Very poor selection. Needs a variety of better growers and more product that’s actually worth buying. Pretty much everything I got is about to expire or the harvest date is very old. They basically hide the product from you until they ring it up and put it in the bag so definitely make sure to ask to see the harvest dates. If it weren’t for the Jeeter I bought, the FREE Gage preroll would’ve been the best preroll I received. It’s sad to see this from a Cookies. Especially the one in my hometown. The budtender was easily the best part of the whole experience.

Coming from Los Angeles California, I know Cookies brand as top tier products. I’ve always been a fan and loyal customer. I pay any price for great product and service which is what Cookies is known for. Gage is destroying the Cookies brand name in Michigan, selling old products, not rotating out the old with the new. Harvest dates past 6 months shouldn’t even be on your shelves let alone sold to consumers. You can give people mold, mites or worse. Very dangerous. Ownership needs to hold their employees accountable to protect their business and brand partners. Very disappointing to say the least.

So this has been maybe the 4th time buying my flower here, I loved the store and the customer service, but im very unhappy with the flower it self, tried to roll me some and the flower was so hard and dry, when i grined it, it became powdery tried to break it with my fingers and it was just like dusting my flower, this is bizarre!! 3 out of my 4 zips were dry af. 🤨😢

A co-worker and myself went to Coldwater and he suggested we to go to Cookies in Kalamazoo which added about an hour and a half onto an already three and a half hour trip but we went and I am glad we did.As soon as we entered we were greeted by Trevor who took our info then led us to the back and was our budtender. Trevor made that trip to Cookies the most comfortable pleasant trip to a dispensary I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about his job, and just a cool guy.Not for one second did I feel rushed or like I was bothering him at all. He answered all our questions with a smile and went out of his way to help me look for something comparable to a hard to find specific strain I have been wanting to track down which I appreciated the hell out of.Even though Cookies is quite a bit further of a drive I will put in the extra miles to visit Cookies specifically because of Trevor.If anyone in management reads this just know that Trevor is an asset the company should definitely appreciate because I know that many happy customers appreciate him.

I've been a customer for a long time now, but recently they went above and beyond for me. My truck didn't want to shift into gear as I got their to shop. I proceeded to panick and Google and YouTube possible fixes. A few minutes later multiple men came out to assist. I want to say one was the manager, the security officer and a bud tender. Called in unhappy about product we got from this store. After seeing some of the flower I purchased was harvested as far back as 3/12/2021 (20 months) I asked to speak with a manager and Kristin was who I was on the phone with. After telling her we love their store and product we were upset when we got home saw the dates and weighed the pre packaged eighths and some being 3.19 grams and very very dry. She explained it was because it was on sale but I let her know flower almost 2 years old and it being almost a half gram off per bag and me buying 13 I wasn’t happy also this being the second time we have got eighths we haven’t asked for or got doubles of when we did not ask for that Kristin told me it is how it is and they can lose ours business. Very rude and unhappy with how they handled the whole situation.

Very open lay out compared to the typical bar style dispos I’m accustomed to! I like the light on the concentrates! I rolled into Kalamazoo looking for some top notch hash rosin. Brad realized I knew plenty about the products I just needed help narrowing down to the highest quality cultivator and lab, his knowledge was perfect. Everything he recommended has been exactly what I expected! Loving the ice cream cake rosin! He even gave me a cup so I could give my dog some water on the hot day. They have a sign that says entrance and a sign that says exit, but since the way u go is in the drive ways next to them it does not look like it is part of their property. The only thing is that financially this costs more than a prescription would. I am retired and on a budget. Called in unhappy about product we got from this store. After seeing some of the flower I purchased was harvested as far back as 3/12/2021 (20 months) I asked to speak with a manager and Kristin was who I was on the phone with. After telling her we love their store and product we were upset when we got home saw the dates and weighed the pre packaged eighths and some being 3.19 grams and very very dry. She explained it was because it was on sale but I let her know flower almost 2 years old and it being almost a half gram off per bag and me buying 13 I wasn’t happy also this being the second time we have got eighths we haven’t asked for or got doubles of when we did not ask for that Kristin told me it is how it is and they can lose ours business. Very rude and unhappy with how they handled the whole situation.

I’ve been to dispensaries in multiple states as well as worked in the industry since 2014. The building was legit, the safety and security was on par to any other. The sales floor was unique! Very open lay out compared to the typical bar style dispos I’m accustomed to! I like the light on the concentrates! I rolled into Kalamazoo looking for some top notch hash rosin. Brad realized I knew plenty about the products I just needed help narrowing down to the highest quality cultivator and lab, his knowledge was perfect. Everything he recommended has been exactly what I expected! Loving the ice cream cake rosin! He even gave me a cup so I could give my dog some water on the hot day. All around great experience and I’ll be back!

This was my first time going to cookies. I chose curbside pickup and i did not realize it was in the back. They have a sign that says entrance and a sign that says exit, but since the way u go is in the drive ways next to them it does not look like it is part of their property. I needed help to sleep after having side effects from a prescription. The first gummies they recommended was good, but now they found one for me that is better. The only thing is that financially this costs more than a prescription would. I am retired and on a budget. They do give a senior discount but it's still too expensive.Also you have to have cash only.
