Starting to lose my interests. It’s amazing how last Tuesday there were certain edibles that were 20% off with no disclaimer. The budtender would not even look at the message sent by revolutionary clinics about the deal and there was no disclaimer. It seems like that’s the answer from every budtender you got disclaimer disclaimer. But there was no disclaimer on this deal. Don’t get me wrong there were disclaimers on different edibles (ex. Mr. Moxeys, Petra mints).

Pretty sure the gentleman who has helped me the past few times I have been in is named Michael. He is great. Has an amazing understanding of the menu and of the health benefits of each product. I usually order delivery, as I am legally blind which can make going to infrequently travelled areas can be challenging. I love Rev Clinic and the staff. But it seems almost every time I buy flower, it's dry and crumbly. It has been happening for a very long time across dispensaries. Very disappointing as someone living on a fixed income. It feels like I am getting a bum deal. To be honest, I'm wondering if it's ever going to get fixed.

What a wonderful experience! The owners make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Walk ins are welcome but you can also book an appointment online, which was seamless. I was paired up with an associate immediately and she made my decisions easy with her wealth of knowledge of the products. I was coming here weekly for months up until recently. The staff's customer service here is hit or miss.There is one person who is a manager or supervisor at the Central Square location who frequently smokes at the entrance with the security guard. The issue I have is that this person is friendly one day, but then on other days he can be militant and disrespectful for absolutely no reason, inattentive to who's frequenting this establishment.My last visit here he was smoking, joking, and having a good time with the security guard outside at the entrance. When I promptly presented my required identifications, he rudely snatched them out of my hands without saying a word and angrily walked over to the counter in the vestibule/entrance to scan my ID. This is usually a quick process but this took about 5-7 minutes and a line formed to get in. He continued to have an angry demeanor and provided a rude response when asked if there was an issue with the system. Usually the people scanning IDs after the security guards are great, never any issues or attitude.Once inside, a different person working behind the counter was extremely reluctant in providing customer service. I've had great customer service here before, though this employee attempted to discreetly throw into my purchase bag an expired pre-roll as my free monthly 1 gram (Rev Access membership card) without saying anything until I asked what the pre roll was for.I've also had problems with their vape carts (all brands) - they stay clogged and stop working halfway through use, and if you let them know they say they've "never had that issue". In person they've substituted items for other items I did not order without directly communicating this, so I always have to check before I leave that I have the correct items.I would like to see customer service improve, better information and attention to detail regarding specials on the website, and more daily specials in all categories. It's 8-8-2022 and their website currently has last Friday's (8-6-2022) exclusive special up.

While they prefer pre orders, my budtender Whitney was not only helpful in suggesting add-ons but was very pleasant and thorough double checking my order. In a market that gets more and more saturated, I have not found a more consistent vape cartridge producer than Rev Clinics! They are as tasty as the best of the best live resin cartridges, with effects that outmatch many plain, ethanol-derived distillates. They also include a small sticker labelling kit, to help keep track of the strain types. If Rev ever gets a license to sell recreationally, expect them to take over the state!

Today was my first time visiting Revolutionary Clinics in Central Square, MA. The person who helped me was Greg, who could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He reminded me that since I was a new member, I had credit that I could use ($50 off for every $100 spent up to 4 times) so he essentially helped me get more flower for less money. Today I woke up feeling slightly in pain and needed to go get medicated.By far, I’ve been getting the best experience and products at revolutionary clinics at central Square, which was first introduced to me by another amazing employee named Whitney.First your greeted with warmth and positivity from the security guard. Making sure at all times that social distancing and masks were implemented. After Trevor (the security guard), kindly opened the door from me, I was then greeted by the lovely and friendly Donald and Greg who always gives me great feedback and asked how I was doing...which meant a lot since I haven’t spoken to anyone in a few days and that was exactly what I needed to hear. Isolation is hard time for all of us and it’s the little things that go along way!By far, I got the most amazing customer service from a young lady named Elle, who prior to coming to the dispensary, helped me navigated the new online ordering portal, did beyond her job and I was able to get my pickup rolling. She told me about all the exciting new stuff at rev, currently what was in struck and what’s suitable for a day like today, amazing. If Trevor, Donald, Greg and Elle every leave I would have to go with them!Great team, I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to a dispensary, I will be only coming here from now on because of the service and kindness I received today.

I was coming here weekly for months up until recently. The staff's customer service here is hit or miss.There is one person who is a manager or supervisor at the Central Square location who frequently smokes at the entrance with the security guard. The issue I have is that this person is friendly one day, but then on other days he can be militant and disrespectful for absolutely no reason, inattentive to who's frequenting this establishment.My last visit here he was smoking, joking, and having a good time with the security guard outside at the entrance. When I promptly presented my required identifications, he rudely snatched them out of my hands without saying a word and angrily walked over to the counter in the vestibule/entrance to scan my ID. This is usually a quick process but this took about 5-7 minutes and a line formed to get in. He continued to have an angry demeanor and provided a rude response when asked if there was an issue with the system. Usually the people scanning IDs after the security guards are great, never any issues or attitude.Once inside, a different person working behind the counter was extremely reluctant in providing customer service. I've had great customer service here before, though this employee attempted to discreetly throw into my purchase bag an expired pre-roll as my free monthly 1 gram (Rev Access membership card) without saying anything until I asked what the pre roll was for.I've also had problems with their vape carts (all brands) - they stay clogged and stop working halfway through use, and if you let them know they say they've "never had that issue". In person they've substituted items for other items I did not order without directly communicating this, so I always have to check before I leave that I have the correct items.I would like to see customer service improve, better information and attention to detail regarding specials on the website, and more daily specials in all categories. It's 8-8-2022 and their website currently has last Friday's (8-6-2022) exclusive special up.

While they prefer pre orders, my budtender Whitney was not only helpful in suggesting add-ons but was very pleasant and thorough double checking my order. In a market that gets more and more saturated, I have not found a more consistent vape cartridge producer than Rev Clinics! They are as tasty as the best of the best live resin cartridges, with effects that outmatch many plain, ethanol-derived distillates. They also include a small sticker labelling kit, to help keep track of the strain types. If Rev ever gets a license to sell recreationally, expect them to take over the state!

After Trevor (the security guard), kindly opened the door from me, I was then greeted by the lovely and friendly Donald and Greg who always gives me great feedback and asked how I was doing...which meant a lot since I haven’t spoken to anyone in a few days and that was exactly what I needed to hear. Isolation is hard time for all of us and it’s the little things that go along way!By far, I got the most amazing customer service from a young lady named Elle, who prior to coming to the dispensary, helped me navigated the new online ordering portal, did beyond her job and I was able to get my pickup rolling. She told me about all the exciting new stuff at rev, currently what was in struck and what’s suitable for a day like today, amazing. If Trevor, Donald, Greg and Elle every leave I would have to go with them!Great team, I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to a dispensary, I will be only coming here from now on because of the service and kindness I received today.
