Cana has some of the best specials around [& in stock!] & the staff is so friendly & helpful that even my pup Dolly wants to be a greeter/mascot! Alas,no social security card = no work; but she almost always accompanies me when I pickup & the staff loves seeing her as much as she loves them. I recommend CANA to everyone I know that partakes since discovering them, have never had a bad experience or felt it was a limited selection ever & I've been coming here for at least a year probably longer even! It is always pristine inside with everything easy to locate in the cases.
EDIT: Upon returning, I greatly appreciate how this was handled. I spoke to a manager who was very nice, who listened to my feedback, and then apologized for the negative experience. I was given a $10 credit, and I feel as if they did everything they could to rectify the situation. Due to this, I've changed my rating to 4 stars, instead of 1. I will continue to shop here in the future.I am so disappointed. This had been my favorite dispensary for a long time (specifically, the Norton, MA location). I am a "Black Rewards Member", and I have spent nearly $5k here. I am always the type of patient that places an online order; never a walk-in. The store has recently split from one waiting line into two; one for online orders, and the other for walk-ins. I thought this would be a good change & streamline the process. But the change did the opposite. Now, the walk-in line is prioritized & treated first, making the process slower instead of faster. Now, there is ZERO incentive to order ahead of time. Placing pre-orders benefits the store simply because it's faster than a walk-in transaction. Why should I ever place a preorder if I already know that I'll be waiting longer? If you are considering shopping here, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. For me, I'll be considering new dispensaries to shop from instead.

Horrible experience today, around 12:00!pm . I went to purchase $1.00 preroll that I got a message thru VIP app. Went into NB store & a girl bud tender, with cranberry sweatshirt stated “” we don’t have that. To which I stated you do I got text. Then it was a “”Secret Menu Item” to it’s out of stock. So basically she lied to my face, called Ma a liar & rudely dismissed me. Horrible… I did purchase 2 $4 prerolls. It was my second visit. Again she said can’t give you credit when already discounted. It wasn’t it was a regular preroll. She did finally give me the discount. The last I checked, it wasn’t my job to make sure the blood tender was doing what it was supposed to do. I came in for a product. I asked about it, and I was treated horribly. I will not be coming back. There is plenty of other dispensaries, I’ll go through them. I’ll use leafy. I’m good with this company. And if you keep that girl working for you, I’m sure you’re gonna have many more people leaving. If it wasn’t for me, she wouldn’t have a job. Maybe she should remember that..
Went here for the first time a week ago and I have been back 4 times already and I brought friends. AMAZING service, incredible selection, best prices anywhere, and the absolute best product I have ever had. It is worth the 35-mile drive for this wonderful place. I've gone to dozens and dozens of dispensaries throughout Massachusetts since moving here. I typically try to stay away from them, because I'm not medically licensed in Massachusetts is known for its sales tax, and a good friend of mine is a geneticist so I don't really have to go to the dispensary. Until I found this amazing dispensary in Norton. The deals are great, the inventory is expansive. And the percentages are typically pretty high. The staff is really friendly and patient while helping finding what you're looking for. I recommend this dispensary to anyone south of Boston
I love coming here! They are extremely polite and respectful. They will make sure you get your deals. You actually earn points unlike other places. You can always grab the cool stickers on the counter. I love there 4 pre rolls for $20

The plant was harvested way too early and dried to make it look like “small nugs”. I have never complained before no matter how many leaves I’ve removed from the weed I’ve received here. This is the first time I’ve actually complained and I’m getting no where. I CANT BELIEVE MANAGEMENT IS OKAY SELLING LEAVES TO CUSTOMERS! What if I had a medical condition? Would they still sell me leaves or would they care about my complaints? It’s ridiculous that I’ve had to deal with this for a full week and getting ghosted. I’m calling again today. This is absolutely absurd!!08-Jul Update:I waited 3 days and put off going on vacation just to be told that they can only give me $20 on my account. The staff was very friendly and super helpful! Such an impressive selection of products too! The woman that was helping me (so sorry I didn't get her name! She had beautiful curly hair!) She was very helpful though and very patient with me being indecisive on what to pick. Definitely happy we went it was an all-around fantastic experience. Will definitely be back!
I love Cana! Every single employee I’ve encountered has been really friendly, helpful, and patient which was especially great when I had very little knowledge on it. The nicest, most helpful people work here. Everything from start to finish is smooth and easy. The parking lot is easily navigated with handicap accessible spots. You won't be made to feel like you're entering a speakeasy at the front desk, either. Then most important of all, their products are top notch and their prices are the best in the area. Their in person VIP menu can get you some really obscene deals, and their online order-ahead is reliable and will calculate any daily specials (VIP only in person). There's no shortage of dispensaries around these days, and I'll only come here. Whatever you need including accessories, flower, edibles, drinks, tincture, concentrates and more.

First time ever been to a dispensary in my life and the employees were super helpful in finding me the type of strands I would enjoy most. And to my surprise they were right! All I did was explain what affects I was looking for an it took them no time to show me a few different ones. So in my experience it was very knowledgeable and easy to purchase what I wanted.

I have been a loyal customer for a very long time, but will be going elsewhere! There was a dispute about what I was told on returns, basically telling me the woman we had bought the cartridge from 5 min before said things she did not say. The last straw was when I tossed my card on the counter (from my wheelchair) & the guy said I shouldn't throw things at him......if I threw it I would've aimed for his face & not the counter. I can't believe that we were lied to & told what she said was incorrect. The employees at Cana are awesome! I know next to nothing about all the different blends and products in general that are out there. They are always extremely helpful and patient with me and take the time to explain the products to me. I’ve tried a few different products for anxiety and sleep. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Cana in Norton. The atmosphere is welcoming and the aesthetic is relaxed and laid back. The budtenders are knowledgeable, very friendly, and seem to really enjoy their job and sharing their passion of cannabis with others.I specifically use THC to help manage my anxiety, stress, ADD, and anxiety attacks. I've been messing around with vaping for a few years now and have found that Cana consistently has the brands I love and trust, while other dispensaries have my favorites one time, but not again for months. As someone who uses it for their mental health, this is very much appreciated.Highly recommend everyone at Cana in Norton!! There's something for everyone and it's a great vibe!
