They sold me their bottom of the barrel-no one is buying this weed-weed, the workers talked up the bud I bought assuming I was a new smoker and gave me the driest, weakest trash I have ever gotten from a dispo. Absolutely disappointed. I will not be returning. Save your money, go to literally any other dispensary nearby and you'll be treated better and receive better quality product.

I came to Bloom City Club expecting some passable flower and routine, impersonal customer service. I was wrong to expect that. Not only was the selection much more well-curated than I had anticipated, the workers were some of the most down to earth people I've had the pleasure of meeting in recent memory -- I had a lengthy, joyful conversation with Kyle about cannabis and the culture surrounding it, as well as our own personal interests as lovers of music and art. I'm happy to say that I left BCC not only with some delightful flower and wax, but more importantly, with a warm reminder of the humanity and friendship at the core of cannabis culture. Great place, and I will most definitely be back!

I was there yesterday. Didn’t seem to have as much inventory as before. No rso tiniture the last 2 visits. Not many gummies to choose from and ounces seemed high. We travel from Indiana so went on tues 3 hour drive and no discount plus I’m 66 no wisdom discount. Discount I received is 10% med card holder which I don’t have. When I reminded budtender of my discount she said I already got my discount? It was my friends birthday and when we went out she didn’t put her free pre roll in. But we went back in and got it.

Let's get the good out of the way.3 stars is for the check in with the nice receptionist who kindly gave me a first time buyer 15% discount. Positive attitudes. Very nice people. Bud looks exceptional!!! The ones that I did manage to smell smelled decent but many of them smelled the same.For the other part.Not a five star visit because I got into the place and spotted what I came for**which was pre ground/ready to roll 1/2 or whole oz pack.**Was told I can't use my 15% to get it so I frowned a little and tried to smell some of the bud through the thin slots available. It was hard to get good whiffs so I was turned off quickly.Their buds look fire don't get me wrong I'm just picky and want to know what I'm paying for beforehand. It was hard to do that through the thin slots.I informed my Bud tender that I have previously went places and got deals way better to which he replied that if I know of a place with better prices that he encourages me to check them out so I did and got 2oz, a free shirt and a free Pre roll for $60 which would had only got me 3/8 at bloom.

I originally checked the bloom city website, for deals, and I thought I found a good deal and when I went in to check it out they said that was for a different location. Ok I cooperated bought my stash and left. Two minutes later they sent the promotion to my phone with they’re name on it. I’m not sure if my business just isn’t appreciated here no more or if this place is just that poorly managed. Regardless with as many dispensary s as their are now I have no reason to tolerate this.

I've been here many many times and was always treated with respect and friendliness. Today I was not. Like i told the front desk lady (who's the sweetest lady ever) I'm not sure I'll be back after today. Bloom is usually the most wonderful recreational dispensary but today on Veterans Day, I am shopping and my 13 year old son had to use the rest room. The initial bud tender in the reception was very nice and pointed him to the bathroom. While shopping 2 other bud tenders Mike and Jeff come running in telling me I have to leave because I left my children in the car. I told him with my Veterans/nursing uniform on why would you ever think I would leave my children in the car by themselves. He told me to leave now. I told him their father and brothers were in the car. Then he said well he can’t be in here at all. I understand that they can not go in the back but all he had to do was use the restroom. I was never so embarrassed and insulted. Very poor customer especially on Veteran’s day and my birthday was Monday.service. Very sad!Update. I went the Bloom the next day because I was so bothered and Terri and I believe the young budtender was Mike. They completely apologized for what happened and even threw in a free prefilled. Not all are bad. I really think maybe the other two bud tenders that were rude were having a hard day. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Update:I've been going here since they opened. In the beginning it was as I said previously. Since I've had multiple problems from incorrect listings on their website and today being humiliated because I went back a second time and was accused of trying to take advantage of their Sunday deal. I was not and it is hurtful especially because I spend A LOT of money there. Also, there's nothing saying you're not allowed to go back and the receptionist never said you can't get a deal twice. And if she had it wouldn't of been a problem. But acting like I was trying to scam them was ridiculous and rude.(Original post) Very well constructed outside and in. So many kind informative people. Came here super baked for my first experience Met the nice lady at the front desk, she signed me in and I took a seat in the waiting room. It was busy but they are very good getting to everybody. Met some new friends while waiting also. Great environment.. another nice lady called my name said she was my bud tender. I don't remember her name. I was already on cloud 9. After about 5 minyes of talking about carts we moved onto the bud area. After sniffing every jar like a blood hound I made my choices... The flowers great,carts are great deals are solid. Gal out front greeting us excited to be at work greeting us almost before we were all the way in the door. Girls at cash register offer free long sleeve after we asked how much they were. I spent just shy of 350$ the experience was well worth the money spent for my 2nd time in a dispensary. Like i told the front desk lady (who's the sweetest lady ever) I'm not sure I'll be back after today. There are many many other stores that I can give my money to so why should I come to a place that has someone who treats me like absolute garbage?

