Today was my first visit to Lume. I was assisted by a very nice young man named Reuben. He spent a lot of time with me and was super helpful! Also, the ambience of the store was very nice, very clean, with a super chill vibe. Got some nice discounts as well. I will definitely shop here again!

I had avoided going into this dispensary because I visited one in northern Michigan and thought the prices were pretty high. But they had a good rewards program and deals for new customers so I gave it a try. First two visits were fine. Good service and product was fine. Third visit, the person who helped me was pretty lackluster and poor at communicating. I didn’t realize that the expiration date for the deal I was supposed to get on the third visit had expired, within the week I visited. I inquired a few times with the person who helped me. He said he needed to check with the manager. Eventually he rang me up without the discount. ( no communication about I not getting it) I realize that it was past the “expiration date” - less than a week. But between the crappy service and not honoring the deal for a new customer, I see no reason to go back. The prices are high here and the service is mid unless you get lucky and get the one or two people who seem to care about customer serviceI won’t go back. There are way too many options with better service. And prices

easily the worst dispensary in Berkeley now, they won’t do curbside pick up on Monday at 1 PM unless you are disabled or have A child with you(Totally good to encourage parents picking up their marijuana with the children in the car) I gotta pick up order there last week no problem, today I waste my time driving to the dispensary to be told I cannot get my curbside order unless I am disabled or have a child with me, a notice on the website would’ve been nice so at least I wouldn’t have wasted my time at this stupid dispensary. Every dispensary has the same deals, to not offer curbside pick up on a weekday at 1 PM is just awful customer service

I did really like, then the prices went up then down then up again, they play games with "specials" , have to ask for dates on everything because they will sell really old stuff. Too much garbage and really old product. They do have some really good stuff sometimes, but everyone else does too now and cheaper

From the very moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome, great vibe, the gentleman who runs the front desk is definitely in the right position! MJ took care of me & provided an abundance of knowledge from one smoker to another, asked & understood my needs, provided me with the products I was looking for. 10 outta 10, I would recommend. Also, the facility is beautiful, that walk up stairway has a James Bond feel, you don't know what you're Abt to open up the doors too 😂😂
