I stopped in today, after having awful day, your guys were so cool it turned my mood. I personally prefer this location out of the ones ive been to. I also prefer this Dispo over every dispo ive been to in Big rapids. Deals are great and your staff is awesome. My cashier was Mason Pieske. He deserves a raise! 12/10 4:36p

He was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t just point me to the most expensive product, he walked me through several options, explaining the pros and cons of each with patience and confidenceAlex’s customer expertise is second to none, and it's obvious that he's passionate about helping people find what they need. Phenomenal service from Kirsten today. She showed me absolutely everything I wanted to see and smell. Gave me great feedback back at every corner. I came from the Muskegon area to see what big rapids had and I loved it. Highly recommend whether you’re an experienced user or it’s your first time you will not be disappointed I promise. Also strange roots lost an absolute dawg of a bud tender ifkyk. Good shit timber

I really want to give this place 5 stars. The product selection and quality of products are good, but the few times I’ve been in the customer service I received was mid tier at best. I had the same girl two times and both times when I asked about a product I got the “it’s really good that’s all I smoke”. I would have just brushed off, but she told the same thing to the customer before me about a different product. Maybe I’ll come back again to try down the road, but I will definitely wait for a different person to help me out.

Anytime I come to Michigan there is one dispensary that I will go out of my way for and that is TIMBER! Simply because of how knowledgeable Jacob is but also because he made it a custom tailored bud shopping experience! He was very nice and he knew what questions to ask me for me to get the best high tailored to my likes! I will go out of my way every time to come here! That's how awesome he was! But even the security guard and other staff ALL were friendly, smiling and made me feel like I was getting top of the line!! And trust me friends, IT IS!
