Came here for the first time in a little over a year and was met with the absolute rudest sales representative, Jade. Absolutely no social skills or sales skills at all. HIGHLY recommend you avoid this location and stick to Ferndale or Oxford, where you’ll actually be greeted and talked to about their products (and probably buy more as a result - shocking concept to be a sales representative)

So I made an online order during happy hour and when I got there to pick it up, they were closed due to no power so I called later to see if they were opened and when I got there, they wouldn’t allow my discount because it wasn’t during happy hour, but it wasn’t my fault that they were closed. My receipt still had the original price so now I’m confused and wondering why. This really put a bad taste in my mouth.

When traveling to Detroit from any city please and I mean please stop by This establishment and ask for Olivia. She is definitely the best and taking care of you while trying to figure out what the best bang for your buck would be. Made me feel welcomed and also made sure I was well taken care of coming from out of town. The guy working recommended it and look at what we got ......... Booooo is right because if I wanted half a pre roll at full price I would have asked for that.... My first experience was awesome. Shane, Cheyenne, and Madison, were great! They were very informative, easy to talk to, overall they made the visit worth it. They gave us recommendations too. They’re well with customers and they make good conversation. I was confused about my total after I got to my car and the manager Jim was so nice explaining my discounts to me I even got free stuff for it being my first time. This was me and my wife's first visit to Cookies and has been one our best dispensary experiences yet. We actually had time to look around and see everything that the store offered and Cheryl was very helpful and explained everything from the accessories to the edibles to the flower to the cartridges. You can literally go shopping in this place! I was a bit disappointed at the free lighter for being a new customer. I've had much lesser known places give promotional grinders, papers, gummies/candies AND a lighter as a new customer appreciation package especially when it is a Medical Card only facility. But 1 free lighter only and it doesn't even have Cookies name on it? COME ON MAN! 😠

First visit ever here. The Cookies flower is mediocre at best. Looks and smells great, didn't get any high from it. The gage flower is super dry. Didn't bother smoking it. The pre rolls don't even smell and taste awful. The staff is exceptional and make you feel welcomed though. Customer service is on point. My star is for the product not the employees because the employees were great. If you want good smoke, buy Local Grove.

We stopped by the Ann Arbor location first where we had no idea Matt Barnes or Chris Webber would be there releasing a new stain. Afterwards we headed to Detroit to stop by that store and we were greeted kindly with reward offers, free lights and some of the best customer service ever. I dealt with Marcus who was friendly, chill and knowledgeable of the products. He convinced me to buy the Iverson 01 strain and let me tell you it was top notch! Marcus was very patient with me. I have difficulty walking. Marcus used one of their wheelchairs to wheel me around the dispensary. He explained the products in a way that was easy to understand. Marcus suggested products I chose to purchase today. He wrote down what each one was for. He also informed me that I would receive a free pre roll for my first visit. Marcus provided me with top notch service. I really enjoyed my visit and experience and will definitely be coming to Cookies whenever I'm in town.

Ernest is hands down the best around. I watched him stand in the hot sun and help the people in front of me place their order, who were having a hard time. Took care of them and came up to the car for curbside pickup. Greeted me and took my if med card and money for my order. I made a small change and he handed it like a champ. Always makes my day better when I stop in to pick up meds and see him. He deserves the tip easily but maybe some management to get a very good crew together. Also on several occasions I purchased top shelf flower at premium cost and if it's not full of seeds the strain has been pulled prematurely and under flushed.Prices don't match the products. This place has no idea how to talk to customers. I called up there asking them if a picture of my medical card would suffice. They said that it would so I drove all the way from Commerce township just about a 45 minute drive all to have them tell me no as I'm in the parking lot! The budtender that was initially out there was great, the next one to come out with the dark hair was beyond condescending saying since I work in the industry I should know how this works. I picked up 2 bags of Funfetti Cake they looked great, but the smell was kind of faint and not much taste. After curing it for a week or two it got better. Also got 2 bags of Gary Payton and it was the same way. It looked great, it needed to cure longer. I just feel like for those prices the flower should be cured longer. The cure makes and breaks the flower as far as "premium" flower is concerned.

The deals are really good here. The staff who takes your cards is normally friendly. The manager who I’ve had to talk to twice is rude and not customer service friendly she picks up the phone and is very direct and doesn’t care what you have to say. One time they forgot some of my items from my order so I had to call and she said they would give me a call back and they never did. Luckily there’s another manager whose nicer I called and told her and she immediately checked the inventory and told me they were off on their count. She immediately resolved the problem. If you want to be a manger in customer service you need to learn how to talk to customers and maybe follow the example the other manager set she was very nice and cares about what I had to say. I appreciate their staff and the nice manager.

