Took their time with me just to make sure I left content, went home and it was exactly what I wanted.. works in sales myself and they exceeded what I expected 100% will be back

Wanted to sign up to be a customer! Very rude female manager has no idea what they're doing. When asked where to create a loyalty account they stated they didn't know. I asked for someone who would know and they said I'm the manager, hung up the phone, then kept it off the hook 😆😆 I've seen the (lack of) traffic there... Might want to try to be better to people who are trying to join. THERE'S PLENTY of disps around 🙌🏼🙌🏼 will never go here because first impressions are EVERYTHING ...

Every other dispensary around has lost my interest over the years due to aggressive pushing of extra purchases, staff that is more high than useful, boring post-industrial design, and absurdist role delineation such as "budtenders" that you're pointed to as the sole question takers.

I love the customer service group of people at the Enlite Cannabis store in Indian Orchard. Sarah the manager made my first time buying a truly friendly experience. Her attention, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness was quite pleasing making this the only store I wanted to visit and purchase from. And each time I returned, Sarah’s team members, Karla, Alexis,Collin, and Q, were also as knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Thus place is great we went there the first day it opened and the staff was very nice helpful and laid back in a way that felt French and welcoming. The prices are very good and selection is pretty much on par with some of my favorite other stores in the area. I will be here again!

I’ve been to a handful of dispensaries and honestly this one is now my go-to. I don’t smoke weed often, but when I need to get some I will absolutely only come here. Kudos to Alexis, she was very thoughtful and mindful when recommending what weed would work best with my current mindset. Would recommend this place to anybody 10/10 experience all around!!!
