Nobody EVER picks up the phone no matter how long you wait. The descriptions on some of their strains are vague, Meaning you'll have to go there in order to get information about some products which can result in a waste of a trip. Definitely a gamble everytime you go here.

Been going to rev clinics medical in Somerville for a few years now, and have nothing but good things to say. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with has always been super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and especially welcoming. I know there are a lot of dispos in the area now but I don’t really have much interest in checking others out, they are that awesome!! My man Ruslan is especially cool, and honestly felt like he was an old friend even when I first met him. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Always had good luck here, and might have counted on the specials 2 much, like I did today. Was excited to get 14 grams for 38$. Just tried it. Really bad! Smell is not pleasant, taste is Harsh, and not pleasant, and won't stay lit!!! so I had to call and mention this, as my budget doesn't really allow for not pleasant, unsmokable stuff. No refunds for bad weed. Soooo disappointed, Labor day weekend even, have to take off a star for that.. Buyer beware..

I have been a regular at rev for over a year now and have always had lovely service. I have gotten to know one of the budtenders, Ruslan, very well and he is super kind and knowledgeable about all of the products rev carries. He is always willing to help and have a nice conversation. Additionally, rev usually has the best discounts and sales out of most of the dispensaries in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

I can only give 3 stars for the fact I arrived at the central sq location 17 minutes before they closed and was turned away because they were closing in 15 minutes I work in the cannabis industry and at an adult use spot and we will take ppl 3 minutes before we close I just feel as a medical patient I deserve the same respect not to mention the difference between the quality of the meds on the medical side is absolutely deplorable compared to what the adult use side is providing aside from the high dose eatables I don’t see a need to even shop on the med side anymore

My experience has always been very positive when dealing with Revolution. Check-in is always quick and easy. I am always greeted with a smile. Whomever I talk to about my order is always pleasant and helpful. I usually pick up my order and it is always ready. And to top it off, they have a parking lot. That can be a life saver.

One of my favorite dispensaries in MA. Sinead is a knowledgeable and personable bud tender. Excellent experience every time. Recommendations for my insomnia were awesome, The whole team is really friendly. Place is a great vibe. I would be giving a 5 star however the security dude working last Saturday was way too up in my business about my driver’s license which was about expire on Sunday. Appreciate the heads up, but even after I told him I had already renewed online, still kept going. Luckily, I was buying cannabis decided to let him be. The experience with security impacts the overall customer experience which is why I can only four star review to a five star clinic.

I visited the store (Somerville) last Tuesday after ordering online. Online ordering was super easy, and everything was ready quickly and on time. When I arrived Sinead helped me and they were *awesome* and super helpful. I have never been to that location before so they reviewed my available discounts, and answered all my questions. I ended up spending more & got more product while I was there after asking about if they had certain things available. They checked and made sure everything I ordered online was in the bag and had me on the way. Location was clean, everyone I interacted with was nice, easy to get to & easy parking. Loved the experience overall and I’m glad Sinead was the one to help me! I’ll be visiting and purchasing from this location again!

Just had a delivery order in this Hoth like weather. My Jumper Jon D. Marched through the foot or so of snow and didn’t even flinch as the snow was whipping across his face 5/5 performance. Nakhomnenn handled the van with such grace through the snowy white shallows if this frosty ocean. I’ve never seen such precision and safety in another before 5/5. All around amazing job gentlemen. This dispensary is my absolute favorite, and I’ve done business with many of them! Not that I’m saying anything is wrong with any of them, Rev Clinics just happens to be my #1. There’s never a problem with a pick up or delivery, which I mostly use. I just received my delivery from driver Mike B and Mike F who came to the door and gave me a lot of info I wasn’t aware of. They are a lot more affordable overall. With or without deals. (Times are hard, affordability matters). The menu is pretty expansive compared to other dispensaries in the area as well. Joe, the consultant, was patient and took his time helping me navigate the menu, finding the best fit to suit my medical needs. Edit- just spoke to the manager, Mike- he was a DOLL. Had an issue but it was quickly resolved. They take a personal interest in aiding patients. I appreciate this place and it’s lovely people they have employed.

I also invested in a rev clinics access card which has proven to be really beneficial but they always have good specials going on. Definitely my most preferred dispensary.

Not many dispensaries offer same day delivery and the fact that they do makes life easier. Pick up in person is just awesome though. So many cool bud tenders to assist. Manager named Kevin came and explained the different strains. He was super patient with all my questions and didn't judge at all. I wasn't trying to spend a lot but wanted to try the best. I pick up from the Somerville location once or twice a week for my elderly father. Have always had a great experience but this last week was the best thus far. I pay cash most times I do my transaction inside. Jesse who was working informed me my father still had discounts unused and points for a referral. The savings was great obviously but what really was wonderful was how pleasant Jesse was. Nobody EVER picks up the phone no matter how long you wait. The descriptions on some of their strains are vague, Meaning you'll have to go there in order to get information about some products which can result in a waste of a trip. Definitely a gamble everytime you go here.

Always had good luck here, and might have counted on the specials 2 much, like I did today. Was excited to get 14 grams for 38$. Just tried it. Really bad! Smell is not pleasant, taste is Harsh, and not pleasant, and won't stay lit!!! so I had to call and mention this, as my budget doesn't really allow for not pleasant, unsmokable stuff. No refunds for bad weed. Soooo disappointed, Labor day weekend even, have to take off a star for that.. Buyer beware..

I can only give 3 stars for the fact I arrived at the central sq location 17 minutes before they closed and was turned away because they were closing in 15 minutes I work in the cannabis industry and at an adult use spot and we will take ppl 3 minutes before we close I just feel as a medical patient I deserve the same respect not to mention the difference between the quality of the meds on the medical side is absolutely deplorable compared to what the adult use side is providing aside from the high dose eatables I don’t see a need to even shop on the med side anymore

One of my favorite dispensaries in MA. Sinead is a knowledgeable and personable bud tender. Excellent experience every time. Recommendations for my insomnia were awesome, The whole team is really friendly. Place is a great vibe. I would be giving a 5 star however the security dude working last Saturday was way too up in my business about my driver’s license which was about expire on Sunday. Appreciate the heads up, but even after I told him I had already renewed online, still kept going. Luckily, I was buying cannabis decided to let him be. The experience with security impacts the overall customer experience which is why I can only four star review to a five star clinic.

When I arrived Sinead helped me and they were *awesome* and super helpful. I have never been to that location before so they reviewed my available discounts, and answered all my questions. I ended up spending more & got more product while I was there after asking about if they had certain things available. They are a lot more affordable overall. With or without deals. (Times are hard, affordability matters). The menu is pretty expansive compared to other dispensaries in the area as well. Joe, the consultant, was patient and took his time helping me navigate the menu, finding the best fit to suit my medical needs. Edit- just spoke to the manager, Mike- he was a DOLL. Had an issue but it was quickly resolved. They take a personal interest in aiding patients. I appreciate this place and it’s lovely people they have employed.

My sister and brother swear by this place so I drove from Worcester. Didn't realize you had to order ahead to be able to pick up. Security was super nice and offered to call a manager to help. I pick up from the Somerville location once or twice a week for my elderly father. Have always had a great experience but this last week was the best thus far. I pay cash most times I do my transaction inside. Jesse who was working informed me my father still had discounts unused and points for a referral. The savings was great obviously but what really was wonderful was how pleasant Jesse was.
