My go to dispensary in Woburn and Danvers. Both places have a great atmosphere and employees are very pleasant even when you first walk in the door and get checked in. Staff is very knowledgeable with products and they have great recommendations. Product selection is good as well and the prices are great. Don’t forget the daily specials, Wednesday is my favorite. And the rewards points system is great. Another perk is when you become a new medical card holder and go there you get $200 in credits to use. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I'm 68 years old. Just got my medical card. First visit Sanctuary. When you go in the first time, you register and they give you some very generous discounts. You can check the website. But better than discounts, I got some excellent pain relief from a product I'd never tried before, "Liquid Shatter Hash." I've had chronic pain for years. I have found things at REC stores that worked but could never find consistent supplies. I hope that won't be an here. I tried 2 different Hybrid strains and found them equally effective. Thank you.

I didn’t want anyone to get in trouble to get some of the finest flour available $100 for an ounce, best deal I’ve ever got I pay attention with my points and credits. Pretty easy to do all I say is please do what’s best for me christian home run again. It doesn’t matter who at sanctuary nick rose they’re all amazing. I’m a sales manager. I’ve been in retail 25 years. It only took me a year but they allow tips!! When someone does what Christian did today and I can’t tip them that bothers me!! 1 ounce is usually 300 maybe 400 not 100!!! that’s why I’m always going back Except the new way they do the allotment! It’s a medicinal facility only so maybe the pristine customer service is because of that.Personally I hate the online systems and have a hard time navigating new ones. I visited the store and had a small snag with an amazingly patient individual and the confusion of two identifiers. make sure you bring license and med card :/ Once inside Brett and Rosalee (sp?) we’re beyond accommodating. Rosalee helped with phenomenal selections and Brett backed her up with even more products and more promotions.. I left feeling like I ripped you guys off (especially with the first time discounts) and all the promotional items I was able to purchase. Brett made it even better by suggesting another way to access the site that was easier to navigate. I wasn’t made to feel any kinda way with all the questions I had. Ok this place is the GOAT! As a medical patient who is disabled with little money this place is awesome. If you ask at counter they have discounted items. I smoke concentrates so it gets pricey upto 100 at some places no lower than 45. However i went in needing to escape my pain and stomach issues so I could sleep finally and I was able to walk away with 2 grams of lemon haze crumble for 18 dollars I was absolutely stunned. This is my goto and if you havnt been you won't go anywhere else ever again.

Sanctuary medicinal is it all right if you’re in a pinch and you’re driving by yourself like that but Mission and Georgetown so much better they give you much more rewards for spending your money the pre-roll joints or actually a gram instead appoint a it’s just it’s wonderful they know everything there is if you have anxiety if you can’t leave, but if anything they have an answer for you that place is great I’m not saying sanctuary is bad but if you want to keep up with Mission, you better get rid of the point a joint it’s absurd I was it does rip off the medical customer. Everyone has a problem with trying to turn appropriate but in my humble opinion, you guys are going about it the wrong way Mission is the way to go. Maybe you guys should call them and ask them how they are busy constantly with multiple route P visit is from multiple states. My first experience with Sanctuary was with a phone call. The people I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. Next I walked in to meet two young ladies that were helpful, and just plain nice. Inside I spoke with 2 knowledgeable guys that explained many of the products and promotions. While customer service is important the product quality and price is what sets this apart from many of the other dispensaries. The open, spacious, well lit space is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

For me Sanctuary is the premier dispensary in Massachusetts. I take frequent trips to Maine throughout the winter only because I have a lot of time on my hands because of the low prices (Although you pay it back and gas, tip and tolls)and it’s cool to visit different places but when I get busy with work again and can’t make those trips I always go back to Sanctuary in Danvers. I can’t stress enough how awesome the employees are they all know my name and really make you feel it is when visiting. I like trips to Maine but nothing compares to my friends at Sanctuary!

