Okay so;im a first time buyer, i already have anxiety lol but when i seen there was a "drive-thru" option, i felt relieved. i pull up to the window an im greeted with a lovely attitude an positive spirt, her name is Alison. she made me feel so much better an confident with selecting this location and product. (Zen Leaf Towson) Also her hair was so pretty ! thank you Alison for answering my questions and concerns with 100% accuracy. I will be coming back !! Thank you Zen Leaf

I'll come here honestly. Stopped in here during a break on delivery, Had Some time to burn as well.As I was having a bad day and needed a pick me up. I go Through check in as a new Customer, Get in line and sit for twenty plus minutes. One lady's talking the guy's ears off and asking questions, Another lady is having trouble trying to get her Medical side attached to the account, And there's the gentleman in front of Jack. My teller who is taking an ungodly amount of time to decide what he wants. Change this mind multiple times and halfway through my break. I finally get to the counter. Me knowing that I'm going to the store, I look on the website to see what they have. Wanting to be considerate to the other customers as well as the staff.I come in there prepared only to find out everyone else.There is not. After waiting almost twenty minutes for the gentleman in front of jack to Finish. As well as after more tellers, open up to take the medical line.Jack proceeds to call somebody from the medical line after i've been there for twenty minutes After watching all the customers take their time. Another gentleman comes up and is offered the tablet to show What is one theme for the day and proceeds to place his Order, Jack leaves comes back, gets it done tidy.And then I show up to the Counter. Mind you all I wanted was one pre rol 1 g of weed that i already knew what I wanted.I just needed to be able to ask for it. When I got there, Jack proceeded to share the tablet to me.I declined knowing what I was in the mood for made it effortless for him and told him. I order the finger Lime haze.. He returns with the prewall pack rings me up. There was a service error for the transaction the first time. Second time was the charm. Quick and effortless. I thanked him for the business and proceeded to leave. In reflection , nothing wrong with the dispensary , or its staff. My almost thirty minute trip My almost 30 minute trip. Was strictly due to Customer error. So with that in mind make sure that you have time set aside for people that don't know what they're doing

Don’t let the tight lobby dissuade you. Once you’re inside, the lines are clear & move quickly. The Zen Leaf employees with whom I’ve interacted have consistently been fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, speedy, just all around great! Zen Leaf regularly has great deals and points add up quickly for discounts. No, it’s not not fancy, but I’d choose Zen Leaf over the other dispensaries at which I’ve shopped, every time!

First of all this facility is always great. My latest visit I was helped by Shawna. She was phenomenal. In the time it took for her to grab and ring up my order, we had discussed my anxiety and insomnia. She advised me on products to try to help. Although the drive thru line took at least 35 mins (not quite understandable considering it’s for pick up orders only), by the time I spoke with him and received service, I was smiling from ear to ear because of his easy going spirit and willingness to assist. Nice medical facility nestled in Towson near the library.First time paperwork, as well as having to wait for a tender was fast, took no time to get to the 'other side' of the door.This place is pretty well stocked, with a bunch of displays on the sales floor. Staff was friendly, I didn't really ask questions so I'm unable to comment on their education of product.Will be back for sure
