I initially had issues for weeks. Honestly they good do better with the rewards program and the process takes way too long to work through. But I can say the people are a pleasure to work with and they do try to help in anyway possible. The manager was a great help and went above and beyond which goes moles in my opinion. The selection is huge. I love trying all their new products. It's worth going just to speak with the people and trying their products.

Hands down the BEST dispensary to shop at! Not only is the marijuana sold deli style, but the staff is outstanding as well! Last night when I attended one of Bloom's awesome Moon parties (where I received an awesome grab bag, btw...), my budtender was absolutely fabulous! Natalie with the rainbow hair and eyebrows was by far the best budtender we've had in quite a while. She was patient, never rushed us. She was informative, answering all of our questions about a new product we haven't tried before, not to mention very kind with a wonderful personality over all. Natalie was more than helpful, we left the facility without any doubt on how to use our new product along with exactly what went for. Love Bloom City!!!

I know none of the people here have anything to do with Battle Creek closing. But that place was the best dispensary I’ve EVER been too. I pretty much EXCLUSIVELY shopped with bloom other than if there was a big sale somewhere. I told everyone about that location. The staff was the nicest people Ive ever met in customer service. The staff here was very professional, very friendly, and super informative about their product! I have been here twice now and both times I left very satisfied. Great quality, great deals, and great customer service. My bud-tender this time was Haley! I told her what I was there for and she began listing my options and telling me about all of the deals going on. There was a small issue with not having enough of one kind for what I wanted or something minor like that, which caused it to take a few minutes longer than usual. This was literally zero inconvenience to me, but while I waited Haley kindly answered all my questions and had a good conversation with me while showing me all the different selections. After a few short moments I was cashing out and about to be on my way but because it took a few minutes longer than usual the boss came out and apologized and said she would compensate me for the wait and any “inconveniences” (which there was none!) and generously gave me a t shirt with the store logo! Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to ensure I left there a happy customer and I most certainly did. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. If you are in the Ann Arbor area I highly recommend stopping by this homey, welcoming, place! =)

First time buying from a dispensary in Michigan and it wasn’t bad. I went on 4/20 and it was a little crowded but that’s expected! The shop is so cute and quaint! The budtenders are super helpful and overall the staff is very pleasant and friendly! Will definitely come back!

Plus, the prices are fantastic and the taxes are low. overall, this is what dispos SHOULD be like, not like a pharmacy like so many others i have been to.

Hands down the BEST dispensary to shop at! Not only is the marijuana sold deli style, but the staff is outstanding as well! Last night when I attended one of Bloom's awesome Moon parties (where I received an awesome grab bag, btw...), my budtender was absolutely fabulous! Natalie with the rainbow hair and eyebrows was by far the best budtender we've had in quite a while. She was patient, never rushed us. She was informative, answering all of our questions about a new product we haven't tried before, not to mention very kind with a wonderful personality over all. Natalie was more than helpful, we left the facility without any doubt on how to use our new product along with exactly what went for. Love Bloom City!!!

They couldn’t have given me the “ recreational “ versus the “ medicinal “?Not impressed, they are only concerned with the money.I drove to Lume, they have better selection, more specials and is less costly. I know none of the people here have anything to do with Battle Creek closing. But that place was the best dispensary I’ve EVER been too. I pretty much EXCLUSIVELY shopped with bloom other than if there was a big sale somewhere. I told everyone about that location. The staff was the nicest people Ive ever met in customer service. I will never shop with this company again because I’m not gonna drive to a new location in freaking Ypsilanti when I had one ACROSS THE ROAD. Terrible move. Customer lost. L business move. Ratioed

The staff here was very professional, very friendly, and super informative about their product! I have been here twice now and both times I left very satisfied. Great quality, great deals, and great customer service. My bud-tender this time was Haley! I told her what I was there for and she began listing my options and telling me about all of the deals going on. There was a small issue with not having enough of one kind for what I wanted or something minor like that, which caused it to take a few minutes longer than usual. This was literally zero inconvenience to me, but while I waited Haley kindly answered all my questions and had a good conversation with me while showing me all the different selections. After a few short moments I was cashing out and about to be on my way but because it took a few minutes longer than usual the boss came out and apologized and said she would compensate me for the wait and any “inconveniences” (which there was none!) and generously gave me a t shirt with the store logo! Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to ensure I left there a happy customer and I most certainly did. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area. If you are in the Ann Arbor area I highly recommend stopping by this homey, welcoming, place! =)