Barely a medical facility. Products are either very dry or packaged upside down, with concentrates that are semi viscous being packaged right side up is fine as long as it is stored right side up. But it's not stored that way. 80 of the $75 concentrate was on the lid and unuseable. I expect more from a medical dispensary. This place falls short in two Major areas. Concentrate packaging and freshness of flower.

I am a cancer patient that was referred to the Sanctyary by a reputable cannibis doctor, once I received my medical marijuana card. I struggle with nerve pain and need something besides pharmaceuticals to help me sleep at night. I was told that the sanctuary was “trustworthy,!” However I found out quite quickly that they were NOT! On January 17 2022 I purchased 14 packages of edibles. The sale was hard to pass up. Buy one at regular price and the 2nd was $1. I specifically asked the cashier about expiration dates and he told me “one year.” What he did not tell me was that half of my purchase expired in two months on 3/24/2022. Yes they expire one year from the packaging date which was 3/24 /21. I called today for a credit on 6 pkgs that were expired. I couldn’t possible consume them in 2 months. I spoke to a person named McKenzie and she offered me a 10.00 credit since”technically I only paid one dollar for those packages!” My charge fir 14 packages was over $200.00.I was shocked and sad to hear that I did not get the deal they offered me. I paid them after I was told that I had up to a year as long as I kept them refrigerated. Now I find out that these 6 packages are worthless.I do not recommend the Sanctuary for this reason and the fact that she put it on me because I did not check the expiration date. I am 62 years old who suffers from nerve pain due to neck dissection. The medical marijuana was my last resort! I am bewildered and very disappointed at how they felt thus resolution was acceptable. I will find another medicinal distributor. Their loss.You cannot treat people thus way. It’s disrespectful and slimy!

Best Quality Concentrates anywhere hands down! I love their Crumble and never see anything like their selection anywhere else, it’s not even close ever. Actually their selection all around is huge. And their Liquid Shatter cartridges are what I call a “Dab Strength” carts. They always have specials and sales going. And the staff is genuine energetic and helpful!

This location is kind of confusing to find since you have to go all the way around back of the building and there's no signs directing you. But staff was very friendly and helpful, prices are average for dispensaries, and the product was pretty good. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

As a medical patient, I've tried it all.. then I found Sanctuary Medicinals, first in Woburn then Danvers and the staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable at both locations, I'll never go anywhere else. Update. Woburn no issues anytime I went . Danvers, tho staff very friendly, all pre-rolls so loose, I end up wasting half of each one. And then one of the pre-rolls was one I would never order and then I had ordered two of the blueberry headband and one nwas definitely blueberry and one is I have no idea what it is. So pretty mu ch most of my order was wasted between the loose rolling the wrong pre-rolls and I'm not happy that one under the two blueberries was blueberry the other I have no idea but was not blueberry I was also given cítrús samurai which I detest. I never would have ordered that, so pretty much would 75% of my order literally went up in smoke because of other loose rolling or completely wrong product. even worse is one blueberry one that was wrong was in a blueberry bottle so I wouldn't have known until I lit it. Not happy there however Woburn has never missed a beat. Again the staff was very friendly but it wasted my time and energy and money, do to a car accident and cuts on my hands I can't roll my own, or I would have just bought the flower. But literally I feel like Danvers other the staff again was very nice, left me high and dry with wrong product and loose product and not when I required nor what the guy read back to me that I had purchased before I paid, I live 40 minutes away from there so I didn't discover some of this until hours later but every single pre-roll even if it was the wrong one,was so loose I may as well have thrown my money out the window I am sad to report. Stick with Woburn. Never an issue.

I’ll preface this by saying I use medical marijuana. This place is nice enough, but they refused to honor one of their own scratch off ticket coupons. I had one for 25% off any edibles purchased. I purchased two packs of seltzer, but their said “As far as the coupon is concerned, seltzer’s are not edibles”. However, the seltzer’s are listed as edibles on their menu, and the coupon has no terms or conditions specifying that it could not be used for those products. At least this particular location is dishonest, even to their medical patients.

