Bought 2 2g prerolls. Got 2 1g prerolls. When i went back to try and get the missing 2gs, the manager said they only have 1g prerrols even though the website says 2gs. Didnt wanna give cash back or the missing 2gs even though thats whats shown in the website. At rise canabis store they would give me what was shown at the website if they made a mistake like this. I was told to come back monday to talk try and talk to the owner about it.

Shopped here a few times with the girlfriend. Great dab selection. Theres a younger dude in the back might be a manager I’m not sure but I think his name was Jake. Hes knows his dabs, really chill dude. In the gap since I have shopped it seems they lost their “Terp Queen” which really made running the commuter rail time close way easier

I’ve been to dispensaries all over the WORLD, not country— world, and I’ve never had a ruder bud tender. Javier was more concerned in making sure I knew he buys $65 8ths not $25-$30, he refused to make recommendations because of that. He also was more concerned with making sure I knew Massachusetts didn’t have cheaper product than other states because I kindly said I like to shop in Boston, “it’s more affordable” is what I said. then he proceeded to act super condescending and argue with me about prices in other states. It was the strangest interaction I’ve ever had at a dispensary. All this guy had to do was steer me towards products he likes and recommends and I would have purchased it. I asked for someone else to help me based on how rude he was, and the woman helping me made plenty of good recommendations, I spent $150 and about 5 minutes picking the products. I’ll take my business elsewhere because of how unprofessional Javier was.

I stopped by the store after arriving at South Station and was really taken aback by the behavior of the woman at the entrance. She was buzzing people in but doing so with visible attitude—rolling her eyes, sighing, and acting dismissive toward customers. When I approached her with a simple question, she was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Really nice shop ! The prices are fair ! We ended up getting the SSH strain in place of another strain that they were out of. Felt really good after trying the product. They are also black-Owned and a whole vibe, which I feel is a very important and respectable fact to put in my review. We stumbled upon them by sheer luck thru google. Now I got a go-to shop for trips to Boston !!

Awesome location, beautiful store, amazing products and even better staff! My first experience visiting this dispensary was nothing short of amazing. As I walked in, you could feel the excitement, energy and positivity immediately. The layout of the store provides a great consumer experience and is very efficient if you are looking to get in and out quickly but also very inviting if you have more time on your hands to further enjoy the experience. Most importantly, the staff, specifically Diana was truly amazing. Not only was she incredibly personable and friendly but her knowledge of the menu was off the charts. She was able to answer all my questions and give amazing recommendations on products and speak in depth about different strains, how they were grown and the effects I could expect. I left with a strain she had recommended that was awesome, spot on of how she described it. Highly recommend chatting with Dianna when you are there for any and all questions you have. Highly recommend this dispensary!

Absolutely hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dispensary!I accidentally showed up early bc I’m from out of town and google misled me on opening time…no worries tho.The owner or manager I believe gave me a chair to sit on outside bc I told him about my recent knee surgery. As I waited outside he came and checked on me and we had a delightful conversation about our histories with cannabis and the great change were hoping for in public perception of it.Inside Dianna was absolutely wonderful and a real ray of light!She was so friendly and so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of grace as I rudely answered my phone twice. She put a spark of joy in my day and I’m glad we met.Best prices around for sure and overall a really great Boston experience.Go get the goods and up your high.

This store is still in its soft opening from the hours of 11-8. It's right across from the bus terminal of south station and has a great selection of brands I've heard of and haven't. They have a ATM on site as they're cash only for now. It's a nice vibe, worth checking out

What a great and organized location. I was a little nervous walking in but, Armani made me feel like if I was a regular. He help me get the best selection possible for my budget. I walked out feeling as if I won a prize. I am definitely returning. If you’re in Boston this is the spot.
