I would highly recommend staying here. I was warmly greeted when I walked in. Shayla was so friendly and helpful. She gave me wonderful directions and my room was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was big and the shower had great water pressure. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Customer service is horrible. The past three or four times I’ve done curbside they never send a confrontation email in order to tell them you’ve arrived. They then leave you waiting for 30-40 minutes and you can’t call the store directly, only a call center.

Raven is always so helpful every single time we come in, always give me tips on what to get. We’ve been coming here for years but it’s only gotten better with raven and the manager who was scheduled today. If there ever is a problem(which is rare ) they take care of it and then some. Complete professionals here, quality staff and product.

Great shop. Good flower. Although the garlic cookie flower had a musty earthy taste instead of the way it's supposed to taste. Luckily, it was only $14. I enjoyed the rest of my purchase.

Today I stopped bc I wanted the guava bar. The employees who had worked that day had damn near turned store upside down looking for it. Then, unfortunately, lized it must have been the bad batch that got sent back and not taken off of menu. I was really bummed bc it was the only one I thought was going to help me with what I needed. Then I finally gave and I tried one of the flowers the girl was recommending, and In the end I was happy. It didn't quite take care of what I needed it for but came darn near close but it had helped with other weather related pain that ended up giving me an easier night. I really do one day they'll find a new supplier to get more of the guava bar. In the meantime, I know I'll eventually be stopping by here again someday soon.

The guy at the front was cool. But I ordered 30 minutes before getting there and I still had to wait over 5 minutes because someone started my order and then never finish 🤔 only one guy in the back so🤷🏻♀️ he was also taking his sweet time while finishing up my order. The place was clean and the guy greeting was cool but that's it. I guess wouldn't be terrible for a quick pop in and grab but not really for ordering ahead.

I love this place! I've been to a couple of Ascend locations (this one & Morenci) and it's been my favorite dispensary in both locations. The staff are awesome and super helpful, and the store itself is well laid out, beautifully decorated, and just has great energy flow. Ordering online is super handy, and the budtenders have always been great about breaking up orders to make everything easy! Shay & crew are the best!