Bloom is usually the most wonderful recreational dispensary but today on Veterans Day, I am shopping and my 13 year old son had to use the rest room. The initial bud tender in the reception was very nice and pointed him to the bathroom. While shopping 2 other bud tenders Mike and Jeff come running in telling me I have to leave because I left my children in the car. I told him with my Veterans/nursing uniform on why would you ever think I would leave my children in the car by themselves. He told me to leave now. I told him their father and brothers were in the car. Then he said well he can’t be in here at all. I understand that they can not go in the back but all he had to do was use the restroom. I was never so embarrassed and insulted. Very poor customer especially on Veteran’s day and my birthday was Monday.service. Very sad!Update. I went the Bloom the next day because I was so bothered and Terri and I believe the young budtender was Mike. They completely apologized for what happened and even threw in a free prefilled. Not all are bad. I really think maybe the other two bud tenders that were rude were having a hard day. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Horrible customer service. If you get a rough, older blonde looking lady. I'm assuming everyone here is not as rude, maybe I'm wrong. Very unorganized place. If you choose to go here good luck!Gave one star because I had to in order to leave review.Your more concerned about security risk then making customers happy or even responding on that matter. Blonde woman up front (Stacy, I believe) was extremely rude to couple in front of me as well as my fiancee. Went in back to grab pick up order and there were 3 people behind the counter talking with each other, no "I'll be right with you", just stared blankly for a few minutes and then finally got my product. Needs better management, since workers seem confused and unorganized.

Showed up today and the power was out. The crew was extremely apologetic and helpful about it as far as explaining why they can't do anything even though they had backup power. Definitely a go to place for the new comer or the die hard once a week people

Update:I've been going here since they opened. In the beginning it was as I said previously. Since I've had multiple problems from incorrect listings on their website and today being humiliated because I went back a second time and was accused of trying to take advantage of their Sunday deal. I was not and it is hurtful especially because I spend A LOT of money there. Also, there's nothing saying you're not allowed to go back and the receptionist never said you can't get a deal twice. And if she had it wouldn't of been a problem. But acting like I was trying to scam them was ridiculous and rude.(Original post) Very well constructed outside and in. So many kind informative people. After a 50 minute trip here, I finally left empty handed after they served 5-10+ groups of customers who got there after me and ordered after me. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like standing around and waitingUpdate: I appreciate the owners response, but after a phenomenal experience at Timber(took 2 minutes), I'm not sure I'd ever really take the chance again, but yea the place seemed like they were dealing with some issues all week between the ATM's being down and I guess the internet too, so maybe this isn't the norm. Just wanted to get some edibles for my dad and grandpa on fathers day, but instead wasted an hour without them

The bud tender was friendly enough but the process left me feeling a little abandoned. The length of time spent here was a little ridiculous but I got what I wanted at a pretty good deal.

Came here super baked for my first experience Met the nice lady at the front desk, she signed me in and I took a seat in the waiting room. It was busy but they are very good getting to everybody. Met some new friends while waiting also. Great environment.. another nice lady called my name said she was my bud tender. I don't remember her name. I was already on cloud 9. After about 5 minyes of talking about carts we moved onto the bud area. After sniffing every jar like a blood hound I made my choices... The flowers great,carts are great deals are solid. Would suggest to anyone. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Very happy place. Knowledgeable staff was Alex was great help especially suggestions and cautious for first time user of edibles. Gal out front greeting us excited to be at work greeting us almost before we were all the way in the door. Girls at cash register offer free long sleeve after we asked how much they were. I spent just shy of 350$ the experience was well worth the money spent for my 2nd time in a dispensary. When I come back to the area I won't be searching Google maps for the a place to go Bloom City earned customer for life today.

Incredible experience: best prices in the area, incredibly helpful staff, best displays for comparison shopping and the only dispensary I've ever been to that didn't feel like they were just trying to rush me out the door. Budtender (Josh) had an absolute wealth of knowledge, cashier (Angel) was the sweetest. Couldn't have had a better experience.
