I don't think Ill be back. I have been to Theory of Wellness several times and have gotten sale items with a voucher, yet today I had to pay full price because they dont clarify that you cant combine sale items with vouchers. $15 for an eighth is great, but very easy to find elsewhere and closer, and I can spend $90 for the same $120 oz I bought today. Not only that, George the bud tender had zero patience, or kindness. When I expressed my unhappiness he didnt even suggest the next best deal or thing to get. This is a dispensary that cares more about the money, than its patients. Ill save some money, time, and go to CommCan or NETA.

The customer service from the entire team can only be described as exceptional. Being greeted by the friendly, welcoming, educated staff really brightens up my day. Some of the employees like Cam, Bailey, George, Frank, the manager with the blonde hair, and the others whose names I unfortunately can’t remember really add to the overall dispensary experience. I visited yesterday after renewing my annual cert, which had been expired for nearly 10 months 😬, and was incredibly impressed with everything about my trip back to Theory! For starters, the discounts! Not only was I able to get a generous renewal discount, but I also was able to get a couple bundle and weekly promo items, for an incredible overall savings! Oh! And I earned loyalty points, and to my surprise all of my previous points were still there! They didn’t expire. Then there’s the staff! They are incredibly down to earth, friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Finally, and most importantly, the products! Incredible quality and tons of variety. They called to tell me 3-4 minutes before they closed that they wouldn’t be able to sell me my medicine unless I got here before they closed due to legality . Understandable but they should have reached out sooner, not 3 minutes before they closed. I told him I would try to be there at 7 and was told rudely that I need to be here at 7 and there’s nothing else they can do if it’s 7:01. If not I can just pick up my order tomorrow but I don’t have that luxury.

June 2022 Update: I have to go back to 2 stars, the last two eighths I bought were VERY dry, one so dry it literally crumbled when I tried to break it apart. If it wasn't such a pain I would bring what I just bought back but it isnt worth the trouble. If you buy from here, check your product before leaving the area so you can bring it in and request a new one if its dry. No dispensary should be selling dried out buds.They lowered their prices which is great, but then they raised the infused prices quite a bit. To charge me 20 one week and 28 the next is not a good look.Update: Better service since I posted this review plus some nice deals!A nice, clean dispensary with pretty high prices but friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reason I give it two stars is that the customer service gets pretty atrocious when there's more than a couple people and a line is building up. If you're waiting in line, the cashiers will often give absolutely no indication they are aware anyone is waiting, and are happy to just chat and shoot the breeze with their customers for 10 minutes or more. It's one thing to be helpful and communicative, but not even taking time to acknowledge customers in line while you have a chat is not professional.If the conversations I heard going on while I waited in line were related to the product or medical usage, it would be different. But when I hear instead conversations about weekend plans for five plus minutes while people are waiting, I don't appreciate that.

Where to start. Staff is extremely rude. Can’t complain about the product but everything else, first of all walked in to the building and was meet with ID please, told them I was my first time there and he totally disregarded me, just returned the ID and pointed to the door. Once inside asked for some help, the bud tender just looked at me and say check the menu and walked away. Asked about the hardship discount since I have mass health and every other dispensary has been really nice and helpful about it, she told me to bring more proof next time and that all. Asked about the discounts offered on the website with her response was. Here is your total, charge my card and walked away. I have never had such bad experience in a dispensary before. First and last time I go there.

Unfortunately, I just can't endorse this dispensary. I used to go here regularly until some local competition entered the scene. This week I received $50 off coupon to try Theory again and when I compared prices to the other spot, I was still spending more here for less flower, even with $50 off. On top of that, I have compared products in the past to see if the price difference is due to quality but....the cheaper stuff is actually better!I'd say it's a case of this company expanding way too fast and not being able to compete with another who is focused on fewer stores. 2 stars for being reliable and honest but you have to have price and quality to get 3 or higher and this place just isn't there yet.