They aways attend to my needs, surprising me with the lowest prices, and every single one of the budtenders there are so kind and helpful. This morning when picking up my order at Cookies Detroit, my budtenders name was Ernest. He was nice and efficient, and when he came back out with my order it turned out I had given him 70 cents less than what I owed. I searched my wallet and car for change, but somehow I didn’t have a single extra penny on me. Ernest was so generous and paid for what I owed out of his pocket so that I was still able to get my full order. He made my day, it was so incredibly sweet of him, and I appreciate Ernest and Cookies Detroit so much for always supporting my medicinal needs. This was me and my wife's first visit to Cookies and has been one our best dispensary experiences yet. We actually had time to look around and see everything that the store offered and Cheryl was very helpful and explained everything from the accessories to the edibles to the flower to the cartridges. You can literally go shopping in this place! I was a bit disappointed at the free lighter for being a new customer. I've had much lesser known places give promotional grinders, papers, gummies/candies AND a lighter as a new customer appreciation package especially when it is a Medical Card only facility. But 1 free lighter only and it doesn't even have Cookies name on it? COME ON MAN! 😠

First visit ever here. The Cookies flower is mediocre at best. Looks and smells great, didn't get any high from it. The gage flower is super dry. Didn't bother smoking it. The pre rolls don't even smell and taste awful. The staff is exceptional and make you feel welcomed though. Customer service is on point. My star is for the product not the employees because the employees were great. If you want good smoke, buy Local Grove.

Afterwards we headed to Detroit to stop by that store and we were greeted kindly with reward offers, free lights and some of the best customer service ever. I dealt with Marcus who was friendly, chill and knowledgeable of the products. He convinced me to buy the Iverson 01 strain and let me tell you it was top notch! Marcus was very patient with me. I have difficulty walking. Marcus used one of their wheelchairs to wheel me around the dispensary. He explained the products in a way that was easy to understand. Marcus suggested products I chose to purchase today. He wrote down what each one was for. He also informed me that I would receive a free pre roll for my first visit. Marcus provided me with top notch service. I really enjoyed my visit and experience and will definitely be coming to Cookies whenever I'm in town.

Took care of them and came up to the car for curbside pickup. Greeted me and took my if med card and money for my order. I made a small change and he handed it like a champ. Always makes my day better when I stop in to pick up meds and see him. He deserves the tip easily but maybe some management to get a very good crew together. Also on several occasions I purchased top shelf flower at premium cost and if it's not full of seeds the strain has been pulled prematurely and under flushed.Prices don't match the products. I am seriously disappointed with the service and products. I've spent $$$$$$$ money here and I'm not treated that way. This place has no idea how to talk to customers. I called up there asking them if a picture of my medical card would suffice. They said that it would so I drove all the way from Commerce township just about a 45 minute drive all to have them tell me no as I'm in the parking lot! The budtender that was initially out there was great, the next one to come out with the dark hair was beyond condescending saying since I work in the industry I should know how this works. I picked up 2 bags of Funfetti Cake they looked great, but the smell was kind of faint and not much taste. After curing it for a week or two it got better. Also got 2 bags of Gary Payton and it was the same way. It looked great, it needed to cure longer. I just feel like for those prices the flower should be cured longer. The cure makes and breaks the flower as far as "premium" flower is concerned.

The deals are really good here. The staff who takes your cards is normally friendly. The manager who I’ve had to talk to twice is rude and not customer service friendly she picks up the phone and is very direct and doesn’t care what you have to say. One time they forgot some of my items from my order so I had to call and she said they would give me a call back and they never did. Luckily there’s another manager whose nicer I called and told her and she immediately checked the inventory and told me they were off on their count. She immediately resolved the problem. If you want to be a manger in customer service you need to learn how to talk to customers and maybe follow the example the other manager set she was very nice and cares about what I had to say. I appreciate their staff and the nice manager.

They aways attend to my needs, surprising me with the lowest prices, and every single one of the budtenders there are so kind and helpful. This morning when picking up my order at Cookies Detroit, my budtenders name was Ernest. He was nice and efficient, and when he came back out with my order it turned out I had given him 70 cents less than what I owed. I searched my wallet and car for change, but somehow I didn’t have a single extra penny on me. Ernest was so generous and paid for what I owed out of his pocket so that I was still able to get my full order. He made my day, it was so incredibly sweet of him, and I appreciate Ernest and Cookies Detroit so much for always supporting my medicinal needs.
