivered by 4pm. Not knowing what to expect (because again I have never placed an order for delivery before ) I called the store to check the status since it was past 4pm already. They connected me with the driver who without taking a breath went into a tirade of all the 12 hour days he’s working because of staff call offs. I attempted to interject and he boorishly talked over me as I tried to explain that I just needed clarification because it was my FIRST EVER delivery order. Again he proceeded to elaborate about how overworked he was so I told him to cancel my order so that was one less order for him to deliver. He screamed, “that’s great! that’s great and then hung up. My husband heard from his chair the guy was yelling so loud. I called the store back to speak with a manager who said she would speak with him. She offered me freebies if I wanted to come into the store. The Metro Detroit region has way too many other dispensaries for me to patronize than to take the chance that I’ll encounter this kind of unstable behavior again.If you are looking for excellent customer service, great prices and fast delivery visit Gatsby in Royal Oak!!!! KOB is my absolute favorite dispensary because they have top quality products for reasonable prices. Even their so called “lower end” cannabis is good! I had the pleasure of having Alexandra as my bud tender and she was very welcoming with a positive attitude. She was also helpful with finding a strain that I would like! I usually visit the Gratiot location, but I’ll definitely be sure to visit this one again as well!

I had an unpleasant experience during my first visit but the owner Chris was accommodating. He advised me to speak to Neil once I arrived back to the store. Neil's customer service was absolutely amazing! He made my experience very pleasant and has a great personality. I will definitely be returning to King of Budz the next time I'm in Michigan.