The product is very quality. The Hi5 seltzer kicks in incredibly quickly and their flower as well as edibles are potent. That being said, the price point for both edibles, flower, and wax is still a bit too high. That's the only reason for not giving 5 stars. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. This was my first experience at this particular dispensary. After checking in with an amazing young woman who was on top of everything anticipated what I needed before I even said anything as she knew I was a first time customer there so five stars to thumbs up for her my apologies I do not recall her name. if it helps it was order number 218210030. And the young woman who assisted me with my flower purchase was also amazing. I found the entire experience to be fast efficient professional everyone was polite and courteous. The only drawback on this particular first visit was as I was leaving a dog that was allowed into this medical facility I had some issues and had diarrhea and all over the entrance exit to the shop. What a mess. What is stink. One of the employees begin cleaning up the mess a woman behind me said no it’s his dog let him clean up the mess. And he did he pass the cleaning supplies over to the owner who was not happy but he should’ve cleaned it up it was his responsibility in my opinion. And he did clean it up but he was not happy about it. Oh well responsible responsible dog owner should know his dogs habits and schedule needs. With all that said I will be back to this dispensary I am very impressed with the product the help and everything about it two thumbs up thank you staff and growers.

My mom was nice enough to let me use to her card to pay for what i was getting.I purchased a lot so I wanted to at least take half of the money off with my card. After I took the money off my card I used my moms. Her card got declined so i was going to tell the older man who was cashing me out the remove some items. I’m not sure if he was nervous (but either way it made me uncomfortable)but he was staring at me weird with his head rested on his hand on the counter. A girl with glasses came over to help him take the items off and i apologized for making it complicated and she just laughed. They both seemed inconvenienced. I work in retail i know customers are difficult to deal with but I know it is not too much to ask to remove items after your card gets declined. It was also weird because the really nice and professional lady at the front desk told i don’t have to place an order online i can alwayscome in and look around. But the older man cashing me out told me that you guys appreciate online orders more. I gave one star only because I gotthe items i ordered online. I unfortunately did not feel like I was in a nice environment.

By far one of the best dispensary I have been too. For personal reasons. They have very good strains here. The location is easy to get to right off the highway. The storage equipment is really cool.. very different from some places which just offer a brown paper bag. I visited yesterday after renewing my annual cert, which had been expired for nearly 10 months 😬, and was incredibly impressed with everything about my trip back to Theory! For starters, the discounts! Not only was I able to get a generous renewal discount, but I also was able to get a couple bundle and weekly promo items, for an incredible overall savings! Oh! And I earned loyalty points, and to my surprise all of my previous points were still there! They didn’t expire. Then there’s the staff! They called to tell me 3-4 minutes before they closed that they wouldn’t be able to sell me my medicine unless I got here before they closed due to legality . Understandable but they should have reached out sooner, not 3 minutes before they closed. I told him I would try to be there at 7 and was told rudely that I need to be here at 7 and there’s nothing else they can do if it’s 7:01. If not I can just pick up my order tomorrow but I don’t have that luxury.

June 2022 Update: I have to go back to 2 stars, the last two eighths I bought were VERY dry, one so dry it literally crumbled when I tried to break it apart. If it wasn't such a pain I would bring what I just bought back but it isnt worth the trouble. If you buy from here, check your product before leaving the area so you can bring it in and request a new one if its dry. No dispensary should be selling dried out buds.They lowered their prices which is great, but then they raised the infused prices quite a bit. To charge me 20 one week and 28 the next is not a good look.Update: Better service since I posted this review plus some nice deals!A nice, clean dispensary with pretty high prices but friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reason I give it two stars is that the customer service gets pretty atrocious when there's more than a couple people and a line is building up. If you're waiting in line, the cashiers will often give absolutely no indication they are aware anyone is waiting, and are happy to just chat and shoot the breeze with their customers for 10 minutes or more. It's one thing to be helpful and communicative, but not even taking time to acknowledge customers in line while you have a chat is not professional.If the conversations I heard going on while I waited in line were related to the product or medical usage, it would be different. But when I hear instead conversations about weekend plans for five plus minutes while people are waiting, I don't appreciate that.