Great service and has our favorite topical, infused transdermal gel. And I have tried several from MA to Maine. Yes it's expensive and it's worth it because a little goes a long way. I have rheumatoid arthritis and mainly use it for TMJ, which causes terrible jaw pain. This gel goes on light, not thick and sticky like other topicals. That's why I use this one for the jaw because it doesn't make my face feel like I have a sticky topical on it. The personnel that work there are really helpful and very kind. So maybe it’s just me but has anyone else noticed, when you pay for things with a debit card they have to round up. That’s fine and everything and they give you the difference in cash, but my concern is they don’t tell ya that you’re also getting charged for using your card. So for example I spent $86 today and he had to round it up to $90 to use the card machine. He gave me back the $4 in cash but then I checked my statement on bank app and I was also charged $3.00... something they don’t mention.. so what’s that all about?

I love this dispensary. Great products, knowledgeable staff and great selections. It’s a medicinal facility only so maybe the pristine customer service is because of that.Personally I hate the online systems and have a hard time navigating new ones. I visited the store and had a small snag with an amazingly patient individual and the confusion of two identifiers. make sure you bring license and med card :/ Once inside Brett and Rosalee (sp?) we’re beyond accommodating. Rosalee helped with phenomenal selections and Brett backed her up with even more products and more promotions.. I left feeling like I ripped you guys off (especially with the first time discounts) and all the promotional items I was able to purchase. Brett made it even better by suggesting another way to access the site that was easier to navigate. I wasn’t made to feel any kinda way with all the questions I had. Thanks for the patience with the patients.. you guys are the best! Love sanctuary Danvers 🙂

Ok this place is the GOAT! As a medical patient who is disabled with little money this place is awesome. If you ask at counter they have discounted items. I smoke concentrates so it gets pricey upto 100 at some places no lower than 45. However i went in needing to escape my pain and stomach issues so I could sleep finally and I was able to walk away with 2 grams of lemon haze crumble for 18 dollars I was absolutely stunned. This is my goto and if you havnt been you won't go anywhere else ever again.

Sanctuary medicinal is it all right if you’re in a pinch and you’re driving by yourself like that but Mission and Georgetown so much better they give you much more rewards for spending your money the pre-roll joints or actually a gram instead appoint a it’s just it’s wonderful they know everything there is if you have anxiety if you can’t leave, but if anything they have an answer for you that place is great I’m not saying sanctuary is bad but if you want to keep up with Mission, you better get rid of the point a joint it’s absurd I was it does rip off the medical customer. Everyone has a problem with trying to turn appropriate but in my humble opinion, you guys are going about it the wrong way Mission is the way to go. Maybe you guys should call them and ask them how they are busy constantly with multiple route P visit is from multiple states. You should really look into it, thanks and never know customer might feel cheated

My first experience with Sanctuary was with a phone call. The people I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. Next I walked in to meet two young ladies that were helpful, and just plain nice. Inside I spoke with 2 knowledgeable guys that explained many of the products and promotions. While customer service is important the product quality and price is what sets this apart from many of the other dispensaries. The open, spacious, well lit space is perfect. I highly recommend this place.

For me Sanctuary is the premier dispensary in Massachusetts. I take frequent trips to Maine throughout the winter only because I have a lot of time on my hands because of the low prices (Although you pay it back and gas, tip and tolls)and it’s cool to visit different places but when I get busy with work again and can’t make those trips I always go back to Sanctuary in Danvers. I can’t stress enough how awesome the employees are they all know my name and really make you feel it is when visiting. I like trips to Maine but nothing compares to my friends at Sanctuary!

Barely a medical facility. Products are either very dry or packaged upside down, with concentrates that are semi viscous being packaged right side up is fine as long as it is stored right side up. But it's not stored that way. 80 of the $75 concentrate was on the lid and unuseable. I expect more from a medical dispensary. This place falls short in two Major areas. Concentrate packaging and freshness of flower.

