Horrible customer service. Website was down so I called in and asked for which sativas they had on the menu. Very dismissive and didn’t want to help at all. Told me to just come in and the phone is too far from their menu screen. And this was coming from Lexi the manager! I explained I live an hour away but have been a loyal customer and still didn’t want to help.I wish I had that problem in my business. People asking for more info about my products so they can give me their money but I’m too busy to want their money…Long time customer now taking my business elsewhere. Hope upper management reads this and trains their employees on how to retain customers by providing great service.
There’s an artful facade with an illuminated showroom, well stocked, in a great location.From Greeters to Bud Tenders ,the staff are friendly and product savvy. The daily specials are a welcome breeze !
honestly 2nd time I've been here, both times were really pleasant; kind and helpful staff; good selection and prices that I like, personally. they seem to have deals often- I don't remember the guy's name who helped me the first time I think it started with R and in my 2nd visit, I believe Alex helped me (via my receipt) they both hooked me up, I'm happy !
Fix your website. It's laughable when you can't pre-order an ounce because it's set to 28.35grams. Do better. Your flower is good but your service is terrible. The budtender that hates his job needs to go as well. Nice atmosphere until you get to him. UPDATE credit where credit is due. They saw my review and within a few hours it was corrected. While the guy that answered the phone at the bookline location and the person he talked to were absolutely useless, the person that saw this did a great job.
Disappointing visit.Came from NJ as a cannab*s industry worker, noticing the high reviews on Google. My partner and I were greeted by a super friendly front desk advisor who was very welcoming. However, that was the best part of our visit.There wasn’t any wait which was nice, but with only 2 budtenders on the floor, kind of makes you wonder why it would be so empty (and minimally staffed) on a busy Friday night downtown.Our budtender was professional, but cold. We explained that we work at a dispensary out of state and that it’s our first time trying Massachusetts product. Told him were looking for recommendations too. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable, or even happy to be there. Didn’t get his name though.The shop was clean and well lit with many display cases. We got 2 1/8ths and a 4 pack of seltzers. The drinks were average being only 5mg a can. The flower was great though! Just wish we could’ve gotten better service, or even made an industry friend during our time in Boston.
came from syracuse. never been to a legit dispensary. guy was super friendly and helpful and i came when everything was 40% off so i had no choice but to be satisfied thank you!

Online says 9pm close - Showed up at 8:45 exactly and the attendant shook his head through the door (didn’t bother opening the door to address me) and then puts a closed sign on the door.I understand if it’s policy to close at 8:45, but common courtesy would be to at least answer my question rather than acting as if I was an inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of a 25 minute drive.& this is why Mission Brookline is far superior.

Sales are the only way to get your money’s worth here. The vape cartridges are convenient, but I have had a lot of trouble with them. The seals break often. I’ve also had several that are less than halfway full. I’ve talked to the staff about it and they just say that the cartridge absorbs the oil. That’s true, but not to the extent that I’ve seen. I’ve stopped buying from here unless I absolutely have to because the quality control blows. Everyone there is nice, though.
Great dispensary, awesome prices and selection. I shop here often but am about to stop because of the budtenders has a AWFULL attitude and acts like your wasting his time by asking questions. Then when he messes up scanning in order and you ask about it he's quick to blame the customer
They deliver recreational and the online ordering is super easy. Both times i ordered i got exactly what i ordered in time. Must pay cash and the delivery guy will not make change so make sure you have the right bills. Quality of all products was as expected or better.

They all work long hours daily (full time) with no benefits. Because federal doesn’t back the marijuana industry quite yet, employers apparently don’t think their employees need benefits. This is exactly how/why federal government feels the need to stick its nose in private business… TREAT THE EMPLOYEES BETTER! overall a great place to shop though

This place is usually my go to spot. Great with discounts but you seriously need who ever is packing the grams to make sure its a gram. Like I get weed dries but I just opened lost in space and you guys only gave me literally .71 grams not a full gram .! So im a lil disappointed but they do still have good prices.
Went here the other day for the first time. Both the greeter at the door and the first desk person were extremely nice and pleasant. Once inside, the guy behind the desk was kinda mean to us. He dismissed all conversation and gave us attitude when he did talk. The preroll we bought was very nice though.

I've had to use the store while my medical card is getting renewed and the staff are very knowledgeable they're very friendly and every time I've gone it's a quick in and out experience for being a Boston store I expected it to be a wait and every time there wasn't.
I specified and repeated the strains I wanted and both I received were incorrect.I did not receive what I paid for and the .5 joints (I paid for .8) are definitely smaller than indicated.Note: this dispo is not medical, although their name alludes to such.

I wish there were more options for lower-strength strains. I prefer strains with 10-15% thc, but the weakest thing available in pre-roll was 19% thc

So just the other day i entered your establishment, in search of some "reefer".I had a simple question for the person behind the register, "how do you roll the pre-rolls if they are already rolled, you know what i mean?"......the evil looking man replied, "um.... no. I DON'T know what you mean. We had a strict policy against those with mental deficiencies, and with this in mind I'm going to have to ask you to leave."and so, I was escorted away from the location.... I will not be returning... farewell.