Where to start. Staff is extremely rude. Can’t complain about the product but everything else, first of all walked in to the building and was meet with ID please, told them I was my first time there and he totally disregarded me, just returned the ID and pointed to the door. Once inside asked for some help, the bud tender just looked at me and say check the menu and walked away. Asked about the hardship discount since I have mass health and every other dispensary has been really nice and helpful about it, she told me to bring more proof next time and that all. Asked about the discounts offered on the website with her response was. Here is your total, charge my card and walked away. I have never had such bad experience in a dispensary before. First and last time I go there.

Unfortunately, I just can't endorse this dispensary. I used to go here regularly until some local competition entered the scene. This week I received $50 off coupon to try Theory again and when I compared prices to the other spot, I was still spending more here for less flower, even with $50 off. On top of that, I have compared products in the past to see if the price difference is due to quality but....the cheaper stuff is actually better!I'd say it's a case of this company expanding way too fast and not being able to compete with another who is focused on fewer stores. 2 stars for being reliable and honest but you have to have price and quality to get 3 or higher and this place just isn't there yet.

The product is very quality. The Hi5 seltzer kicks in incredibly quickly and their flower as well as edibles are potent. That being said, the price point for both edibles, flower, and wax is still a bit too high. That's the only reason for not giving 5 stars. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. This was my first experience at this particular dispensary. After checking in with an amazing young woman who was on top of everything anticipated what I needed before I even said anything as she knew I was a first time customer there so five stars to thumbs up for her my apologies I do not recall her name. if it helps it was order number 218210030. And the young woman who assisted me with my flower purchase was also amazing. I found the entire experience to be fast efficient professional everyone was polite and courteous. The only drawback on this particular first visit was as I was leaving a dog that was allowed into this medical facility I had some issues and had diarrhea and all over the entrance exit to the shop. What a mess. What is stink. One of the employees begin cleaning up the mess a woman behind me said no it’s his dog let him clean up the mess. And he did he pass the cleaning supplies over to the owner who was not happy but he should’ve cleaned it up it was his responsibility in my opinion. And he did clean it up but he was not happy about it. Oh well responsible responsible dog owner should know his dogs habits and schedule needs. With all that said I will be back to this dispensary I am very impressed with the product the help and everything about it two thumbs up thank you staff and growers.

My mom was nice enough to let me use to her card to pay for what i was getting.I purchased a lot so I wanted to at least take half of the money off with my card. After I took the money off my card I used my moms. Her card got declined so i was going to tell the older man who was cashing me out the remove some items. I’m not sure if he was nervous (but either way it made me uncomfortable)but he was staring at me weird with his head rested on his hand on the counter. A girl with glasses came over to help him take the items off and i apologized for making it complicated and she just laughed. They both seemed inconvenienced. I work in retail i know customers are difficult to deal with but I know it is not too much to ask to remove items after your card gets declined. It was also weird because the really nice and professional lady at the front desk told i don’t have to place an order online i can alwayscome in and look around. But the older man cashing me out told me that you guys appreciate online orders more. I gave one star only because I gotthe items i ordered online. I unfortunately did not feel like I was in a nice environment.

What stands out about Theory Wellness is their employees and the level of customer service that they provide. A standout amongst them is Nate, who listened to why I was a patient and knew exactly what I would benefit from and boy, did he nail it. By far one of the best dispensary I have been too. For personal reasons. They have very good strains here. The location is easy to get to right off the highway. The storage equipment is really cool.. very different from some places which just offer a brown paper bag. I guess packaging really matters.The staff are friendly and the time of order to availability is relatively fast. It always smells really good as you could imagine. Not to mention they have very attractive people working here. Good choices.