I am a cancer patient that was referred to the Sanctyary by a reputable cannibis doctor, once I received my medical marijuana card. I struggle with nerve pain and need something besides pharmaceuticals to help me sleep at night. I was told that the sanctuary was “trustworthy,!” However I found out quite quickly that they were NOT! On January 17 2022 I purchased 14 packages of edibles. The sale was hard to pass up. Buy one at regular price and the 2nd was $1. I specifically asked the cashier about expiration dates and he told me “one year.” What he did not tell me was that half of my purchase expired in two months on 3/24/2022. Yes they expire one year from the packaging date which was 3/24 /21. I called today for a credit on 6 pkgs that were expired. I couldn’t possible consume them in 2 months. I spoke to a person named McKenzie and she offered me a 10.00 credit since”technically I only paid one dollar for those packages!” My charge fir 14 packages was over $200.00.I was shocked and sad to hear that I did not get the deal they offered me. I paid them after I was told that I had up to a year as long as I kept them refrigerated. Now I find out that these 6 packages are worthless.I do not recommend the Sanctuary for this reason and the fact that she put it on me because I did not check the expiration date. I am 62 years old who suffers from nerve pain due to neck dissection. The medical marijuana was my last resort! I am bewildered and very disappointed at how they felt thus resolution was acceptable. I will find another medicinal distributor. Their loss.You cannot treat people thus way. It’s disrespectful and slimy!

Best Quality Concentrates anywhere hands down! I love their Crumble and never see anything like their selection anywhere else, it’s not even close ever. Actually their selection all around is huge. As a medical patient, I've tried it all.. then I found Sanctuary Medicinals, first in Woburn then Danvers and the staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable at both locations, I'll never go anywhere else. Update. Woburn no issues anytime I went . Danvers, tho staff very friendly, all pre-rolls so loose, I end up wasting half of each one. And then one of the pre-rolls was one I would never order and then I had ordered two of the blueberry headband and one nwas definitely blueberry and one is I have no idea what it is. So pretty mu ch most of my order was wasted between the loose rolling the wrong pre-rolls and I'm not happy that one under the two blueberries was blueberry the other I have no idea but was not blueberry I was also given cítrús samurai which I detest. I never would have ordered that, so pretty much would 75% of my order literally went up in smoke because of other loose rolling or completely wrong product. even worse is one blueberry one that was wrong was in a blueberry bottle so I wouldn't have known until I lit it. Not happy there however Woburn has never missed a beat. Again the staff was very friendly but it wasted my time and energy and money, do to a car accident and cuts on my hands I can't roll my own, or I would have just bought the flower. But literally I feel like Danvers other the staff again was very nice, left me high and dry with wrong product and loose product and not when I required nor what the guy read back to me that I had purchased before I paid, I live 40 minutes away from there so I didn't discover some of this until hours later but every single pre-roll even if it was the wrong one,was so loose I may as well have thrown my money out the window I am sad to report. Stick with Woburn. Never an issue.

I’ll preface this by saying I use medical marijuana. This place is nice enough, but they refused to honor one of their own scratch off ticket coupons. I had one for 25% off any edibles purchased. I purchased two packs of seltzer, but their said “As far as the coupon is concerned, seltzer’s are not edibles”. However, the seltzer’s are listed as edibles on their menu, and the coupon has no terms or conditions specifying that it could not be used for those products. At least this particular location is dishonest, even to their medical patients.

Great service and has our favorite topical, infused transdermal gel. And I have tried several from MA to Maine. Yes it's expensive and it's worth it because a little goes a long way. I have rheumatoid arthritis and mainly use it for TMJ, which causes terrible jaw pain. This gel goes on light, not thick and sticky like other topicals. That's why I use this one for the jaw because it doesn't make my face feel like I have a sticky topical on it. The personnel that work there are really helpful and very kind. So maybe it’s just me but has anyone else noticed, when you pay for things with a debit card they have to round up. That’s fine and everything and they give you the difference in cash, but my concern is they don’t tell ya that you’re also getting charged for using your card. So for example I spent $86 today and he had to round it up to $90 to use the card machine. He gave me back the $4 in cash but then I checked my statement on bank app and I was also charged $3.00... something they don’t mention.. so what’s that all about?