This is the kind of dispensary that makes you remember why you hate dispensaries. Everything from the owners making the employees wear uniforms to the fake happy person at the entrance, to the ID checking that makes you feel like a criminal, to the bright new space with high prices. Try not to use dispensaries and if you have to support this industry, don’t do it here.

This was my first experience at a Massachusetts dispensary. The woman at the door was very friendly. The cashier who assisted me was Kera D, she was very helpful. I described what I was looking for and she helped me pick out the right products for me. I was a walk in, and the line was not a bad wait.
Awesome selection of concentrates plus they sell half gram so it's not so pricey and you don't get sick of a certain flavor I love this place

Prices are a little expensive, but par for the course. The gummy edibles are awesome, taste good and have good potency. Pre-rolls are also solid. Haven’t had the flower here yet, maybe next time!Best part of this place is it’s easy to get same day pickup and orders are usually ready ahead of time.

The staff is friendly and their purchasing system is intuitive, but now I’ve bought two pen carts from them that keep leaking oil into the mouthpiece. I bought a cart 2 weeks ago, after both storing it correctly and only hitting about a total of 10 times it’s nearly empty. The mouthpiece got entirely clogged. I even tried small inhales, as recommended by the manufacturer, to unclog it with little to no damage but it still got worse and is no longer usable.As mentioned earlier, this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me with Sanctuary. I called them to see what they could do to exchange or give a discount on a new cart, but once a week passes they make zero exceptions with their exchange policy. This surprised me because I bought their branded cart with, apparently, a *known* manufacturing error according to the associate I spoke with. I was disappointed.
I loved going to sanctuary but unfortunately their selection on indica cartridges are low. Another problem I’ve faced is that their ‘in store brand cartridges’ are terrible if I’m paying $72 for a cartridge I expect it to work and not have any defects, this is the second time I’ve gotten a faulty cartridge and had to move the oil into a new cartridge from a different brand. The middle coil will get clogged up preventing from getting a good draw and the mouth piece was literally falling apart from the cart. I lost half of my product from moving it from their faulty cart to a new cart, will be going to a different place now with a better selection.
Always a lovely experience at Brookline. Staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful! Last time I got the London Mints 11 flower and for a indica dominant hybrid the effects were quite uplifting! Just the right amount of chill with a euphoric twist. Definitely would recommend this for both daytime and nighttime smoking!

Multiple reviews on here conclude the horrible customer service by the unfriendly man checking ID’s. Sanctuary needs to take a step back and realize that the first impression when you walk through the door speaks volumes for a company, especially in the Cannabis industry. This rude and objectively trivial individual is creating a bad experience for the community and needs to be addressed ASAP. Til then I’ll bring my business elsewhere and advise all to do the same. Truly upsetting..
I am frequent customer of dispensary, especially Sanctuary but today was the last day I will going there. The cannabis industry is about the experience and atmosphere you create for the customer, and sadly, we experienced terrible customer service here. The security guard was so rude and dismissive of us, it was insulting. We are valuable customer, and we deserve to be treated respectfully. Truly terrible. I have never been treated so poorly in the cannabis/customer service industry.We didn’t now we had to order online, we got there and the security guard was rude. All we said was “Oh, sorry, we’ll order online, but we walked in last time” He goes “ No you didn’t, that never happened.” We were like “What?” He was said “No, that never happened, not here.” Sir, how are you going to tell me what happened? Then he proceeded to bicker with us and open the door for us to leave. We just got in our car and immediately took our business to Berkshire Roots, where we have NEVER had a bad experience. The security and staff are so kind and helpful. Went here for my first time going to a dispensary, I placed an order online and got there with my ID in hand and hands down the least friendly security instantly makes me feel like I’m doing everything wrong and honestly was very rude, after that it was hard to enjoy the environment because I felt very uncomfortable due to my initial interaction just trying to go inside, the staff was pleasant and my order was ready and packed for me when I got to the counter but unfortunately to wrap it all up I gave the cashier enough money to get a ten back and I only got four, I was to frazzled at this point to say anything so I left. The product are as to be expected so no complaints there. Hope everyone else has better luck than I did.

Their headband tasted like a pickle and didn't have a humidity packet in the packaging, doesn't actually feel like other headband I have tried. Tincture was much weaker than similarly priced ones from other nearby dispensaries.However the facility was wonderful, staff was nice, and pickup was easy.
Great recreational cannabis store. I was surprised at how quick I got in and out, almost no line and the staff was friendly and professional. I got Mimosa on my first visit and I was impressed with the flower. It was large, dense and had a wonderful citrus scent; the effects were great as well. I can highly recommend Sanctuary!
The best dispensary in the Boston area. The employees at the Brookline location are such insanely cool and kind people. Them in combination with the relaxing atmosphere are what made my wonderful experience. I went to 3 different recreational dispensaries while visiting and sanctuary was by far the best, the rest try too hard to be intimidating and I didn’t feel welcome.
